Pros: This hotel is easy to get to. Even though it's close to highway, the room was relatively quiet. The staff is very friendly and willing to help to make sur your comfortable.
Cons: The breakfast area is small and s but cramped.
Pros: Easy to find location
Cons: Check in clerk seemed as if I had interrupted her break or something. Then she gives me the room next to the ice maker when the inn was clearly less than half full. When I asked for another room she complied but was not the "pleasure to serve you" person. All in all, OK.
Cons: Too many flies in the Continental Breakfast area.
Pros: Breakfast was great
Cons: Toilet was too close to vanity
Pros: Clean, reasonably priced, and comfortable.
Cons: Difficult to see to get into at night when west bound.
Pros: Very good for cleanliness location good
Cons: Breakfast not acceptable for a 7 day stay, not enough food, short on cups dishes when requested bread for toast ignored, not satisfied with that at all
Pros: Nothing spectacular about this hotel. It just gets all the basics right. Bed was comfortable, TV and satellite channels were good, small fridge and coffee maker in the room. Breakfast covered all the basics well.
Cons: Entrance from the roadside is getting a little worn. Could use some patchwork.
Pros: Only an hour from Lubbock with a full DirecTV satellite package. Good for post game.
Cons: Ice machine was right outside the room and loud. Curtains didn't block light from prison. Shower head was busted, lost all its pressure.
Cons: Tv didn’t work in the room. Finally got moved to a new room.
Pros: Clean room and held for late arrival. Quick check in. Full breakfast. Good experience.
Pros: Breakfast was excellent - real eggs, not powdered.

Pros: Breakfast is great. we greatly enjoy the Garza. Debra (My wife) and I enjoy the Garza. We wonder why spouse could not be included on the list above. Marriage as a man and women is one of the great values of the USA and we should not let political correctness remove it.
Pros: It's a really nice hotel. Yes; you could find plenty of others in Lubbock, but you'd be missing out on something special. The rooms are comfortable and quiet (amazing in itself considering there is a busy railroad line not far way), breakfast is very good, and the staff is terrific. There's good food within walking distance (Greek--kinda). Parking is just outside the hotel, and there's not much traffic on the street.
Pros: Staff was especially nice, payment was very easy and convenient
