The location along with the staff, especially the valet staff member!!
Good location and very comfortable.
AC quit in middle of night twice and began to swelter under those ridiculous comforters which force everyone to lower sleep temp to the meat locker level. Can't open windows, alas. This concern of course is applicable to many really most "luxury hotels."
We were impressed with the time and interest that Anthony Russel invested in our inquires. He was consciousness, respectful and very understanding. His recommendation made our stay productive and enjoyable.
Room small and uncomfortable. Hot and stuffy. Air conditioning did not work and had manual fan that was loud . Curtains did not completely close allowing light from outside hallway. Lobby area not conducive to sitting or reading.
Great stay, 3 issues: we were woken up in middle of night by really loud neighbors. When we called front desk, headset was out of battery. The toilet would run occasionally on and off. would stay again at that price point.
