Pros: The room although not big felt spacious. Staff was very inviting and helpful.
Pros: The location was great! The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was very clean and comfortable.
Cons: We left with what appeared to be some sort of bites. After some investigation, we discovered they were bed bug bites. And they turned into very itchy and painful sores. More developed in the next couple of days. We did call so they could exterminate the bed. Frank said he would comp the room. We never asked for it but why say it if you aren't going to do it.
Formerly the historic Canterbury Hotel, Le Méridien Indianapolis stands in the heart of the business, shopping, and dining district. Nearby is the Indianapolis Cultural Trail, an urban bike and pedestrian path connecting downtown to important areas. Energising spaces include the complimentary 24-hour fitness centre and the lively atmosphere of our lobby Hub. The hotel is conveniently connected to Circle Centre Mall and the Indiana Convention Center, which spans more than 1,300,000 square feet. Our 100 chic guest rooms and suites feature complimentary wireless High Speed Internet Access, ergonomic workspaces, 42-inch flat screen TVs, and pillow-top LM BEDs with 300-thread-count sheets. In-room illy coffee sparks productivity and imagination.
Pros: The bar was amazing. Bartenders were extremely knowledgeable and it was a really fun atmosphere.
Cons: I found two used bandaids on a pillow in our room. Ruined the hotel experience for me.
Cons: Room smelled
Pros: We truly enjoyed the initial vibe walking into the hotel and seeing the colorful lamps. The artwork throughout the hotel was a bonus. Cannot wait to visit Indy again. The only downside...did not have a chance to go to the bar...next time!
Pros: Loved the art throughout the hotel, made it special to be there. Food and drinks were good, the room was very nice. We hope to visit again!
Pros: energy efficient
Pros: The art and design elements are excellent. Staff is friendly and accommodating to guests. The popcorn and hummus at Platt 99 (bar) was good. Nice Gin selection too.
Cons: The first suite room I was given it had a strong mildew smell. The second room did too but just not as much so I didn't say anything. There was a water mark on the bathroom ceiling. (note: spoke with an Indy friend that was recently down there using a conference room during a heavy rain and water was coming near the windows. No doubt there's a water leak issue).
The bed sheets had a tear in it and I ran out of toilet paper since the roll was low and they didn't leave a spare.
The "mixology" bar is lacking the "-ology." The bartender hasn't studied much as she mixed my Tom Collins with Sprite. Just a notch above using sour mix. Went with just Gin and Tonic on the second round and got upcharged for Q Tonic.
So, they hit it on the surface but miss on execution of product. The good news is it's easily correctable and I hope they do because this is a nice addition to Indianapolis.
Pros: Boutique feel in a business size hotel.
Pros: Urban feel, crisp, 2 excellent bars and outdoor terrace, hip, green, upscale, quiet but not dead, very accommodating staff, close but not in the noisy center of things. The art and furnishings are the best. I saw that a Yolk breakfast restaurant was opening on the corner. That's a great breakfast place. You can take your dog, they even have a place to walk him.
Cons: Getting into or out of the parking garage seems to always be a a hassle. No pool, but sometimes that's a good thing = no noisy children. I just like to know I have the option. No rooms have tubs, but they have great showers.

Pros: Room and facility are kept very well and clean. Staff is pleasant. Location is very convenient to interstate, stores, and restaurants.

Pros: The hotel was very nicely decorated, clean, and comfortable
Cons: The hotel was very busy and a bit chaotic. The parking garage was full so we had to finding parking elsewhere.
Pros: the hotel decor and staff were great.
Cons: I paid extra for the "City View" only to be put at the back of the hotel.
Also, our room was right beside the elevator. The elevator made a high pitched squeak every time it moved. We were celebrating our 22nd anniversary at the noise was annoying and kept waking us up.
Pros: I was staying at the JW for a conference and the accommodations were convenient and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout the facility. Great job.
Pros: Very clean, comfortable, and excellent location for access to convention center. Some of the friendliest staff I have ever encountered. They were all extremely helpful, available, and always smiling. Parking garage was easy in and out. View from room was beautiful.
Cons: Long waits for elevators, especially at night. Ice only available on 2nd floor. No refrigerator or microwave in rooms. Wi-fi and parking rates very expensive.
Pros: Beautiful hotel with excellent customer service
Cons: My room was located next to a hospitality room where young people were talking very loud on a Sunday early morning. We were awaken at 5 am due to noisy neighbors.
Pros: Very clean and great location. Staff was very accommodating
Cons: The room service food was absolutely terrible and it took over 45 minutes to "cook" and bring up to our room. Over priced for bad, cheaply made food
Pros: well located, modern, clean, efficient staff.
Cons: King size bed, while comfortable, needs to be "pillow top" as it is hard, even for a 270lbs man, to enjoy a restful night sleep. These should be standard in your concierge floor.
Paying $31.00 for parking. The location does not permit parking on the street. This reservation was at rack rate....
Wi-Fi access, was "free" in the concierge lounge, but a $12.00 charge when in the room. Not too logical.

Cons: Heat did not work in our room. Brr!! Would only go up to 62 degrees.
Pros: Clean, and comfy. Walking distance to most of the entertainment downtown has to offer.
Cons: Paying 30 dollars a day to park in the hotel garage.
Pros: Big room. Several restaurants at the hotel. Connected to the mall
Cons: Had to pay to park...I guess that is expected in the city though.
Hotel was great though!
Pros: Clean, good location, good service
Cons: there was construction on my floor but it had no impact on me.
Pros: Excellent view, fast elevators, handsome lobby, pillows of varied thickness.
Cons: Paying for wifi, paying for parking, noisy neighbors. This is trivial, but it mattered to me: the paper coffee cup they provide in the room leaked on my white shirt while I was in a meeting.
Pros: Very nice rooms. Comfortable beds! Very well kept.
Cons: Breakfast not included and was expensive if you wanted to order it.

Pros: Very nice spacious room. It was clean and comfortable.
Cons: I was charged 34 dollars to park in the connected garage, but was not told that it cost anything.
Cons: Staff was very busy that weekend. Hotel seemed a bit understaffed. Not as friendly/helpful as I would have expected.
Pros: Centered in downtown, everything is within reach from this hotel. Great hotel and staff.
Pros: Our room was very spacious and the hotel was in a great location (close to shops, restaurants, etc). The beds were comfortable and everything was squeaky clean!
Cons: This hotel was a bit expensive (but was nice) and there wasn't a shuttle to and from the airport. The cab fare was about $30 plus tip.

Cons: They turned off the water while I was brushing my teeth in the morning, so I could not rinse my mouth. They said the water would be off all day. As a result, I was forced to leave them a present in the toilet.
Pros: Front desk staff was fantastic. I left my Ipad in the car that was valet parked and they retrieved it in a flash!
Connor, the valet supervisor, gave excellent directions for walking to Mass Ave. and was very cordial. Room was very quiet and the bed was so comfortable. Would absolutely return to this hotel!!
Pros: Great to be within blocks of all the activities on monument Square.
All employees were very nice and accommodating.
Pros: We liked the friendly staff from the minute we walked into the lobby- everyone was very helpful! The hotel was within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do! Fabulous weekend!!
Cons: We never did get the comfort beds to work but slept ok anyway!
Cons: the hotel charged my credit card for the stay when i had already been charged by the online booking service and the hotel also charged the online booking service and i have yet to get assistance resolving the matter. i talked to two different people who have told me two different things. When i asked for a copy of my receipt they sent me a blank receipt. When i checked out, i was told the total charge to my card and then told "oh, i wasn't supposed to tell you that". They had asked me to pay again, saying my credit card was declined. When i got home, my credit card statement said otherwise.
Pros: The staff was great. They helped us plan our night when plans were changed and they gave us amazing advice.
Cons: One reason I picked this hotel was to enjoy the pool and it was closed for cleaning.

Pros: First, the room was nicely sized. The staff were very courteous and friendly. It's a fairly easy place to get to
Cons: The room temperature was a little cold for my taste. Also, there wasn't any wash cloths to wash my face when showering.
Pros: Friendly & attentive staff. Entire hotel is very clean. Comfortable bed and linens. Convenient location to the airport with complimentary shuttle service. This place is a real value. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
Cons: Would be nice if they had a bar or restaurant on the property but they were very accommodating with their shuttle to make up for it.
Pros: Nice clean rooms, great breakfast and helpful staff.

Pros: Went down with the bf for FDIC and brought our dog along. The room was cleaned they were very helpful with everything fixed the shower right away when the nob couldn't go up due to the lime build up on the nob inside the faucet. Liked that we could rent out movies or board games or kitchen things if needed. I like that maid cleaning didn't start until you stayed a week because of my dog staying in the room when we weren't there. very easy to find great trip overall.
Cons: We were on the first floor right next to the elavater so it was a little noisey but not to bad. Saturday it got more noisey because there were kids running around you could here them yelling from the pool and outside our door but besides that trip was good.

Cons: No parking available for guests upon check-in. We had to find a public parking lot several blocks away.
Bathroom sink would not drain. When the toilet was flushed, water backed up in the sink. Bathtub faucet was very loose from wall and fixtures didn't look clean.
Pros: The food, particularly the oatmeal, was very good. Also, the room service and front desk staff were friendly and helpful.
Cons: We had to wait well into the evening (until 7 or 8nat night) for our room to be cleaned and that only happened by then because we asked. Several times. The wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom, the shower curtain smelled of mildew and there was mold in the shower
Pros: Staff was excellent and very helpful
Cons: Parking prices
Cons: We were given the keys to an occupied room, which turned out to be an NFL player, then left in the hallway for an hour while the hotel tried to figure out where to put us. They told us the hotel was empty from New Year's Eve the night before but seemed to have booked the only two customers to the same suite! No apologies whatsoever from the manager of the hotel after the hour and a half inconvenience of looking at three rooms before finally getting to what we paid for. We were given a credit to the hotel restaurant and when we tried to use it the bartender told us to pay the tab and the front desk would reimburse us the next day. Thought it was weird but had somewhere to be so I paid the tab. Needless to say, we didn't get a dime back of the "credit" we were supposed to receive, instead we spent $70 on a restaurant we weren't planning to go to. The customer service we experienced for a Westin was unbelievable and they did nothing to make up for all the issues. Will never stay here again.
Pros: Love that The Westin is pet friendly, but no dog NRD or bowls this time. Tight fit on double beds.
Pros: The view from our room was of downtown and from the 13th floor pretty incredible. Everything we needed was within walking distance which for us was wonderful.
Cons: For the cost of the room, tacking on a fee for wifi seemed much. Being in this hotel for business made conducting business difficult and the computers in the lobby were no help. I feel a bit like I paid for more than what I got out of staying in this hotel; beautiful, but pricey.
Pros: They upgraded us for free since it was our anniversary which was so gracious and nice!
Cons: the renovation finishes we not up to par, everything was sloppily done. our roon overlooked a nasty rooftop. we had to pay an additional $30 to park our own car on the premises after the room was over $150. Ridiculous and we expected a beautiful hotel. The whole lobby was under construction and it was embarrassing to have to bring my guest in to that.
Pros: The beds!
Cons: No rooftop access.
Pros: The location was great, and cannot be beat. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious and comfortable!
Cons: Parking should either be included or discounted for those staying. We reserved a King deluxe facing the city and got 2 full size deluxe room facing air conditioning units on top of the conference center. Overall clean hotel, but for a downtown hotel for the price, it wasn't satisfactory.
Pros: Convenient with helpful staff. Very nice rooms. Great having a starbucks in lobby.
Cons: The restaurant in the hotel was a pseudo-high-end steak place, not good for travelling with kids.
Pros: Very Clean
Located in the heart of downtown Indianapolis, the city's top attractions surround the hotel. Additional amenities range from a 32-inch flat panel TV to High Speed Internet Access, ensuring a peaceful, relaxing and productive experience from start to finish.
Pros: Loved the location of hotel. Staff was very helpful- minus the restaurant hostess
Cons: Rooms were very small, coffee maker disgusting along with staircases and ice machine.
Pros: the pool; the restaurant; the warmth and helpfulness of the staff
Cons: the bathroom was nicely done but a bit cramped; the bed was too soft
Pros: The decor and everything has been updated very well, but some of the elements of the building remain in disrepair - which to the credit of the Omni, they are working on. It was clean, staff were all nice, and the location was very convenient.
Cons: It's an old building and there were two issues that arose from that - 1, The elevators were in repair during my three night stay, necessitating either a long wait or a long walk to the opposite wing. Not a biggie, but an inconvenience. Also, 2. the hot water took so long to come on in the shower I wondered if I had even used the handle correctly. It was very slow...but the building is older than dirt, so whattaya gonna do?
Pros: The bed and the towels and the other materials felt luxurious.
Cons: The room was exceedingly small. The Omni name and the expense did not match the size of the room.
Pros: The staff is extremely friendly and very eager to assist
Cons: Asked for a king bed when made my reservation(a coupke weeks in advance) but told when i arrived only doubles were available
Pros: Great location, friendly staff
Cons: very small rooms and VERY small bathroom
Pros: Very clean and setup well, Lots of extra pillows
Pros: Most full service hotels have a very nice look from a distance but up close, are a bit dirty or have out dated bathroom fixtures. It seems like there's always some small disappointment. This place was very nice when we walked in, and was still very nice as we looked closer and settled into our room. It was a great hotel!
Located in downtown Indianapolis, Omni Severin Hotel is connected to Circle Centre Mall via skybridge. Guests can walk 3 minutes to the Indianapolis Convention Center and 7 minutes to Lucas Oil Stadium. Indianapolis Amtrak Station is 3 minutes from the hotel on foot.
Pros: Room was very comfortable, although dated. Big bedroom and living area, including kitchen.
Cons: Access for a person in a wheelchair was almost impossible. The ramp to the front door is much steeper than ADA would permit. Elevators were too small.

Pros: The house was great, spacious, nice patio, rooms were comfortable and clean, staff were friendly and provided lots of suggestions. Facility was dog friendly and low priced!
Cons: Location did not have a ton of walkable food locations, but the drive to most places was only 10-15 min.
Pros: Friendly welcoming atmosphere. Clean with great kitchen.

Pros: Participation in Green room service - not requiring new linens, towels every day- yields $5 / day food voucher.
Cons: Need to clarify/refine misleading description of Green program . Card for hanging on doorknob says I would not have full housekeeping service. I thought that meant I would not receive fresh linens; would use the entire supply of towels (5) before resupply; and would pick up after myself. In practice, the card means no one will enter my room...a kind of permanent Do Not Disturb.
No resupply of coffee. No emptying waste baskets.
SOLUTION : Green program should have partial housekeeping . Save us all cost of needless laundering of towels and sheets, etc. but routinely resupply coffee and empty trash.
Pros: Great hotel, perfect location, helpful staff, clean comfortable and Starbucks in the lobby.
Cons: My truck wouldn't fit in the parking garage. I had to park off site. This is not the hotels fault. I should have driven my car.
Cons: Honestly the bed comforters had stains on it and it was gross. There were no robes in the room, bathroom towels so small and thin, hotel food was not good...
Pros: Our Room with a city view was beautiful.
The bed was comfortable.
It seems to be a clean facility/property.
The location was great in accordance to the venue we were to attend.
The Staff was attentive & courteous.
I actually wish we could have stayed longer to see some of the cities history and sights.
Cons: The Room was Kind of "Pricey"........
A few minor maintenance issues could soon need tending too......
The windows were sludgy/foggy.
I was told during my booking that garage parking was included, but when we arrived, there was a $25 per night parking fee.
Pros: Rooms were clean and nicely appointed. Convenient location in center of Indy if you need a location to walk from.
Cons: Elevators were extremely noisy, If you are going to stay here, I would suggest a room as far away from the elevators as possible as they ROAR as they pass the floor each time - sound like a jet taking off - there are 4 elevators too...
Pros: Nice and clean hotel. Rooms were small, and the bed was comfortable. I would recommend a stay here.
Pros: Value and location
Cons: Elevators were a bit noises and bathroom was small
Pros: Friendly staff the best staff is Breyona Johnson
Cons: Dirty bathrooms
Pros: Comfortable beds, clean rooms, extremely polite staff, just overall a great experience
Cons: Nothing that was the hotels fault. It was a loud weekend because of motorcycles, but other wise it was a great experience.
Pros: Close to everything. We walked to dinner and a blues bar. Great view. Didn't get a chance to go to roof top bar but it looked appealing
Pros: Friendly staff
Cons: Elevators were broken
Pros: It is a great location and could easily walk to restaurants, bars and the mall.
Cons: The elevators were not great and the number it showed did not always match the floor you were on.
The food at the restaurant hotel was not very good.

Pros: The bathroom and bed was super nice. Room could be a bit bigger and more spacious. The lobby area was amazing. I wish the rooms were as good as the lobby.
Cons: I didn't like the area that it was in. Everything to do was a good little drive away. My card was also charged twice and we had issues checking in but it was eventually settled and the money returned. There were also tons of little kids running the halls unattended and cutlery from room service just left all over the floors in the halls even after the maid came through.
Pros: Clean. Great decor. Pool and hot tub nice. Will stay again!
Pros: Very comfortable bed, friendly staff.
Cons: There was a hole in the bathroom door and, overall, the bathroom needed updating.
Cons: The restaurant was very slow at getting food out.
Cons: Pretty much typical Hilton garden which is why I stay there. The room was fine and clean.. The carpet wasn't clean in the lobby and it appeared like out of 4 staff only 1 was working. Just didn't have the same professional feel as other hilton garden inns I've stayed at.
Pros: The hotel was extremely nice, especially for the price! The front desk gentleman Lee was also very kind! We were staying at the hotel for just one night for a wedding. We couldn't afford multiple nights so we planned on just driving the 8.5 hours that morning, change at the hotel, and go straight to the church. The day before our trip I realized the check in time was after the start of the wedding. I called the hotel, wanting to see if an early check in was possible and even willing to pay extra to avoid changing in a gas station bathroom. Lee assured me he'd try to have a room ready and even said I could call when we were getting close tomorrow to check. Sure enough, a room was ready. Lee checked us in, in what might be record time too, and we raced up to the room to change and go back out the door in less than 10 minutes. Thank you so much for letting us check in early :)
Cons: I know the city is Indianapolis and on top of being a busy city it has the highest hotel tax...it would have been nice to get at least something for breakfast without paying extra. The hotel isn't cheep and far more luxurious than an Inn but a low quality breakfast is still offered. Even a few pieces of fruit would have been nice, we were really disappointed to have to get a meal at the drive through (yes $9 each was still too much, we just got dollar items at McDonalds. This wedding was a major expense for us) :(

Cons: Rooms are not what they picture. Also, no free breakfast. You would think you pay $----a night you would get free breakfast.
Pros: The hotel had modern furnishings and was very clean in my opinion. The clerk that checked me in was pleasant and the process was quick.
Cons: I didn't have anything to complain about.
Pros: Staff was very helpful. Clean rooms.
Cons: No breakfast. There were a couple mess ups with room charges. However, the staff took care of the issues....we hope.
Pros: The check in was quick. It's right off the highway near lots of shopping and restaurants. The room was clean and staff was friendly. They had a little Starbucks in the lobby along with T.V.s and a small deli/ diner.
Cons: There wasn't anything I didn't like. My only issue was I couldn't find the blow dryer. The front desk told me where it was. It was hanging in the closet in a black bag labeled Blow Dryer but I didn't think it would be there of all places.
Pros: Clean, peaceful and the service was magnificent.. I would visit again😊
Cons: The only thing I didn't like was having no refrigerator and microwave in my room.
Pros: Cleanliness and location
Everything was awesome. The hotel was very clean and staff were very accommodating and froendly. Also, the balcony was very nice to have, especially to allow us to watch fireworks on 4th of July from the room!
Pros: The staff were amazing. I called before checking in and indicated we would need a pack N play for our infant, however they stated none were available. When checking in they said they would check again to see if they had one, and they found one for us!!
Cons: There was not much to NOT like, it was freat! My only complaint or things I would have liked better is to have a fridge and microwave in the room. Also the room was a but small for our needs (one child slept on pull out sofa, other in pack N play).
Pros: It was queit, staff was very polite
Cons: Toilet in our suite was dirty, breakfast items were overpriced. We went to the cracker Barrell across the street for a better deal.
Pros: Staff was very nice
Cons: Room smelled musty
Pros: The Bistro was very nice, and the Barista was very pleasant.
Pros: Atmosphere, decor, location
Cons: Wasn't as clean as expected
Pros: Staff was above and beyond trying to accommodate us in trying to find a room in the situation we were in. Thanks to that staff. The hotel itself was perfect.

Pros: Nothing fancy but you get what you pay for. Easy to get to off highway. Clean. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. If we were stopping through I would stay again.
Pros: Facilities were well kept and the staff very frendly. Room was clean and we'll maintained. Pool was a big selling point and it did not disappoint. And it was open 24 hr. Best stay in any hotel for a long time.
Pros: It was clean and had great amenities. Surprised by all it offered.
Cons: That I smelled pot-coming from a guest, and the front desk person didnt seem like she could do much
Pros: Good breakfast
Cons: To loud music blaring outside think it was the front desk lady boyfriends friends didn't feel safe
Pros: Great hotel for the price. My daughter enjoyed the indoor pool. Showers had great pressure & hot water. Staff was friendly.
Cons: Bed wasn't the most comfortable but I don't prefer firm pillows/mattresses. Kids were loud in the halls late at night.
