Pros: "I'm very satisfied."
Cons: "No comemt"
Pros: "We were delayed about 45 mins. No extra snacks, service was slow (I was in row 10 and it was about an hour into the flight before I was offered anything)."
Cons: "Slow service, delayed, and wi fi was terrible. Tried to watch a movie on GoGo, but it buffered so bad."
Pros: "Entertainment"
Cons: "Staff were a bit rude. The boarding process was slow as everyone rushed up when they announced the first zone to board, and obviously this was not policed. We didn't get our seats until we got to the gate because apparently we bought our tickets too soon to take off, which was three weeks. Also, staff claimed there wasn't enough bin space so asked people to check their bags. We saw people with two big bags get on board at the start, and then staff made everyone at the back of the line check their bags. But there was plenty of bin space before take off. And we were seated in the last row which can't recline."
Pros: "The staff was so friendly, and funny!! Loved the movies offered and snack choices. Updated aircraft"
Pros: "Wonderful experience with the staff."
Cons: "No complaints."
Pros: "Service"
Cons: "Comfort"

Pros: "Had a chance to download the entertainment app during layover, so could take advantage of movies available on second flight. Crew still good; gate attendants friendly; snacks/drinks readily available."
Pros: "Comfortable seating and roomy"
Cons: "Nothing"
Pros: "Friendly and informative flight attendants kept the passengers in reasonable spirit."
Cons: "Left nearly an hour late after confusion related to oversold seats and upgrades. The gate agent entered the plane multiple times. The landing was rough, the brakes were loud."
Cons: "Sitting on tarmac in Traverse City for 15 minutes waiting for gate to open up"
Cons: "Even with "Comfort +" the seats are horrible."
Pros: "Very Comfy plane."

Cons: "Nothing at all."
Pros: "Pilot kept us updated on the weather siuation."
Cons: "I wish the Wi-Fi was free. It's very expensive. Beverage service on those carts is slow. It's time to update both those items."
Pros: "They are very professional"
Cons: "I luv it"
Pros: "Friendly crew. Boarded quickly. Gave good updates on what was going on."
Cons: "Prefer Pepsi products. Wi-Fi should be free."

Cons: "We landed early and were stuck waiting on the plane for an hour and fifteen minutes for a gate to open."
Cons: "The temperature in the plane from Rhineland to Minneapolis and to San Jose was hot"
Pros: "Individual screens and earbuds for sale."
Pros: "Very late flight. Left on time, arrived 25 minutes early! Cabin crew were friendly and cared for everybody's comfort. They distributed a lot of extra munchies. They had real almonds instead of the usual 1/3 ounce peanuts, isn't that wonderful? Lights went off early and stayed that way so that the passengers could easily sleep through the flight. Uneventful flight, and therefore enjoyable."
Cons: "I had chosen 10C in the Comfort+ section of this MD90 plane. I did get my knee bumped more than once. I still like the seat because I can stretch my legs, but people should be aware of the bumping issue; it can be rather painful, and you do not get an apology."
Pros: "Refer to my comments about flight from Chicago to Minneapolis."
Cons: "Why can't all the Delta gates be near each other. My connecting flight was very far."
Pros: "The quickness of the flight. We left on time and made if a few many prior than scheduled."
Cons: "Felt sort of cramped. My neighbor in the windo seat got up four times so I had to get up."
Pros: "With the free entertainment, the time just flew by. From the time we left MSP to the time we landed, everything went smoothly"
Pros: "Flight attendants"
Cons: "Tv wouldn't work and delay that wasn't weather related and the food was awful"
Pros: "Treated with the utmost courtesy"
Cons: "Economy seating is tight, uncomfortable, and my body was so cramped it was painful!"
Pros: "Very friendly flight attendants and for the most part I could understand the pilot when he spoke."
Cons: "Wi-fi should be free. Put chocolate into the snack options."
Pros: "At least there was a free shuttle to the discounted rate hotel."
Cons: "There was not enough time to run to the connecting flight. Was told they could not wait, yet then the plane sat on the runway for 25+ min. Had to get a hotel and rebook the flight. Very poor experience flying Delta."
Pros: "Great staff, quick service."
Cons: "Luggage went elsewhere"
Cons: "Had trouble with entertainment console are 36d"
Pros: "Very professional and caring."
Pros: "The tv in the back of every seat makes any seat a good seat."
Pros: "Great crew. Good space on my exit row seat"
Cons: "Seat doesn't recline, though it's considered a "premium" seat. No power either. Ticketing process was crazy - I was not able to get a seat assignment until 5 minutes before boarding. Why? And there was no explanation of the situation. I had to ask, multiple times, what was going on,before I was finally told that I was going to get on, but they just didn't know where. This could be handled much more clearly!"
Pros: "Not too much this leg!"
Cons: "Baggage retrieval was horrendous! Absolutely a nightmare which after paying for 3 nights hotel with no discount, I was further inconvenienced by the inability to receive my 2nd luggage and after requesting it be delivered, I, I, tracked my bag and you chose to send it 3 days ahead to my destination and I HAVE NOT RECEIVED any acknowledgment of my online inquiry which is why I am complaining. I've had to purchase a new set of luggage AND will have to pay for them on my next 2 legs on Delta. I apologise for seeming so harsh as I know you've had so much trouble because of the tornadoes, but this leg of my trip cost me an additional $800.00 plus AUD and I was here in the US to care for my father who recently had a 2nd heart attack and my final days in USA were meant to be a holiday, and all I can say is the stress because these expenses have removed any enjoyment (I know I'm looking at this half empty, not half full). I'm glad to share this and hope you're company loses will be recouped after this mess! Daniel Grayson Craigieburn, VIC Australia"
Pros: "The crew was very nice as usual. A bit too many announcements that ran a bit too long. Other than that great folks."
Cons: "No water on the plane so no coffee and no running water in the bathrooms. They did well trying to accommodate but between that and a calibration issue in the cockpit that had us running late it was not the best delta flight I've been on."
Pros: "The flight actually took off."
Cons: "No forewarning of weather impacting flights 3 days later, allowing passengers to potentially change flights. Two hour delay became a four delay which became a five hour delay. Delta reps entirely unhelpful when I asked if anything could be done, "Atlanta is a disaster right now." I get that these things happen from time to time, but Delta is handling this very poorly. I'm actually waiting for my flight out of Atlanta and it's also been delayed, luckily only for 30 minute this time."
Pros: "Everything was decent, good entertainment, nice crew, etc."
Cons: "Nothing was bad."
