Cons (-) Well when I checked in they gave me the run around when I got there . That should of stopped us , but it was the night before Easter and everywhere was booked. Pros (+) front desk person was highlight of stay. she was friendly, enthusiastic and very helpful, both checking in and out.
Cons (-) staff seemed indifferent. my wife had a little difficulty with the vending machine and asked for help, staff member looked at her and said, sorry can't help, instructions are self-explanatory, then walked away. toilet had not been cleaned. kind of scary looking guy driving around the parking lot at least 4 times. mentioned it to another staff and was told, oh, it's probably nothing. no breakfast, ...
