Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, often mentioning its proximity to the river, night market, and local attractions. Many found the rooms clean and comfortable, with some highlighting modern decor and great views. Friendly and helpful staff were frequently noted as a positive aspect. However, several guests were disappointed by slow or unreliable elevators, occasional issues with hot water, and minor cleanliness lapses. Despite these drawbacks, the overall value for money and convenience of amenities like the on-site shop were appreciated.
