Pros: We had a warm greeting and were immediately provided delicious fresh cookies and coffee. We only stayed one night and we were out for most of it for a wedding reception. We regret missing breakfast (sorry!).

Pros: Denise, the person at the front desk tried doing everything she could to finding my a room after they lost my reservation when they changed to a new system!
Cons: They must have know about losing my reservation because they tried explaining what happened when I walked in at 10:00 pm and gave them my name without looking in their system. They had my call number but didn't bother to call and warn me.
Ended up getting a different room from my reservation.
I am still waiting for a phone call from the manager Courtney.
Also, the hot tub and ice maker on our floor were not working and the pool was over chlorinated.
Poor hotel management!
Pros: To be in the middle of nowhere the hotel was actually very nice. The rooms were clean and the staff was very nice.
Cons: The breakfast was really bad.

Cons: One employee was openly complaining about another group of guests to us. Also the pool was closed 'until further notice'. Both things were pretty insignificant to my stay though.
Pros: My room / floor was very quiet.
Cons: The coffee
Pros: The staff. Very helpful.
Cons: The pool was closed. We didn't know ahead of time.
Pros: Location, desk staff.
Cons: Pool water needed to be heated as a indoor pool it was unusable.
Cons: Reserved a king bed, was given 2 doubles. Was told there were none left. What! Frig in room made loud ticking.
Cons: Only one way in to the hotel, and the fact that locals are not aloud to stay at this hotel, according to person at the desk.
Standard, low-price hotel. Rooms were clean, and all fixtures/amenities worked.
Pros: Price and availability.
Cons: Front desk staff not immediately responsive when checking in and checking out.
Pros: Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Location very good--close to the interstate.
Cons: Wifi was not reliable in room, though it was in public areas of hotel. Desk clerk said the system is in the process of being upgraded.
It was a great price
Pros: I thought it was clean and the price was exceptional
Cons: I would've preferred a king size bed
Pros: The room was really nice the people were very friendly and the continental breakfast was a good hot breakfast. Would stay there again.
Pros: Excellent front desk staff. Great breakfast.
Cons: Safety suggestion that entrance curb and ramp be painted yellow. I fell entering as I did not realize it was curb and not all ramp. Heavy occupancy when there and no place to sit to eat breakfast.
Pros: I like the fact that it is right off of I-81. It is not a busy street. I like the location.
Cons: I didn't like the fact that we could not get a hold of the front desk agent at 6:00am in the morning. I can see that the back room was opened but the light was turned off. I called out for someone but no one answered. We went out to check twice, still no front desk agent. when we did see the front desk person maybe about 7ish. He was in the back room talking on the phone. Not professional especially taking personal
Called and guests can hear your business. Other then that, it's not a bad hotel.
Pros: The priced was great and we chose it over another similar place because of free breakfast which is always a money saving bonus. Having to return to first floor for ice
Cons: Having to return to the first floor for ice. The refrigerator in the room didn't work at all. We prefer much softer pillow's and they were not offered. Maybe this is too picky but there was no TV Guide so you had no way of knowing where to find the channel that you knew you wanted to watch other than The very slow scrolling through the channels It took longer to check in then it should have because the computer at the front desk was not working apparently. The attendant apologized and did the best she could.
Pros: Continental breakfast was on point w/ a friendly & personable hostess
Pros: Staff were friendly and helpfu.
Rooms were clean and comfortable.
Price was very reasonable.

Pros: The room was very nice and comfortable. Grounds were nice and the desk clerks were very frendly and helpful.
Cons: the only negative we experienced was the carpet in the elevater was very dirty and had a bad odor.
Pros: Quiet. Front desk staff was courteous and helpful.
Cons: Odd layout. Too many doors to go through.
Pros: Checking out
Cons: First room still had someone in it. Second room you can tell was not cleaned and blankets/sheets etc were not changed.
Pros: The sheets seemed clean and pillows were comfortable.
Cons: Rooms need serious repair and updating. Carpet looks and smells dirty. We were awakened both mornings st 5:30 am by the alarm of guest next door who we were told slept through it both mornings. Alarm sounded continuously for an hour. Couldn't sleep.
Pros: Price and location
Pros: It's location, old country style. The room size and the courtyard. And that it's pet friendly. Even if the pet fee is to high.
Cons: Great hotel. We like the old country style decor . But in our room the heater control knobs & do not disturb sign to dirty to touch, had to clean it off. And was hard to adjust heat settings. Found molding apple next to bed. It was hidden by the bedding.
Pros: It was clean and my room was smoke free. The room rate was good.
Cons: The beds could be better
Pros: bed was comfortable
Cons: Room was very dirty, towels were stained with visable grease. Room smelled of stale beer. Dead bugs under bathroom sink and tons of spider webs in corners.
Pros: I liked the balcony outside the room overlooking the square.
Cons: I think the place could use a little updating, but suited my needs.
Pros: Parking was convenient for loading/unloading. The location and hotel were quiet. Frig was large & clean. Bathroom was new-ish and clean. Loved the surrounding historic town of Myerstown. Nice restaurant very close - Fresco - great pizza.
Cons: Wish the TV was HD. Breakfast was minimal, waffles were OK. Soft tasteless bread. Not enough towels for 2 people.
Pros: The rooms were clean and the location is key for our regular monthly visits as we have a son close by.We would like a little better rate as we have stayed there in Dec, Jan, now unsure about Feb.
Cons: yes,we did not like having to pay $30+ extra for a small travel dog that is very well trained. We visit every month for 2-4 days. We would like a little better rate for the room because we are returning every month, and no pet fee.
Pros: The size of my room was good. I was comfortable and felt safe. The room was a good value for its price and star rating.I would book here again.
Cons: One of the amenities was listed as a hot breakfast. This was not the case. Stale dry cereal, bread for toast, apples and coffee were available for breakfast. There was to be waffles but they ran out of batter yesterday.

Pros: There were some definite obvious upgrades - like the bathrooms, and air conditioning (one of the few times the unit ever seems to function as expected). The public spaces were nice.
Cons: The hotel rooms had windows looking into the main area giving a motel feel. The Internet didn't have a PW. The bathroom was small, and switches and the water were wired backwards. Breakfast was ok with no healthy options. Not sure room met fire code.
Pros: Friendly staff
Pros: The rooms were very clean, and the staff was excellent. The breakfast was very good. I would definitley stay here again.
Cons: The parking was tricky; parking is in a lot across the street from the hotel which makes unloading and loading the car difficult.
Cons: Clerk could not 'swipe' my card at check in so it was typed in the comments section of the reservation. Asked at check out for this to be corrected, was told they would have to get IT to remove the info. Do not like having my cc info compromised.
Cons: Very poor internet service and the room seemed a little outdated and dingy for a ramada
Pros: staff was nice.
Cons: damage to room.
Pros: Everyone was very friendly.
Cons: This location was at least an hour away from any fun based activities. The local stores closed extremely early.
Pros: Bed and sheets were very good. Refrigerator convenient.
Cons: After 6 hrs. of traveling to Pottsville (our destination) and to find out the shower knob was broken for tub and shower at 12:30am we were very upset. We didn't get water for shower till that afternoon. Yes, it was a very big pain.
Pros: It was in a central location. The breakfast was more than what I expected even with me coming at the last minute.
Cons: There should be more of sign about loading/unloading. I was unsure and ended up parking in what I thought was a decent lot (still ended up being their lot), but had to walk back and forth to get luggage and place parking pass.
Pros: Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating.
Cons: The room was disgusting. It smelled like cigarette smoke and cheap air freshener. The bedding (sheets, duvet, and pillow cases) were all stained in multiple places. There was dirt and hair clumps in the corners of the room. The bathroom was dirty too.
Pros: the open space before you entered your room
Pros: The staff did correct the problem by moving us to better room.
Cons: Tub did not hold water and room smelled of old smoke.

Pros: Check in was easy and the room was affordable.
Cons: For the price, no complaints!

Pros: Excellent value, close to interstate, fridge/microwave
desk was very helpful when I lost my room keycard
Cons: slight smell of cigarette in the room even though it was a non-smoking room.
Pros: Location was great. We have family the live near by so we stopped for a quick visit. The hotel staff (front desk-maid) were nice. The room was clean and great for the price.
Cons: The beds were a little hard(Cheap) but for the price and only 2 nights not bad. The room was a little older but clean again for the price and 2 night it was ok
Pros: My husband and I stayed from July 23 -26 2015. The staff was very friendly, asked every day if there was anything we needed, did we have a good night sleep. The room was kept clean and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable. This hotel is minutes away from the highway,
a diner, farmers market stand, Appalachian RV Resort , and much more.
Cons: lack of tv channels
Pros: The quiet area and greenery
Cons: The service provided by the older man at the front was so TERRIBLE that I was near tears trying to bite my tongue and NOT tell him off. So angry in fact that my boyfriend had tl step in and tell him he was rude. At which point he then told my boyfriend off. He threw my receipts and debit card at me, and chased me out of tv's office because he have me his signed copy by mistake but spoke to mgr as if I STOLE it intentionally. NEVER again. Terribly rude. ALSO big downer, key deactivates after 11:30 and when my boyfriend called him down for assistance, he was told off and spoken to like an idiot... AGAIN
Pros: The room was not clean looking. The sheets were stained and dirty looking. The paint was peeling of the walls and ceiling. The ceiling tiles in the bathroom looked dingy and were saggingespecially over the shower. The shower needed a good scrubbing abs the water controls didn't work well. The wifi didn't work at all. The tv was poor with no channel guide. The clerk was pushy and demanded a good review.
I will never stay there again.
Cons: The room is nasty it smells really bad would not stay here again
Cons: Language barrier with the owner. No one was available at check out to provide me with a receipt (necessary to voucher for reimbursement).
Pros: Location and although it was adjascent to the highway, it was quiet.
Cons: very uncomfortable bed. No extras that most places have like shampoo, etc. also tissue box was empty.
Pros: It is convenient to Pottsville
Cons: Microwave and lights didn't work, no fitted sheets on the beds and no housekeeping services were provided during our stay.
Honestly, even though we knew it was a cheap roadside motel (and the 1-star rating should have tipped us off, too), it was unacceptable and a little scary (think: place to cook meth). You'd be better off pulling along the side of the road and sleeping in your car. Dirty, moldy, smelly and the manager is an unreasonable dung beetle.
Pros: Nothing. It is a house of horrors with scary, scheming owners and crack heads all around you.
Cons: There was nothing I DID like about this hotel. I may still ask for a refund. That BAD.
Cons: everything,owner was rude
My wife and I left immediately. The money we paid was a complete loss.
Cons: The place stank of mildew. The room wasn't clean.
Cons: Old, funky ( and not in a good way), Smelled bad. Most surfaces were sticky. The bed was OK. One of the pillows had what appeared to be blood on it.
Enjoy your visit to Pottsville with a stay at Pottsville Motor Inn. You'll have free perks like WiFi and self parking. Kitchens and microwaves are offered in all rooms.
