Optimal location, very friendly and helpful staff.
The hotel is in an excellent location, within close walking distance of much of what you want to see and do, with great access to the Metro and trains. All of the staff is friendly and attentive. Obviously this chain invests in good employee training. The rooms are quiet and the air-conditioning works well. The breakfast - included in my rate - was varied and plentiful.
The rooms are a bit small. The lobby is not very cosy or inviting. The elevators are limited and small and get crowded in the morning during breakfast and check-out times.
Price / quality = very good
