This hotel was surprisingly comfortable and clean. The staff of the hotel could not be more helpful and nice. A wonderful experience!!! The only bad thing was the outside of the hotel which has hundreds of lantern bugs and unfortunately a high number of homeless people at night. Still the hotel was great
Room was quite spacious and clean, but amenities did not work- refrigerator and tvs. Called front desk twice before maintenance came to check out the tvs. Could not get them to work. Left a breakfast voucher at front desk without informing us. We left for an early appointment so we were not able to take advantage. They did waive our parking fee, but only after I suggested it.
This is a Great hotel. Restaurant is close by on the 5th floor, along side the gym which is very clean. Host which was Kevin was very informative and a pleasure to speak with and I'm also back this week and staying at the Even hotel. IT'S A MUST VISIT. Thank you for the very welcome stay. Deborah
