Cons (-) The conditions of the room. Seemed a little run down.
Pros (+) The hotel is located in a small little area, where they have some restaurants and that's about all there is. There is no beach by the hotel or near by. The swimming pool water was cold and not very well cleaned. The smell of sewage is all over the hotel. It's really disgusting.

Cons (-) Stayed there two nights and they didn't even clean the rooms. Rooms were very uncomfortable. Showering was a nightmare, would take between 5-10 minutes just for them to heat up, in mid shower water would get cold and hot. the building area we stayed were lots of dust.
