I enjoyed the small size of the hotel, only 18 rooms, and the adjoining restaurant which made it all cozy, comfortable, and convenient. The location was great, being right next to Old Town and Wenceslas Square and yet on a relatively quiet street.
The room was fairly hot, even with the heat off, so I had to sleep with the windows open. Being the weekend, it was really loud with partiers/night life out on the street (which I didn't expect because the street itself was such a quiet street with seemingly little foot traffic).
The noise from adjacent night clubs until 3 to 4 in the morning
Ideal location, walking distance to the top sights in Prague and to the metro station. For those who like music, good jazz bar in the basement (although there are lots of great jazz bars elsewhere in Prague).
The website advertises that the jazz bar is free for hotel guests; however, this is no longer true and entry charge applies to all guests (apparently, there has been a change of ownership). This should be noted by those choosing the hotel for access to the jazz bar (as it did mine).
Charming and great locations and good breakfast
the situation in the old town and the jazz club
Quiet room (at the backside, frontside is more rumourous) at very nice location in centre. good service and breakfast. Free entry for hotel guests to the jazz-club in the basement.
Close to the center, restaurants and all the major actractions in Pragh
We booked a room at 4th floor with a view and it was booked out when we arrived and had to take a rom at 1st floor with windows to the back yard.
Several front dest people didnt speak english very well but it still worked out ok
Large room, free wireless Internet, reasonable breakfast, very central location.
Some noise from street, tv too far from bed so that remote control does not work from the bed.
