The staff was very helpful, rooms was spotless and very spacious, breakfast was plentyfull and tasty.As a former manager of a London 4 star hotel I found Jewells was a better standard and I would recommend it to anyone I could not find one fault about the hotel

Very friendly people, great location near the Barbican and City Centre. More comfortable bed than I expected for the price. Sink in room. Shared bath not shared by many. Location means lots of noisy seagulls early. Don't expect more than three TV channels.

There was cctv in the hallway which captured an image of everyone coming through the door who either had a key or was calling at the hotel. A good safety feature.
