Cons: The area where the apartament was located was poor in good restaurants . The bed was not confortable at all . In the kitchen the day after we arrived, we found lots of ants + a lizard .
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Anja was amazing, Incredibly friendly and helpful, sorted out transfers from the airport. Go for the breakfasts they’re amazing!
7.9 Good
Pros: First of all, the breakfast was reaaaally good! Every morning you get a nice fresh breakfast to start your day. Secondly the owners are very friendly and welcoming. If you have any questions they will help you and they are just kind persons in general. Also the crew of people who work there are very friendly as well. If you're visiting the North, le mandala is pretty well situated to go pretty much everywhere.
Cons: As summer began we had a few issues with ants coming on our sugar products as soon as we left them outside of the fridge, but nothing crazy. Really small ants as well, not the scary kind. The cleaning was not so much cleaning.. Just making up the bed (not changing the sheets) for example. When you're staying for longer than 4 days this should be done.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was perfect. The rooms and the whole house is tastefully decorated and furnished. The owners are lovely and helpful. Beautiful beaches and shops are close-by. The breakfast was delicious! We really enjoyed our stay and will recommend your house to our friends! We will definitely come back!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing service, we were overwhelmed by the staff and the outstanding care they offered. One of the best experiences we’ve had, hard to top it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The property is perfect, quiet and a little bit on heaven in Mauritius
Cons: My only criticism is I feel the breakfast needs more things on the menu. As it’s a la carte it would be nice to have some interesting options to choose from other than the standard eggs and bacon.
8.8 Excellent
Cons: No water source in Toilet.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: A beautiful resort with many amenities, facilities and activities. All the staff were very friendly and really do go out of the way to make your stay a special one. Many on site restaurants to choose from and the pizza from the pool bar is the best I’ve ever had!
Cons: Lots of children at this resort. It would be nice to have an adults only section/area. Being given the option to add on an all inclusive package. This was not offered to us and then we were forced to pay for a set menu in one of the restaurants. This was not cost effective for us. We had planned to eat a la carte.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: - facilities are incredibly beautiful, cleaned and calm: room, gardens, beach and surroundings are taken care with great care - large variety of free activities (tennis, wakeboard, sailing, windsurf, yoga...) - in general (some disappointing exceptions though), staff is very attentive
Cons: - when booking dinner in any of the several restaurants at the hotel, the offer (menu, prices, special events, tables) is not transparent at all. You can just get a table a table blindly and wait for the bill at the end, which is, obviously high - despite the staff is very kind and attentive in general there were few exceptions, namely one of the girls helping with the restaurant booking and one of the girls at the nautical sports, both with an extremely condescending, arrogant attitude. We witnessed that behavior not only with us but with other guests
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Almost Everything was amazing! Beautiful location and awesome choice of restaurants and facilities.
Cons: The bed was like concrete and for a hotel of this caliber to not have feather pillow was disappointing. We didn’t sleep well at all. Also the restaurant bookings lady was useless. Email communication from the hotel is extremely poor.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything
7.5 Good
Pros: Food in the restaurants was very nice, though if you are not staying all inclusive this can get very expensive. The property was overall very clean and well kept - rooms were nice but nothing special. It was nice that the little village was in walking distance, so we ventured out for lunch and dinner to the local amenities which was much cheaper than eating at the resort and also gave you a bit more of a taste for the local cuisine.
Cons: This is clearly a chain resort, nothing special about it and on the Sunday when we arrived it was very crowded. Though most of the service staff was very friendly, the service overall at the bar was very very slow..... We ate twice in the restaurants and the quality of the food was very good, but the drinks were completely overpriced so unless you are staying all inclusive it's worth the stroll into the village for a drink and food.
7.0 Good
Pros: Most of it was great, including the rooms, facilities and breakfast
Cons: Service. The staff was very friendly, however they seem to be bound by very narrow and strict guidelines. No flexibility if you had a request out of the ordinary. One very pleasant exeption was the young Jonathan at the Oasis Bar. We were told the day we left that the food service closed at 5:30. when we arrived to get a quick meal before going to the airport we were told the kitchen closed at 5:00. No one could help us, exept Mr. Jonathan took action and suggested to order room service for us delivered at the bar. We had to wait for a good while, and in the mean time we took a shower and changed to travel clothes in the transit room we were offered (good service). Jonathan prostponed his break in order to receive the food in our absence. We got our meal and everything was good. This is a little example of the little extra that makes a difference between a good and an excellent stay due to the initiative of one person. Thumbs up for Jonathan! The half board arrangement (dinner) was not at all worth the money! Expensive, and not very flexible. We were invited out one evening by a local business partner, and asked to exchange one meal to a lunch the day after. Not possible, which leaves a bad impression of no flexibility. In fact, we asked about this possibility before we ordered and arrived, a request that was never answered.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: What I liked: 1. Spacious and comfortable rooms, cool shower on the street. 2. Caring and friendly staff. 3. Large and clean beach. 4. Delicious dinners, especially in a Thai restaurant. 5. Beautiful and well-groomed area. A great option who wants a quiet and relaxing vacation.

Pros: Staff was very friendly and always willing to help. Special mention to Pravin. Breakfast was good. Walk across the road to Pereybere Beach (one of the best beaches). Lots of restaurants in the vacinity. Also a supermarket about 150m away. Overall very satisfied with our stay.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: From my first step into the hotel, i was greeted by the friendliest receptionist staff. Everything about this hotel is amazing. All the staff were amazing but more specifically Pravin & Zahir. Being a solo traveler made things a little more difficult but these 2 seriously bent over backwards to help me, whether that be taking pictures for me on the beach or even offering to do the water sports that required 2 people. Seriously cannot thank them enough for the contribution they made to me having the greatest holiday. The property was in an extremely great location. The beach was just across the road, taxi’s we’re across the road. Restaurant’s, food trucks and cafe’s a short stroll away. The shopping Centre is a short drive away as well. I could not have chosen a more conveniently located hotel. The activities are absolutely amazing & the restaurant was affordable. Breakfast was most delicious as well.
Cons: Absolutely nothing, i loved every single part of this place and i am already planning my return with my family. So thankful to all of the staff, the Mauritian hospitality is amazing
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff is absolutely amazing. I can't begin to thank all the staff members for the wonderful stay. They really made us feel at home. And the staff are always happy which instantly boosts your mood. The food was okay, I really loved the croissants, I loved the wonderful facilities near the hotel, like money changing facilities, tour operators ect. It really was convenient. I will come back if ever I get the opportunity too.
Cons: Nothing
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location directly opposite a great public beach with very little rocks and water sports without being overcrowded. Breakfast was ample for the price. Excellent Winners supermarket within a 100 meters. Taxi stand opposite hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Pereybere Hotel and Spa is located right across the Pereybere beach near Grand Baie. Pereybere is a stunningly beautiful beach. The location is ideal for family and friends. The place is a cosy hotel with good facilities in the room. The rooms are very well designed and provide all the comforts. The staff at the hotel is extremely polite and helpful. Front desk staff like Pravin and Zayed are very helpful and friendly. The managers are very considerate of the fact that one is travelling with family and hence provide special care. The breakfast included in the package was complete with fruits, juices, tea, coffee, yoghurt, cheeses, cold cuts, eggs on demand, meats and other bakery items. Plus there are tons of restaurants, car rental companies, and a super market 2 mins away. I would 100% recommend this hotel.
Cons: Nothing that I can think of.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great staff, good location and modern clean room.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: The first thing you notice upon your arrival to this hotel, is how welcoming and hospitable every member of the staff is. You really feel pampered from the get go. They have a nice restaurant, spa, and beach. Their facilities in general are very good and well-kept. I had a little maintenance issue, and usually this would be considered as a negative thing, but it always depends on how the facility management reacts to your inconvenience. In the case of Seapoint Hotel, their reaction showed how much they care about the comfort, indulgence, and satisfaction of their guests. Great management leading great staff. We really enjoyed our stay in this property.
Cons: The beach is a little bit smaller than what we expected, but it is nice and clean.
7.1 Good
Pros: good facilities, nice room, staff is friendly. restaurant food is amazing, great breakfast. the swimingpool is heated and very clean.
Cons: the level of customer service is poor (definitively not up to 3 or 4 stars level...)and the size of the beach is very tiny not great for swimming...

Cons: Some very small things for 1 person to have as snacks.. snacks were more for sharing.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Still, we would always return due to the simply wonderful staff at this hotel. Headed by the accomplished and caring General Manager Monsieur Vishnu, everybody has pampered us like crazy. From their excellent driver, barkeeper, spotless room service to our special friend Ismael, who always knew beforehand what we might like - we are very pleased to have met this wonderful staff!
Cons: There were only two main things we disliked: the private beach was stony and had a lot of seaweeds - not comparable to other beach sites in Mauritius. Also the sun chairs were extremely uncomfortable.
6.7 Good
Pros: pros: -good breakfast. -lovely staff, honestly the best thing in this hotel is the staff they are very welcoming and always smiling, i thank them and the manger for there hospitality. -nice view, most of the room are ocean view. -clean rooms, comfortable beds.
Cons: cons: -on the first night i was placed in a wrong room with no direct view to the ocean, noisy, and no balcony or patio. -false information in facilities of the room the manger told me it was booking.com mistake. -the beach was not clean, and the weather was most of the time cloudy, i couldn't do any water activity because it was always windy.

Cons: Unfortunately, there is only a very small beach close to the hotel and the street in between shore and hotel can be a bit noisy for people who are sensitive for streets noises. For us it was absolutely great to stay at TOPARADIS.

Pros: the room was nice and had a huge shower. the owners were nice enough to give us a packed breakfast since we were planning to leave early.
Cons: pillow are sooooo bad - they were so high and I just couldn't sleep with them. I don't really like that the room's door is a huge window that you have to cover with blinds all day... breakfast - you can skip it.

Cons: The bungalow is situated on the main road so if you are on the balcony you can hear the cars however when the room door is closed it’s quiet and peaceful. Pool could have been cleaner.

6.3 Good
Pros: The hotel grounds are stunning, two gorgeous pools and a beautiful cove. The food is amazing, plenty of choice and four different dining areas. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Cons: The room is a huge disappointment. Having booked a senior club suite I would advise people not to bother. It does not afford you any additional benefits. There is no proactive service from any of the staff and the general level of service falls well below other five star hotels I have visited.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Seriously, everything! This place is designed beautifully. It has a very cozy feeling, many spots to lay down and chill, infinity pools, water sports, spa, great staff, etc. My husband and I both vegetarians, and when we dine at 'The Cove' and the main restaurant in the hotel, they met us to the Chef's and prepared special dish just for us. This place is just beautiful. The room was WOW. I highly recommend this place if you look for a quiet place to enjoy your vacation with good food and good vibes.
Cons: Nothing I can think of
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is outstanding and so lovely. We loved the fact it is not a huge hotel. All the restaurants were amazing with fantastic food and service. Our favourites were The Peninsula bar and restaurant for its incredible views. We loved the Cove restaurant for its privacy. Staff are welcoming from the management, restaurants, bars, beach, housekeeping, gardeners and maintenance.A special thank you to Michael who just never stops. He continually monitors the beach and pool area serving drinks, providing cool cucumbers for the eyes and cleaning your sunglasses.

Pros: Very close to a stunning beach and good choice of restaurants nearby. Staff could not do enough for you, very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Breakfast options need a little more variety
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location good, room well set, nice furniture.
Cons: Kitchen could be well set . , breakfast better displayed, like the European style.. As it's still new am sure when I come back I'll see it as such.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Lovely staff, comfortable bed, fantastic beach, good restaurants nearby, nice breakfast and delicious strong coffee each morning. Loved it!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had only one night in Trou aux Biches and stayed at the Easy Stay Residence. It's next to the beach and also very close to different restaurant. The Room was nice and clean. The breakfast was very delicious and the family who own the hotel very nice. We would def stay there again.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Nice breakfast prepared on the spot: fruits, juice, coffee/tea, croissants, and omelette. Super close to the beach: during the day a passage is open so you are 1 minute from the beach; during the night you use the other gate and it takes 3 minutes. Everybody at the property very friendly and helpful. AC works very well. Hotel recently renovated.
Cons: Wifi unstable for skype calls.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The accommodation is located about 50 meters from the beautiful beach. The location is very quiet and safe. The air-conditioned rooms are cozy and come with an electric kettle and a fridge. Rooms are perfectly tidy every day. As part of the stay, there is also a delicious breakfast served (coffee, tea, juice, fruit, croissant, egg omelet ...). All the time we have nice and friendly staff. The owner is very friendly and helpful to advice... We also received an hour-long boat trip with snorkeling for free. Accommodation is highly recommended and sometimes we will definitely return. This area of the island in compared to the other ones which we visited is the most beautiful!
Cons: Regarding accommodation, staffing and service there is nothing we can say. The only thing that accommodation can improve and be so unbeatably perfect is range of wi-fi signal. Sometimes we needed to use it, and searching for the signal took us consume a lot of time. Finally, it was easier to connect via data.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is friendly and welcoming. The rooms, in the main part of the hotel, are cleverly laid out in a horseshoe shape so as to provide privacy and a view. We were in a deluxe room, which was well looked after by Jessen - thank you Jessen. We chose the hotel because it suggested quality without being too stuffy and spa like and we were not disappointed. We were on an all inclusive package and that was fantastic value with the AI items clearly marked on menus, including premium brand spirits, local beers and cocktails - ah the pina coladas! I’m not a big fan of buffet arrangement restaurants but this was the exception - fantastic quality and selection with the most beautiful bread and rolls baked on the premises on what must be a continual basis throughout the day. Food was of a great quality and variety and hot - definitely not the usual “stack ‘em high”, “pigs to a trough” approach (although you could if you wanted to). In addition to the main poolside restaurant there are three other restaurants to book. Italian themed La Casa was good, in a beautiful setting overlooking the lights of the distant Port Louis but our favourite was the fish restaurant L’Horizon. Looked at in the day, it is underwhelming but at night (when it is open) it takes on a magical look with lights in a beach setting. A huge thank you to Stephanie for looking after us so well when we were there! Plenty of free water sports including water skiing, paddle boarding, sailing, kayaking and snorkeling and a beautiful beach with plenty of sun beds.
Cons: There was truly little not to like with the Victoria Beachcomber and I can be a bit fussy! I was concerned, on reading a previous previous review before I arrived highlighting “wild” dogs” roaming the beach and hotel. Anyone who has been to Mauritius will know that dogs do wander and some will be seen on the beach and around the pool but and it is a huge BUT, they are very friendly and know when they are not welcome - I never felt worried and it sort of added to the charm! Other reviews highlighted flies in the open restaurant- you are in the tropics and eating outdoors so the comment, from my experience, seemed over the top. Please don’t be put off by isolated reviews of this hotel - it is a quality establishment with quality staff and excellent value for money - as one would expect from Beachcomber establishment.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: room was clean. beach and pool were clean - comfortable staff was very nice & helpfull
Cons: taste of food , open buffet - was not good
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff are incredible. Deepak, Baby, Raja, Anil - there’s a reason why we keep coming back. The selection of food. The beautiful grounds. The comfy beds!! Everything is amazing, we love holidaying here. And we’ve had an incredible honeymoon.
Cons: Nothing!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is nice, the staff is very friendly and helpful. The garden and the room was clean, everything was great. There are a lot of activity, everything is very easy to book a desk for a dinner*, or play tennis, snorkeling, kayak, etc. This hotel is 100% the best choice for a family with children, there are a lot of opportunity to play with them. The ocean isn't deep, the waves are tiny, there is a Children Club, etc. We used taxi at the hotel too, it was very easy to find somebody, I think its easier to take a taxi and a driver as you book a car somwhere at a car rental, maybe is cost effectice, but taxi is 100% comfortable. It was a good choice to book in this hotel. We stayed here 5 nights, after it we travelled to the east side of the island (to an another Beachcomber hotel)
Cons: 1.) You need to book a table to an a' la carte restaurant, we get a table for the italian one (La Casa), but at the reception the guy said, everything is booked, but he can maybe reserve a desk for us (it was on Thursday and we get a table for Sunday) .. btw every day the restaurant was only half booked and on sunday neither... (this organisation wasn't profi). Some restaurant is as Adult Only dedicated, but every restaurant were children. It wasn't a problem for us, but maybe for you it can be. Dress code is added, but there some people, who didn't understand the casual smart, etc dresscode. 2.) There was a lot of cats... at the breakfast, at the lunch, at dinner. They just sat at the desks and waitad for the foods... I don't like cats, and nobody know the health status of this cats, for me this animals doesn't belongs to the eating. 3.) LOTS OF FLIES! I don't know why, at the beach too, but at the main restaurant was a lot! There wasn't any fly killing applications but it would be very effective...

Pros: The view from our room was fantastic and the view across Grand Baie from the beach was superb. The staff in the restaurant were brilliant, really friendly, great service and worked very hard to meet our expectations.
Cons: We had one of the larger rooms but, even so, it was quite poorly designed inside which meant it was quite cramped in the living room area, and there was very little space to hang clothes. The reception staff were always very friendly and appeared helpful, but this disguised their lack of efficiency. They were unable to fix the TV in the room which only showed 4 of the 15 or so channels available; and on the lat two days we were there showed nothing at all. They also were unable to suggest any horse riding we asked for at another location, so we arranged it separately. We also had a problem with the jacuzzi on our balcony which they took three days to fix. Not impressed at all for a hotel of this supposed quality!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Nice intimate setting, caring and friendly staff. Good quality restaurant. Would come back!
Cons: Perhaps not the easiest starting point for a long walk to other places like restaurants or other places to go to.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We booked a three night stay at 20degrees sud and we were most impressed. The staff could not have been more pleasant and helpful (we were doing a little business in Mauritius and needed access to printing etc- very helpful). The food was of a high standard and our room was perfect- large, well furnished in a characterful style, with a direct view of the sea. One afternoon we borrowed the hotel bikes and went for a pleasant cycle around the coastal road. Also , this is not a money grabbing hotel. We had some friends over one morning and I ordered coffee etc for them and told the waiter to put it on the bill , but they gave it complimentary. They also let us have the room late on the day check out , at no extra cost. I will definitely use this hotel for my next stay in Mauritius.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff is great!!(though it doesn't equate always to efficient staff....
Cons: Better service with breakfast and dinner...its frustrating trying to get a spoon...some knife and fork...over and over again(saw that with another couple too..')Asking for coffee..to get it after 5 minutes without milk and then get it yourself because the waitress didn't pitch up...
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Nice view goodBreakfast
Cons: Not to big nice n clean
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Exceptional boutique tailored care; kind friendly unobtrusive excellent food
Cons: Transportation to/from the hotel. Could do with a shuttle service from hotel to local sites; would pay for this as taxis are relatively expensive.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: loved the dining room and the private beach
Cons: room was a bit small
8.8 Excellent
Pros: I really liked the atmosphere - the smaller size yet with all the options you could want. Nice little beach with cocktails and snacks. The swimming pool is also excellent.
Cons: The weather was not that great which meant several of the organised excursions could not be done. I really wanted to go snorkelling but the trips were cancelled.

Pros: This accommodation is exactly what it says it is : not more not less, so no disappointment and rather a bit above expectations, thanks to very helpful staff. In view to cost per night, it deserves mostly full points, on my opinion.
Cons: Nothing negative to report.

Pros: Ambiance and friendliness of the staff
Cons: No WiFi in the room and building work right next door
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, and beautiful property for a B&B . Nice staff and breakfast was also nice though u need the extra Rs 100 to take the English breakfast.
Cons: Cons Mattress were a bit hard and it had a few lizards which my wife was uncomfortable with but to be expected in a tropical b&b.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It's a very nice boutique hotel!!!! Nice room, lounge and garden decoration. Very nice and comfortable seating on the terrace and in the garden. Nice swimming pool! Very nice atmosphere. Friendly staff.
Cons: The beakfast is, unfortunately, not very diversified! Every day the same…. It is really a shame that, while the price for the stay is not that cheap, a simple egg or an egg preparation costs extra!!! It's a pity that there is a big building being constructed right next to this hotel (extending on two sides of the hotel)!

Pros: Everything! I have no words for the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. The service far exceeded my expectations. The room was nice with the ocean and pool view. Very clean toilet and the same for the other space of room! The breakfast and dinner buffet were amazing with countless delicacies and special events from different country cuisines. The bar had everyday different music nights. It totally worths to take halfboard with your room.
Cons: Everything was superb!

Pros: Water sports
Cons: Price of drinks
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent breakfast. Excellent place with lots of free water sports, with very friendly and helpful people.
Cons: Explanation of how payment of drinks work must be improved. We discovered on day two we are paying extra for water and coffee at supper. And at extremely inflated prices. R50 for a bottle of small water! We started buying our own at the local convenience shop at R12 for a 1 litre bottle. Problem solved, but it leaves a feeling of being cheated. I am sure many people get caught that way and end up with a massive bill at check-out time. Also their contracted shuttle is 3 times more expensive that the official taxi service. We almost got caught, but I checked on the web site and booked myself a taxi. Not UBER, but a formal, luxury taxi service. If you plan to do shore entry snorkeling, this is not the best location. The water is milky with no visibility, because it is inside Grand Bay itself. Too much large boat traffic. Rather go to a place outside the bay nearby. Scuba is excellent, because the boat goes further out. The scuba operators are top class
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Food and water entertainment
Cons: Night club didn't open up on the night it was suppose to
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful place - furniture in the room was modern enough and in good condition Very clean Great location - close to various shops, bars and two large supermarkets Excellent facilities Very nice staff Many water sports activities included such as water ski Great variety at the various meals Fast internet in the room - I got 20mbps!
Cons: Although we had great variety at the meals, the food itself was average at best - they don’t seem to like neither tomatoes nor salt

7.5 Good
Pros: the apartment was spacious & comfortable. Also was cleaned daily & kept well. The hostess Bimla was helpful & tried to keep us comfortable.
Cons: The main thing was as it was winter in Mauritius, it was not very sunny on most days & so we did not get any hot water for bathing. The water in the mornings would be only room temperature most days, so we could not bathe at all. This spoilt our stay. We were assured hot & cold running water in the bathrooms & kitchen. This was not true at all. No alternate arrangement was done & we had to go without the basic facility of a warm water bath.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had a great stay, thank you so much to Bilma for helping us with everything. She still helping us now that our holiday is finished as we forgot our mobile phone at the residence

Pros: Peace and quiet
Cons: Could relax after all day
7.1 Good
Pros: Location is good, staff is nice but available only for a couple of hours in the morning.
Cons: Walls are not sound proof and dogs disturb u at night. Ants and mosquitoes everywhere. Swimming pool water wasn't clean.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The apartment was clean and had a lot of space. It’s very close to the beach and restaurants and supermarket. The kitchen is well equipted.
Cons: The swimming pool is very little.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: We had a very pleasant time. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped. We liked our balcony too. There is a swimming pool as well and a private car park. Nearby there are restaurants and shops, and if you do not have a car the bus stop is just a few steps away. The beach can be easily reached by a short walk or by bus either. If needed there is also the chance to rent a car, book an excursion, etc.
Cons: Nothing important really, just it should have been a safety box but there was not.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location of the property is excellent! It’s 5 minutes away from the beach and it’s close to the best diving center in Mauritius. It’s very quiet. Mr Sanjay and the rest of the staff were very friendly and if needed anything, they responded very quickly.
Cons: I liked everything.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Helpful staff that went above and beyond. Clean pool. Spacious apartment. Own washing machine. Good facilities.
Cons: Water pressure was a bit low and often struggled to get hot

Pros: My stay at hotel Coin de Mire Attitude was enhanced by the amazing service provided by the friendly and professional staff there. They honestly go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed from the get go and as a female solo traveller, I really appreciated that.
Cons: Perhaps more vegan desert options during evening meal times.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great place, lots of things to do. Staff was super nice and they did a custom cooking class for us! Special thanks to Dina and Executive Chef Richard for hosting the cooking class! Food was great. You should try the chicken noodles! Recommend to book the all inclusive package. There are 2 restaurants, a bar, a snack place and lots of things to do. There's 2 big pools, fitness room with all important things, tennis court and more.
6.0 Good
Pros: The facility is really beautiful and modern! There are a lot of activities organised by the hotel! And its so close to the beach!
Cons: The room didnt at all look as good as the pictures! You could see that the room was quite old! The service really wasnt good and there was no friendly atmosphere! Except a couple of employes who really did a great job! It depends on what you look for in a hotel but for us it was way too big & way too busy!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Amazing staff! Excellent spa, beautiful facilities, lovely reception and warm welcome. Excellent value for money. Great food.
7.1 Good
Cons: The bed was not very comfortable.
5.0 Okay
Pros: the people on the beach
Cons: service and rooms
9.2 Excellent
Pros: While waiting for our room, we could join a group for snorkeling. Dinner & Breakfast Buffet were really delicious. There are various facilities for sports, such as tennis, table tennis and darts. The Pools are beautiful, but could be a bit warmer. We don´t know why, but we did not have to pay for a mixed snack plate, which we really enjoyed!
Cons: It is only a short walk to the beach but you need to cross the street. The beach/pool-towel supply could be little better, some times there were no towels. The Ping Pong-Tables could be replaced. But these are only minor things.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: From the genuine warm welcome to the attentiveness of ALL the staff until the moment we left. They are all fantastic and work very hard and work as a team no matter what job they do.
Cons: Nothing loved everything
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The size of the hotel is optimal, it guarantees an intimate atmosphere and extraordinary attention by the staff. The beach is beautiful, with numerous watersport activities provided complimentary (kayak, pedalo, water ski and glass-bottom boat). The staff is always at service, they are very discrete and professional, and they made our stay memorable with little surprises. Our room was spacious, and comfortable with a beautiful view to the garden and the ocean.
7.9 Good
Pros: Proximity to beach and this was the quietest part of the beach Good for relaxation - quiet Friendly staff, from Annie on reception to the restaurant team and cleaners Good lunch and dinner menus
Cons: The bed sheets and towels looked and felt as though they had been in use for decades The room looked as though it needed a fresh lick of paint; walls were a bit yellow tinged The phone in the room went through to the sister hotel rather than Le Cardinal. No idea why as they had to transfer you In general, it didn’t feel like a 5 star hotel experience
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful location Large rooms with amazing views Helpful staff
Cons: Service at the restaurant and beach bar was very slow at times
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Superb, large room wth amazing attention to detail.Grounds of hotel pleasant and leafy with amazing birds as well as a great beach only steps away.Beach restaurant great- good for cocktails and lighter food-separate from main restaurant.Beach area safe and comfortable- bonus of sea activities at no extra cost.Pool attractive.Restaurant food delicious and room service excellent too.Staff wonderful- efficient ,friendly and helpful.- a credit to the hotel. We loved the fact it was a small, exclusive hotel that offered everything in a beautiful setting.
Cons: Nothing- a perfect hotel.
7.0 Good
Pros: The room was very spacious and well cleaned (competent and friendly cleaning staff). There is a big Hot Pot in the room. Good breakfast and they tried to minimize plastic garbage (glas water bottles,...)
Cons: Bad price/performance ratio. The wlan was quite slow. Just a few international TV channels. The bed was obviously very old and in a bad condition (noisy and saggy). Rooms were noisy too. Spa area is located in the neighbour hotel and (compared to other 5-star hotels in Mauritius) nothing is for free (even the hammam you have to pay for). The personal working at the boat-house was very unprofessionell and not very interested in providing any of the included activities. Furthermore, there have been sales promotors hanging around there trying to sell tours and trips in a defiant way. Not enough beach loungers available - only 2 parking lots directly at the hotel. As mentioned before: inferior compared to other 5-star hotel in Mauritius.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A very nice and calm resort in a beautiful place. The staff was very nice and helpful, the food good, and the accommodations were exactly what we needed. Some resorts are very noisy and huge this one is so quiet with only a few suites, perfect for a couple.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We loved the spacious room and bathroom, the cupboard space. We appreciated the friendliness of Rajesh and Catoo (restaurant manager) We loved our sea view and the location of the resort so close to Mon choisy and Grand baie.
Cons: The silver taps (sink and bath and shower), toilet roll, flusher all can be cleaned properly. It is as if these does not get cleaned at all, full of marks.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The facilities at the hotel are excellent on the beach. You can paddleboard, kayak, sail, water ski, do boat tours etc as much as you want for free. The hotel itself is well run, the food is excellent for dinner although breakfast isn't great. The staff are all pretty friendly too.
Cons: We paid extra for an upgraded room with a jacuzzi; don't bother, literally the worst jacuzzi I've ever come across. Didn't work properly, didn't make bubbles, water wasn't hot enough for a bath; disappointing. When we arrived at the hotel we had to forward our reservation email to them again; got the impression that they weren't expecting us. After dinner on the first night I was wearing tailored shorts and was told I needed to wear trousers to eat in the restaurant. Not a problem if they'd told me before but zero communication to this effect before I got there and I didn't pack trousers. The hotel provided me with some cargo style trousers which I then had to wear for the rest of the week. When raised with management they suggested we eat every meal in the room rather than be in the restaurant or that I should go and buy some trousers. Just for perspective, people in the restaurant were wearing jogging bottoms, hats and sometimes flip flops. The coffee at breakfast is the worst I've had; Think coffee flavoured warm water.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Hotel was very clean and the surroundings were immaculate and maintained perfectly. Location was good with nice clean beaches. Food was excellent especially in the Navigator restaurant if you don't want the buffet.
Cons: Uncomfortable sun loungers - Not long enough and no cushioning. Beach bar service would have been an improvement too. We did not use the pool area but it seemed to be shaded most times when we passed by.
7.1 Good
Pros: The garden is very clean and nice. The beach is beautiful and the view from our room also very nice.
Cons: The staff need to improve their service and attitude. We need to book 2 to 3 days in advanced to get a table for the 2 restaurants (except the buffet which has better service) and at the end we did not have a nice evening. 2 nights in a row! The fish was cold and the lamb was too hard. We drink Rosé wine and they refill it with white wine. And they don’t even say sorry. Only explain us something that does not make any sense. And no one return to ask if we need something or not. And we need to ask for the bread and butter? But seriously? The pool guy was so rude. We were explain him that we forget to return the towel because it was raining the day before so we did not return to the pool and return the towels. So the next day, we say sorry and asking for new towel. But this staff, was angry and answer us very rudely. Saying that we suppose to return the towel no matter what the situation that we explained him earlier. Seems like we can’t make mistake. But come on we came for holidays!!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Beachcomber Canonnier is a perfect example how to reinvent yourself new. Despite of the fact that this hotel was established a couple of years ago, it expresses itself as a modern and nicely designed recreation area. Fully refurbished and modernized it comes back in a style state of the art, mostly colored in white. New furniture and refurbished furniture (why always buy new stuff if the old one can be still used – take care on the environment) was well done and we loved it! The bed was cozy and comfortable, the shower was working perfect, the room service was really well done and we had nothing to complain about this. It also looks like the windows have been renewed since it was really quiet inside except for the time when the evening entertainment started right in front of our room. There is enough space and many sun-beds at various beach areas or the pool. Inside the hotel you will find a historical building and close to it an amazing Spa Area (which we unfortunately did not use). A big plus is you can park your car inside the hotel area. Since we had half-board some words about the restaurant: breakfast just perfect. A broad choice of national and international dishes, various breads, juices, sweets, show cooking. The Navigator is a nice place for candle light dinner, that we have to admit! But the food is in the Buffet Restaurant better. Despite of the waiters all others were absolutely friendly, helpful and attentive, nothing to complain about. The cooks are always present and really helpful (helping elderly people getting there food e.g.). For the evening entertainment we cannot say so much except: sharp 11pm music stops and all gets quiet. We appreciated that very much. Conclusion: perfect price benefit ratio.
Cons: There is nothing we missed except the coffee which is just awful (fresh brewed one). In the corner close to the wine bar there are two coffee machines for Cappuccino e.g.. Often only one was working and the coffee itself was okay but not the best. Due to the issue with the non-working machines, a queue was always in front. We would expect a professional coffee service in such a hotel. The staff is absolutely friendly except you want to choose your table on your own in the morning. In case they did not put the cutlery on a table somewhere and you help yourself, they are getting annoyed since they might need to walk a little far to pick up the dirty dishes.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great location as you can see both sunrise and sunset. Very friendly and helpful staff and overall great hotel for family. Loved that they kept a mauritian theme to the buffet cuisine. I spent two nights with my kids (12 & 9) and they enjoyed themselves. Mr Rama offered fantastic customer service when there was an issue with one of the rooms I booked. Will definitely go again for the hospitality.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff were extremely caring and friendly, they went out of their way to accommodate us, and to help us in a time of need. Very good facilities, very clean, very well organised. Beautiful settings, lots of comfortable furniture all over the property to sit down.
Cons: Nothing.
7.9 Good
Pros: Swimming pool was nice The beach is a very nice view and enough chairs/beds The rooms are clean and tidy
Cons: The bed was very uncomfortable and very small. The description of the bed was “king size” but our feet would be in the air whilst sleeping and the cushions are very unconfortable, too soft. We saw a few small ants in the bathroom.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great facilities, good food, friendly staff, exceptional views and just a wonderful stay overall.
Cons: The welcome at reception could be clearer as the information was a bit vague, the language barrier may have added to this.
