Pros (+) Very good breakfast, the faciltiy and the staff do a very good job. The room is roomy and well maintained.
Cons (-) The cost is going up, due to the demand i imagine. The room was clean but the air was stale, not quite were i would have a problem For me, im a silver member, but the cost of 175.00 per night is becoming to steep for me. i could have stayed at the new La Quinta just down the road for 80.00 less and pretty much the same exact room and amenities except for the casino. So next time if that is the rat...

Pros (+) good breakfast, everyone was welcoming and helpful in anything i needed.
Cons (-) The cost was expensive for one night stay. paying $200.00 for one night is very steep and service and food has to be more than just good to justify that kind of cost!

Pros (+) The front desk greeted us as we were the only guest. Warm and strong feeling they were glad to have us there at their property. Good breakfast every day. Hot and good variety of fruit and bran products. Our room was very modern and well maintained. i liked the idea of the Jude Hospital connection on giving! Anytime im near this property i will be staying there! There response to the noise complain...
Cons (-) Saturday night had a guest on the lower floor below us wake my wife up with loud noises. she reported it to the front desk. We did receive immediate apologies and the person was immediate asked to stop! the next morning, they asked us if anything else they could do. thank you.

Pros (+) Ithe staff was extremely friendly. Facility clean and new of course. Food good. Due to casino there is a restaurant on site. If you don't want to eat there, there are a number of choices in town. All within a 5 mile radius.
Cons (-) NO MICROWAVES IN ROOM. The manager told me that no hamptons have that and I beg to differ. I haven't stayed in one that didn't. They have all had microwaves. EXTREMELY inconvenient to go down stairs to heat something up. Also there was a large group of kids there for a baseball tournament. They were on all floors and extremely noisy. They should have been all on bottom floor
