Pros: easy clean
Cons: the super breakfast was far from super could have used some kind of protein like boiled eggs.
Pros: Newer king bed and tv.
Cons: No microwave in room. Awful tv reception. They actually could get digital TV from the provider but chose for the cheaper cable tv.their so called 'high speed Internet' is a joke! 5 meg service for the whole hotel. Awful. Get with the times!

Pros: Cheap little cupcakes@over ripe oranges
Cons: Run down plants in lobby were all dead.No cleaning service around No maids to be seen Landry plied highp
Pros: The staff is excellent. Very pleasant. Eager to please. Had light bulbs that were burnt out but they were addressed quickly. We left behind a phone charger and they called to tell us that they would put it in an envelope with our name and we can stop in to claim it the next time we are in the area. Well done!
Cons: A bit run down. Only half the light bulbs worked. One bulb in the bathroom was replaced but still didn't work, so suspect it was the fixture itself. While there was satellite TV, it was very limited in what channels were available.
Pros: If there was a breakfast we didn't see it.
Cons: Our first room was very hot as we did not have air conditioning that worked. We had to be moved to another room. I have to admit that one was better. The staff on hand did their best to accommodate us. I only received a credit card copy. I asked for a copy of the bill and was told the printer did not work.
Pros: The friendliness of the staff and there knowledge of the area. They knew where to send us to look up some history of our ancestors who lived there
Cons: That we could not stay longer cause we were headed to Niagara Falls
Pros: Big room with fridge and microwave. Nice place to stay in prentice area.
Cons: The view was ok but that not why I was there.
Cons: The breakfast
Pros: Nothing stands out. It's a place to sleep and move on at this time. Needs to update the rooms and could make outside nice to walk if they work on the area down by the pond. Fire-pit, chairs, picnic tables, grill, path down to the pond.
Cons: Young couple that just bought the motel, needed to learn the motels computer system. Took 20 minutes to check in at first. Only us checking in at that time. Then was given a room with a person already in it. They made it right finally so we decided to stay. Total check in process was about 45 minutes.
Cons: need to replace the pillows, they were old and stained !
Pros: Very friendly staff. Very nice room and public areas.
Cons: No security lights in parking area.
Pros: It was quite for sleeping
Cons: It was very run down fired up plants in the lobby. If there dead just get rid of them.Didn't seem like they had the help they need .Saw no maids or Landry staff.
Pros: Was quite clean given it is small and the help is new!
Cons: The building as a whole is getting quite worn down and unkempt.
With a stay at Timber Inn Motel in Phillips, you'll be steps from Lidice Memorial and a 3-minute drive from Wisconsin Concrete Park. Featured amenities include luggage storage and a vending machine. Free self parking is available onsite.
Cons: Air conditioner didn't work and when I went to ask for my money back they refused because I didn't accept their offer to change rooms. They also essentially called me a liar saying that nobody had complained about the problem before. Because of them my vacation that was originally supposed to last 3 days only lasted one as I was only able to get a room fast break for one night owners here are totally incompetent and in the place should be shut down
Pros: Every room a a view of the lake Hardwood floor QUIET
Cons: More towels. Limited to two towels. If want an evening shower and morning shower needed to reuse towels...ugh Larger towels would have been nice..
Pros: Lot of room in the room
Cons: Lots of noise from the room above
Pros: Beautiful view of lake , easy walk to town and nature trail on lake.
Cons: Check in and reservation staff was rude and didn’t speak English. Room was dated and dirty. Continental breakfast came out of a box
Pros: We did not eat the breakfast, but enjoyed the hot coffee. The room was clean and quiet.
Cons: It was a quick stay, it was perfect for what we needed.
Pros: Price, Location, Mattresses, and Staff are good. There is coffee, tea, cereal, waffles, and some baked goods for breakfast. This is an old Motel in an out of the way place. Most people stay here because of family or friends in the area. Some may stay for local businesses. It compares the same as other places within 30 miles. Local Restaurants serve mainly breakfast and lunch, good cooks, plain food. Mobile telephone service is intermittent, Garmins and TomToms work, smartphones not as well for navigation. High-Speed WiFi is years behind the majority of the country. There are various lakes for fishing, forests for hunting, and trails for snowmobiles and four wheelers. People mostly bring their own boats, four-wheelers, or snowmobiles. There is a small airport and seaplanes have used a nearby lake, I'm not sure of current status for landing on the lake. Some seniors' motorcycle clubs stay at these places, especially in Spring, Summer, and Fall. The town, population, about 1400, has a small supermarket, liquor stores, laundromats, a few convenience stores, sporting goods shops, and an A&W Restaurant within walking distance.
Pros: We have stayed their for years for our Ann. our favorite small town. the bed is exceptional.
Cons: A kitchen faucet in the bathroom, had to reach under the sink to get the stopper down as no lever on top- we seen sinks outside so hoping it is a work in progress.
Pros: The view and location
Pros: The view and location
Cons: In need of repair
Pros: Lake view, allowed pets
Cons: A/c didn't work well, no coffee maker in room, microwave didn't work, room stunk, there is not anything good I can say about this place other than it being pet friendly & has a good view if a lake across the street.
Cons: These people stole my debit card information amd drained my account. I know this for a fact because it was the first time I used my card!!! Two days later a bunch of charges from some bogusSouth African company drained my account. Now I'm waiting for the bank to investigate and I'm broke amd I have two children!
