The location and the staff were excellent. Kiara was WONDERFUL! Easy to find and opposite 2 great restaurants. Staff were lovely and helpful especially the young lady who checked us in. Enjoyed breakfast on our balcony with the fabulous view. The location was exceptional with it’s view over Positano and directly adjacent to a nice restaurant/bar/cafe. The views from the balcony were amazing with an adorable table and chairs! The free breakfast served on our balcony. Location location location. The view from the rooms are incredible. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the morning breakfast on the terrace is a nice touch. The view from our balcony was spectacular and made it worth every Euro! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delivered to our balcony every morning on time. Perfect way to start the day. The balcony is to die for. The view and the breakfast that gets delivered right onto your table outside is amazing. Perfect location can get to the main beach or fornillo beach (less touristy, still has beach clubs). Right across from one of the best restaurants Da Vincenzo(didn’t get to eat at) and down the street from Next2 which is elegant fine food and the desert was next level. The staff is amazing, helped us in any way we needed. We had the best time on our honeymoon! Our room was overlooking the sea. Absolutely recommend it. View from the balcony is a definite highlight, with breakfast served to the room at your requested time. We enjoyed this each morning and then also came back to watch the sunset each night on the balcony, which is a must! The room is spacious, clean and comfortable and the staff, particularly Chiara, were very nice and gave us some great local recommendations (walk up the hill from the property for dinner at Il Fornillo and Saraceno D’Oro!). Great room with an amazing view of Positano in a good location with steps down to the beach around 5-10 min walk. Room was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Staff were very friendly & helpful they assisted us with booking a restaurant & arranging for our car to be collected from carpark. The breakfast served in the room is amazing and a great way to start the day enjoying the view on the balcony. I highly recommended staying here! This place is excellent for a couple staying a few nights. Exceeded our expectations pictures don’t do this place justice it is fabulous and perfect location only a 5 min walk to the beach and main area and the best restaurants right outside the hotel the view from the balcony is gorgeous. Great balcony and view. 300+ steps to get to hotel from the marina, best to walk through town and up the roadway. Enough restaurants nearby to not have to walk back into town. The property was in a good location with restaurants close by. The beach was a short walk away although many stairs to climb (as is in the whole of Positano). This hotel has an excellent location, you literally walk out the door to restaurants and cute shops without being in the full hustle and bustle a few 100m down towards the marina. The view from the room is breathtaking and the bar is even better. The room was clean, and had everything you need, a little small but with the balcony it really opens it up. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The daily breakfast is delivered to your balcony, it was such a nice way to start the day. Note- if you stay here and want amazing food head up the hill away from town, the hotel recommended we did this and we had some of our favourite meals. Stunning views and lovely Italian coloured tiles in the room. Breakfast on the balcony was a treat. the view is unbelievable, the only Michelin star restaurant is next door( I recommend the octopus) staff is very nice and helpful. was a pleasure to stay. Recommend getting “blu porter” luggage service to take your bags from the port to the hotel because you do have to climb the stairs to get here but it’s worth it!! Also the air conditioning is literally better than my in my own house in Australia. View was phenomenal, room was great and breakfast was adequate. The view was spectacular, each day started with breakfast on the terrace which we enjoyed, and the entire staff was very friendly and helpful!

The only thing I would have liked was a softer bed as it’s very firm. Maybe add a pillow topper or have as an option? Also 2 pillows as standard. Water pressure is a serious problem. Showers can be dangerous with scalding water on a regular basis. Breakfasts are served on the room as they have closed their normal breakfast area ..?? It just does not work as intended. Wi-Fi didn’t work inside the room. Great location, staff was really nice, the rooms are nice and clean. The bed was a bit hard. Beds were a bit hard and pillows were flat and not enough for two each. The walls are pretty thin so you can hear a lot of noise from other people around you. The beds are a little uncomfortable and need to be updated into a pillow top type of mattress. The room was small but the bathroom was big. The owner was rude. Incredibly rude. The air conditioner was broken. The hot water was terrible. Breakfast service was terrible - poor choices and served in the bedroom only. Small rooms but that is to be expected. Staff were rude when trying to accommodate us and set up the single bed. Description of the room and the bed arrangement was different to as described in the add. The add says it can sleep 3 people with 1 single and 1 double bed, however the staff were saying the single bed is only for a child when it was clearly a normal size bed. Staff made this process extremely difficult. Outdated, terrible linens and mattress. Breakfast was terrible. The staff were not accomodating or friendly. The breakfast was below average, all 3 times they forgot to bring the things we ordered. We paid extra for an omelette and it was delivered cold. The wifi did not work. For the price you pay per night to stay here it is not worth it. I highly suggest to stay someone else. The bathroom was awful, not clean. The photos on the website were very confusing and did not do the rooms justice. The room was a lot smaller than it looked. The bathroom was not kept clean and smelt horrible the whole time. The breakfast was terrible. We did get a little bit of an ant invasion in the bathroom, but didn’t really bother us. Over priced hotel, terrible breakfast. The older lady on reception was one of the rudest people I have ever come across we accidentally miss placed our beach towels and were charged $90 and threaten to stop our taxi half way to our next destination unless we paid over the phone. The ad said that hotel was 150 m from the beach but did mention that you reached the beach by going up 500 steps!! …not suitable for older guests
