Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpful. We were there to ski and they have lockers right under the gondola so no need to trudge up to the lifts in ski boots, it was excellent.
Cons: Shower head wouldn't stay in the correct position, was funny.

Pros: Double bed was very nice but bunkbed was not good.
Cons: Hot water was not hot enough for shower.
