Great location, refurbished room, very clean, delicious food!
- Very Clean - Cleaners came every day - Location right in the middle of las americas with everything possibly needed on your doorstep. we’ve not got in a single taxi since we have been here with everything being in walking distance.
- The Pool situation! There is no clear rules around the pool opening times. We were told 9.30 and went down to find it had been opened much earlier and all the beds had gone. In all the years of coming abroad I have never witnessed what i did which was people putting towels down at 10.30pm. We were mortified at first but soon realised, if you can beat them, join them and it genuinely was like a pool party down by the pool every night while we all claimed our sunbeds for fear of not getting one the next day. The lifeguard stacks a few each night and the leave the rest out. Our last night they had put barriers up saying pool closed. They really do need to have a more structured way of organising the sunbed situation as many of the sunbeds were left with towels on for full days and no one came to them which is really unfair. Also, all the kids were getting burns on their feet from the rough, grey slate tiles around the pool. Someone has made a serious error choosing those! We thought it was just us but as the week went by we realised more or less every child had these little bleeding blisters on their feet. You can tell it’s not just us with the amount of flip flops littered all around the pools as no one wants to venture with bare feet. - The food Thank god we didn’t come all inclusive! We did bed and breakfast (the didn’t have a self catering option). We went down on the first day to have a look what was on offer. We didn’t eat! Grey sausages, amongst many other horrible looking items. These were all confirmed by people we met who had eaten the breakfast. Luckily there are some really nice, cheap restaurants on the doorstep. For anyone who came here all inclusive I feel for you I really do!
Close proximity to beach and shops etc. Staff where great
The gym offering was a joke, The all inclusive cocktails where poor quality and there was construction / renovation work in the corner of pool area.
Food was average
Location was very central. Air con great. Walking distance to everything.
I got food poisoning. Not 100% it’s was from hotel but a few others had it . Only had breakfast.
