Cons (-) The gym has black mold on the ceiling tiles. The shower in my room was extremely dirty and had hair from the prior guest everywhere. Was promised to get a continental breakfast that never happened credit card machines were always out and staff upfront was not very professional

Pros (+) Nice clean room with mini fridge and free wifi. Staff was friendly and not intrusive. This is a nice hotel in a part of Colorado that doesn't have much to offer south of Colorado Springs.
