Pros: The breakfast was great. Checking in was easy. Staff very friendly
Cons: Very noisy quest in room above and went on late into night. Floor was wet near air conditioner but we never complained about it.
Pros: The staff and location
Pros: Their breakfast was terrific. We stayed three days and each day it was a full breakfast and varied to keep it from being the 'same old, same old'. They have a full facility kitchen which means hot and tasty.
Cons: They put a charge on your card of $60 on top of the room rate for possible incidental charges - which I fully understand, but it was left "pending" on my bank statement for a full week. It got frustrating that I had to check every day to make sure it didn't get charged to my account and that it only got removed after I called about it.
Pros: Super clean and comfortable. The staff were so accommodating and polite.
Pros: The staff members were helpful and very friendly. My room did not have a microwave or refrigerator. I called the front desk, and they delivered one to my room promptly . Housekeeping, dining, and front desk staff were awesome! I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a nice place to stay
Pros: Just enjoyed the stay
Pros: The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean!
Cons: No refrigerator in the room and also our key card wouldn't unlock any exterior doors. It worked only on the front entrance of the building. Several customers had this problem. I actually let several people in that side entrance as desk clerk was advising us to access that door for help carts. I actually let a gentleman in the side entrance struggling with his bags. He wasn't happy but he did thank me for my assistance. The hot foods at breakfast were barely warm.
Pros: Cleanliness and accommodating staff.
Cons: The mango smoothie for breakfast was delicious and refreshing!
Pros: staff all friendly and helpful, excellent breakfast, room immaculate
Pros: Convenient location, Friendly staff. They had a nice selection of food for breakfast.
Cons: We stayed for 2 nights. Housekeeping did not come in to clean our room or bring fresh towels. I had to go to the front desk to get towels.

Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, a business center, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: We came for the eclipse. She had an eclipse goodie bag with a moon pie and sun chips! So sweet
Pros: It was clean but most of the clientele are hunters and pipe fitters. It's on a busy road so if you stay in the front there is road noise. Only one level so stay on the back side. Walls are thin. Old motel but has been remodeled.
Cons: Noisy. Electricity went out during the night so the smoke detector kept beeping. It was cold outside so we had to use the heater which went on and off every two minutes & that was extremely loud and annoying. Not much sleep. Too expensive for those conditions.
Pros: Everything worked out as planned
Pros: From the outside you wouldn’t expect such a clean and modern room. Very friendly front desk.
Cons: Outside needs updating beyond the great sign to reflect the remodel.
Pros: Traffic noise due to poor weather stripping around door, and no breakfast.
Pros: Clean and quiet
Cons: Didn't like the small pillows on bed

Pros: close to interstate
Cons: This place is a bit sketchy. For the price, I understand. Apparently there had been some issues with other guests the night before so when I checked in, there was quite an argument going on at the front desk. It was too late to keep driving so we stayed. The front desk person told me to make sure nothing was left in my car and lock it. I've read these warnings before; but to be told verbally was a little disconcerting. Rooms are very old.
Pros: Staff was pleasant, room was clean, and the price was very good. Noise level was low and we slept well.
Cons: The room is dated and the wall paper is separating from the wall at the seams, but these things are minor considering the price of the room.
Pros: Clean. Reasonable for the price. Polite.
Cons: We could not get cot for 5th person. We got extra blankets, but one person had to sleep on floor. The AC had been turned completely off, and the room was about 100 degrees when we checked in. We baked for a couple hours before it cooled down.
Pros: The host was nice. She did her best. The property just is not worth staying in.
Cons: The rooms smelled like mold and cigarettes. Even the non smoking rooms smelled like they were recently smoked in. This was the issue in 3 different rooms for this property. I am finding this problem very common at most of the Wyndham properties. In fact because of this, I will be canceling my rewards program.
Pros: Large selection at continental breakfast. Shower had great pressure. Room had mini fridge and microwave. Extras like soap, shampoo, lotion, conditioner, individual coffee maker, were replaced on a two day stay. Within walking distance to family restaurant, pizza, Mexican restaurant, thrift store, gas station. Pool looked clean. Rooms were clean. Quick drive to music city center. I would definately book here again. A/c worked.
Cons: Continental breakfast was mostly sugary carbs. But it did have multiple choices. And yogurt. And a nearby family breakfast restaurant that was good food at low prices.
Pros: Warm, friendly staff. Room was clean and cozy. Front desk helpful. I had to take my wife to a hospital for most of our first nite, but when we returned the next morning, we explained and they helped us renew for another night so I could sleep. They were awesome.
Cons: Impossible to wish for, but if it could have back further from interstate.
Pros: Very friendly staff. Clean rooms
Cons: My first non smoking room smelled of smoke. Staff changed my room and everything was great
Pros: Clean room. Nobody bothered us.
Cons: Property somewat outdated. Needs paving.
Cons: Anthropomorphic was not very clean, needs remodeled!
Pros: Breakfast was good.
Cons: There were bed bugs.
With a stay at Springfield Inn TN, you'll be centrally located in Springfield, 27.3 mi (43.9 km) from Nissan Stadium and 27.4 mi (44.1 km) from Nashville Municipal Auditorium. Featured amenities include a business center, a 24-hour front desk, and laundry facilities. Free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: the staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean. It has a full breakfast and that should be added to the booking.com site where it says continental.
Cons: The furniture is a bit worn around the edges and the ceiling is bit stained.
Pros: Access to city
Cons: Liked all
Pros: The hotel room was horrible. The floor was slippery and could cause us to fall. The lamps did not work. The bathroom door could not be closed. The tops of the lamp tops were all broken. This was the worst hotel I have ever been in.
Cons: There was nothing I like about this hotel
Cons: Extremely over priced, difficulty booking with front desk had to go to booking.com, shower didnt work properly and had to wait until next morning for houskeeping to come check out and she was not in uniform looked as if she just hoped of back of bike after partying at biker club, IF wasnt tired from road would have found another hotel, did not swim due to truckers lingering around pool, place just isn good!! when left had tears in eye's when looked at receipt with how much paid, another lesson learned
Pros: Not much to like....
Cons: The hot water ran out after 2 minutes of using it. Towels were dirty and there was hair in the sink when I checked in.
Pros: We did not stay at the hotel. It was very dirty!
Cons: Everything. There were no non-smoking rooms and the room offered was unmade. We ended up not staying due to the conditions of the room.
Cons: Price too high for the value. No water offered as part of the breakfast bar. Had to buy it at the front desk. For the price of the room, water should have been free.
Pros: The rooms were clean, and the hotel was located close to several nearby restaurants. You can tell that they are going through renovations. My room seemed to have been somewhat updated, and was fine.
Cons: I wasn't expecting something upscale, but I was expecting something slightly nicer. The staff was friendly, but their facilities and equipment was outdated.
Cons: Because I’m a disabled veteran and have trouble climbing stairs, I requested a room on the first floor and request was not granted, because the owners were coming in, so I proceed to walk around the property and there were 17 rooms on the first floor not being used. Will not be back. Also no ice machine, had to struggle back down the stairs to the office to get ice and struggle back upstairs to the room.
Pros: It was close to the location of the bday party we attended. Didn’t eat your breakfast because we so disgusted with the place in general didn’t want to get sick
Cons: Nothing about this place was nice. Carpets were nasty. Smelled awful, beds were like sleeping on concrete. The clientele you keep is disgusting. It’s a dump with drug dealers running in and out literally every 5 minutes. We were so discussed with the place after the family party we attendees we packed up and left for home at 9pm and drive 9 hours back to Chicago because we didn’t want to spend another night there. Complete waste of money. I wouldn’t even dare ask for my money back because it would have been a waste of time.
Cons: Disgusting. Everything is falling apart.

Pros: Location and cleanliness
Cons: Very dated. Old lamps, poor lighting. Bathroom door wood and not stained or painted. Bathroom fan cover off and hanging. Wallpaper peeling off of walls, missing around toilet paper holder. Decor from 1970's, probably original. Not Super8 standards!
Pros: It had a bed and a toilet.
Cons: Body hair in bathroom. Had to go to front desk for more toilet paper. Towels so hard they left scratches on me. Bed sunken in the middle.
Pros: Hotel employee at the front desk was a friendly, welcoming guy. Room smelled so fresh and clean.
Cons: Breakfast ended at 9:00 on Saturday! I got there at 9:15 and was sad to have missed it.
Cons: Cleanliness matress. Pillow
Cons: The stench of cigarette smoke was strong in this NO smoking room we occupied. The area didnt feel safe at night.
Cons: They said if we booked with them directly we could of gotten a cheaper rate with aarp.which you wouldn't offer.
Pros: Very nice property and excellent Mexican Restaurant next door.
Cons: Dirty very dirty. Nasty smell. Nasty place
