I loved the bistro staff! They were so nice and pleasant. ALL OF THEM!! There was this young lady at the front desk that was not very welcoming she nevr smiled or honestly didn’t really greet is at all. The managers that were there during the day were nice and the night auditor with the beautiful glasses but the night time desk staff was not it. Room was very comfortable but very small. Loved the pool and fitness room. Oh and the living room area between the pool and elevators was so cozy.
The hotel charges $12 per night for parking in their parking lot. An unnecessary and hidden charge.
there was a mix up with the reservation and we were indicated as departing a day earlier than our reservation was made for. Hotel was willing to make it right since the reservation was prepaid but it created some confusion and inconvenience until it was corrected
Pros. Quiet inside the hotel. Outside the room clean. Mostly friendly staff.
Cons. Our room wasn’t very clean. Dusty, in between the 2 beds had stains that appeared to be either vomit, blood, or other bodily fluids. It was kind of gross but by the time we realized it, it was late and with 2 small kids we just went to bed and tried to forget out it as it was only one night. Maybe housekeeping can do a better job at checking spots like this or the hotel can cough up the money to replace the stained bedding and mattresses.
Pros. Everything had enough space and we loved the backyard with the chairs.
Cons. Individual soap and lotion etc and more cleanliness of the sheets shower and iron board.
Pros. They didn’t give us breakfast
Cons. The price is too high for what you get
Pros. Staff were polite and helpful
Cons. Forgot to provide housekeeping service the first night
Pros. Bed was super comfortable. Located near good restaurants within walking distance. Also near target, which is always a plus.
Pros. Didn’t stay long enough for breakfast but my overall stay i loved it
Cons. Nothing i honestly didn’t have any problems with my stay
Pros. Welcoming and efficient front desk and Bistro staff, excellent food for purchase, reasonable distance to Center City
Cons. There were a few housekeeping slipups, such as failure to clean soap scum off the bathroom sink counter, no fresh coffee cups or K-cups, no bath mat one day, but nothing major.
