One stewardess was very accommodating and nice. Another rude!
Entertainment did not work in my seat! Awful- the crew - absent one stewardess- didn’t care - and didn’t try to help at all. The seats were cramped .
This was like flying in the 20th century: Seats were comfortable, there was enough legroomand the crew were extremely polite and accomodating

the layover was too long-we stayed 7 hours in the Sao Paolo airport
The plane was old. The service was bad. They charged me for my luggage! They used to be a great airline, but they have really gone down hill! When the passenger is no longer the focus but the cargo they carry is, then something is seriously wrong!
Surprisingly good seat spaces, good food, drinks, entertainment (movies, games), camera's on plain to watch even if not on window ...
small corridors that leave the stewardesses bumbing into passangers; stewardesses extensively chatting with single passagiers leaving others disturbed (having her back side in my face); boarding was unclear and the English hardly understandable
Flight was fast and safe.
Easy going. No complaints

All else. Long line for check in at connection point (only one person behind the counters), a chaotic boarding process and then Azul lost my baggage. My first, if I can avoid it, my last flight with them. Pity.
Flights were punctual, seats were better than average, and upgrades were available.
Planes needed updating, noises heard were concerning, food was below average, and the landings were a little rough.
It was nice. The staff were great
