The hotel is old and shows it. Room that was reserved when I got back from an extended trip at 1 am was not cleaned. Night clerk was very helpful and moved us to a suite that had a nicely made bed. Two staff members that I dealt with were very helpful and efficient. Hotel just old and didn't feel like overall very clean. Shuttle to and from airport was fine. On time and congenial drivers. It is a very good location for access to airport.
Pros. Hot tub was ok
Cons. Ordered on Travelocity got an extra room cheaper at the hotel do not order from Travelocity the rates were about $25 difference per night. They’re cleaning service never came to clean a room out of three night stay poor service and cleanliness!
