Well decorated, very clean. The rooms are pretty spacious with comfortable beds, the bathroom also spacious with super large mirror. Overall, the equipment in the room was in great shape, nothing broken or overused. Very quiet rooms, we did not hear neither the street nor any other rooms, but our room was in the corner and the windows were pointing some back yard, so maybe not rooms will be alike.
The bathroom had very poor air ventilation. There's no view whatsoever from any hotel rooms, the building is surrounded by another large hotel and another large building. The WiFi is super pricey, and I cannot understand why, though they do have an Ethernet connection available in the rooms, not only WiFi.
The staff was freindly and efficient.
Location very central and easy commute to and from airport.
Situation was central to most tourist sights within walking distance Ouiet location but central. Decor good and a very comfortable bed at the end of a busy day excellent sevice staff very helpful in the hotel
Would have liked tea facilities in room we had them in New York Marriot so missed them in the Prague hotel
excalent service, staff were very freindly and helpful
The service in the bar was very good, hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a good location, 2 minute walk to metro stop and 10 minute walk to Old town Square.
After staying at other 5* hotels around Europe, I was a bit disappointed by the rating of this hotel. At best it should be 4*. The rooms were just 'ok'. the breakfast was good, but expensive.
