Portsmouth Beach Hotel

The pop up restaurant was great-the food was tasty & well presented. The staff made all attempts to facilitate requests for transportation & room issues.

The rooms are in need of serious upgrade. Note there is no TV or phone in the rooms and no full length mirror. Toiletries are the bare minimum-towels, toilet paper & bar soap.

The hotel sits right on the beachfront ideal for swimming, snorkelling and perfect for watching the setting sun. There is a reef right next to the pier you can spend hours snorkelling and observing the marine life, the hotel lends out snorkelling gear for free.

The staff was really nice and helpful! The staff are very friendly/helpful and the location in Portsmouth is perfect just on the edge of town.

The bed in the room was very comfortable. Facilities absolutely poor. The room was so basic we couldn't make a coffee after traveling for 15 hours.

Several guests mentioned that the views from the rooms were spectacular. Opting for a room with a balcony facing the beach comes highly recommended.

If you're looking for a quieter experience, consider visiting in August during the low season. This could provide a more peaceful and less crowded stay.
