Good location in the center of ever!
Small, cramped over priced/no breakfast to speak of did not meet our expectation based upon their website. We won’t stay there again.
Wonderful staff and perfect downtown location.
The property was right off the pier and smack in the middle of Commercial Street. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from when we arrived to when we left. The bed was very comfortable and the room and shared bathroom were both very clean. They let us leave our bags in the office after we checked out because our ferry was later. Not having to carry that around was amazing We would love to stay here again!
The front door is up an alley which is fine during the day but if you are coming home alone at night you become very aware of your surroundings. Not a bad thing but just something to be aware of.
One of the staff members was very crude. The booking never mentioned anything about a parking fee, and they wanted me to charge $20 to park my car at each night. Then , when my friend arrived , they wanted to charge him another $20 per day to park in the same exact spot ( in tandem ) . Essentially charging me twice PER DAY for using in the SAME parking spot . When I questioned one of the staff members about it, he was very sarcastic and said “well, have him go park somewhere else -it’s just gonna cost him more money” . For reference, I have been going to Provincetown for 12 years, and none of the guest houses charge separately for parking.
