Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's location, often highlighting its proximity to the beach and convenience for exploring the area. However, there are widespread complaints about cleanliness, with many reviews citing dirty rooms, bathrooms, and common areas, as well as issues like mold and unpleasant odors. Service is another area of concern, with reports of understaffing, slow responses, and poor experiences at reception and the bar. The breakfast receives mixed feedback, with some guests enjoying the variety while others note delays and lack of replenishment. The pool area is mentioned frequently, but often negatively due to cleanliness and maintenance problems. Overall, while the location and some aspects of the structure are appreciated, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and maintenance to meet guest expectations.
