10.0 Excellent
Pros: We enjoyed our stay here. We had a nice, clean and comfortable room with everything we needed. There was free private parking as well. The hosts were nice and helpful. Excellent location, close to the Pula amphitheatre and the old town. We would really recommend this place.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Everything, especially Nada. She welcomed us like no one else. The room is really good and we'll equipped.
Cons: The outside look of the building may make you have second thoughts, but as soon as you enter the guest house you forget it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I like the host so much! She touched my heart the moment I stepped inside the room. Her warm and truthful personalised hospitality have made me rated her the best ever host! She talked passionately about pula and Istria. I thought she was a tour guide with so much of insights and great knowledge about these places. The room is exceptionally big and well designed. More importantly, it gave me a home feeling. Fruits, water and even home made wine were served without any charges. Never in my life I was given free wine. It was quiet at night and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is so close to bus terminal and not far from attraction places. It is not the best place or food that made the memories stay but kind and friendly people! I will remember pula forever because of you, guest house zona!
Cons: Seriously I don't have anything dislike! Everything is so wonderful and carefully thought off!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Nada is a great host, let us to check in very late, met very warm with her soul and welcome drink. Offer everything we could need, order a good meal so we dont have to think even. Great italian coffe and bottle of water and milk. We left our begs after check out and took it after, Nada is reacting to the messeges very fast. You will feel as a welcomed guest.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely little apartment, very modern from inside, that provides everything that you need for your stay. Everything and little extra such as candies, apples and welcome drinks!
Cons: Little bit noisy as the window is facing busy street but totally bearable!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room - one of 3 as part of Gust House Zona - was clean and comfortable and had all the necessary equipment for a couple of night's stay. Great location with easy walk into the centre of the town and only 2 minutes walk to the bus station. Host extremely friendly with a wealth of information. She also provided some complimentary fruit spirit on arrival. Car parking behind the apartment. Good value.
Cons: Nothing really although the apartment is up a few fight of stairs which could be hard for some quests.

The landlady, Adriana, couldn't have been nicer or more helpful - all her recommendations for eating, drinking and sightseeing were spot-on, and the room was modern, spotless and well-equipped (with excellent soundproof windows which completely shut out the city sounds when sleep was needed!). I highly recommeend this property for a break in Pula

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very close to the town centre 5 minutes walk to both the restaurant district and the Arena
Cons: Have to pay extra 10 euros per day if you wanted the property cleaned and fresh towels provided. This wasn't made clear at the time of booking. Basic decor and dull colour scheme, especially in the bathroom. Nowhere to store your luggage if you had to check out early and had a late flight. Graffiti on the front wall should be removed - it makes the property look bad.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: 3 rooms taken for 3 couples, good double-glazing so no noise from street. Fridge, kettle. Access to shared kitchen. Showers all good. Beds good. Fantastic location. Happy to recommend. Cons: The luxury room had a state of the art walk in shower, however the shower head didn’t work properly on different functions, plus there were water draining issues.
7.1 Good
Pros: Room design very cool, size of room very big, pool small but nice, comfy pool beds, huge towels
Cons: Location on a road. Quite far from Pula nothing much close by. Bathroom design has some problems, nowhere to put things, glass door - from bed you look directly on WC. No privacy.

Pros: He explained where to go for beach, supermarket, to eat out. Booked me a taxi and allowed me to stay longer in room than normal check out. Very smart and new looking. Great walk in shower.
Cons: Only offered continental breakfast - but that was fine
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very beautifully renovated B&B. Good breakfast and clean rooms. We would stay there again when in Pula.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The apartment is so clean, modern and the staff is really nice
Cons: It is a bit sideway from the city center, you will need the car
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed for two nights and continental breakast was included. We arrived late which was no problem at all for the host. We had prewarned the host that we would require a parking space, always a good idea. Our room was at the front which was very noisy, we had not realised that they had opened a window. Our second night was much better as we remembered to close it. Clean room, nice shower. Very convenient location for us as we were visiting Pula and also Rojvinj. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay.
Cons: There was no bar which in the evening, would have been nice. Could be a bit out of the way but ideal for what we needed.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: What a great stay! I would highly recommend this B&B- the host Mateo was so friendly and welcoming; as were the two ladies who did breakfast every morning. The room/bathroom was very clean and cleaned every day. The continental breakfast (between 8 and 10)was well thought out and prepared; including coffee as you like it, juices, fruits, pastries, breads, cheeses and meats. If you visit without a car, there is a busstop just in front which can either take you into Pula or to the beach. I never quite cracked the schedule and wait times for buses tended to be long (for me anyway!) If you but a ticket on the bus, it’s 11 kuna per ride. Good WiFi and aircon was on offer; and there’s a small corner shop very close by. If you don’t have a car, there are two restaurants in walking distance- the C bar and grill was my favourite- loved their food! I would definitely recommend a stay here! ** Whilst there is a fridge, a possible area for improvement could be to offer tea/ coffee facilities in the room itself :-)
Cons: Nothing :-)?

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very calm, quiet and reserved hotel but not stuffy or pretentious. Room was large, comfortable with no unnecessary clutter just functional luxury with a large balcony looking out towards the sea in the distance. Lovely quiet neighbourhood you could hear the birds sing in the morning. Small relaxing pool. Although I didn't eat there restaurant looked excellent with high quality menu. 10 min walk to the sea and small marina. Ideal location. Quietly efficient staff very much a family feel. Overall superb place for a relaxing and comfortable stay.
Cons: Being super picky pillows were a bit soft but that's about it!
7.5 Good
Pros: Location was fine. Very clean rooms, decent comfort, nothing to complain there. Breakfast was fine, swimming pool looks better in person than on photos. Bottle of Chardonnay delivered to the room even after midnight, that was good.
Cons: I can't really rate their restaurant fairly as I only had one dinner there, but their shrimps risotto was not quite up to the the standard of let's say better fine dining restaurants in either Pula or Zagreb. Maybe I'll try something else next time. There was one annoyance of receiving a wake up phone call one morning which we clearly did not request. They said you're going to miss breakfast...:) Ok, that was cute, concern appreciated, but maybe the staff is more used to elderly guests who have zero trouble waking up. To make matters more comical, me and my partner were clearly seen ordering a bottle of Chardonnay after midnight. That must have been the sign that waking up early enough for breakfast was not our top priority. Minor complaint on minibar though... Choice of beverages is generally good, but better quality of beer is needed. Karlovačko beer in a minibar of a four star establishment? I think not.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: This hotel delivered on all levels and matched a 5 star hotel we stayed in earlier in the year. Dinner in restaurant was excellent as was breakfast.
Cons: Nothing to dislike.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast. Super friendly staff. Clean and comfortable. Restaurant also great dir Dinner.
Cons: A bit outside, if you want to visit Pula you need to go by car.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I’m very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel. For the price I paid, this was worth every penny and more. Enjoyed our stay 100%.
Cons: We liked everything.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: It is a brilliant place to stay for a quiet and cosy visit. Not too far from town when travelling by car/taxi. Rooms were very nice and comfortable, pool side was excellent place to enjoy your time off. And the hotel restaurant for dinner was magnificent, as well as breakfast. I also enjoyed the hospitality and care of the staff, very much indeed.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful hotel and restaurant first first class service. Highly recommended.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The place is really nice, the staff is excellent. They are very kind and helpful, when we had a trip early in the morning, they packed some lunch for us. Coffee is good, the room was very spacey and clean.
Cons: It seems odd to me that at a place like this there is no lactose free or plant based milk for coffee and sweetener. There is no real fride in the room so if you stay for a week and you have some food allergies that makes hard to store food or drink. The air conditioner always turns on when you leave the room so when you come back you freeze to death with a 22 °C. And the max temperature is 24 °C which is still low a bit.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great room , the breakfast was very nice recommend the omelette. Enough to choose from. Found the staff to be extremely helpful . One of the cleanest hotel I've stayed in. Facilities available gym pool. Walked into the bay of a evening, the bay is beautifully We also took a day trip to Venice from Pula, staff organising a taxi and also provided at lunch bag to take. Which kept us going. I would put in on a to do list . While staying there All in all we had a relaxing stay, would visit again
Cons: Nothing not to like, once we found our feet . As in bus route bus 28 into Pula
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is about 10 minutes drive to the Roman Amphitheatre, and 10 minutes from a quiet seaside front, with a few bars and restaurants. Also only 15 minutes from the airport with an easy drive. It has its own restaurant which provided first class food at a reasonable price, plus a good buffet breakfast. The rooms were modern and first class.
Cons: Our only disappointment was that they were unable to provide a street map of the area, as they seemed to have run out.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Quiet ,clean ,food, staff,room
Cons: Location was a bit hidden, but not a problem

Cons: Nothing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The manager of the hostel was really considerate. At first she emailed me to confirm the check in time. Before a day, she called me to confirm again and promised to wait for me. I love her soooo much! Besides, my luggage was broken and too heavy to bring upstairs. I was allowed to leave in reception. Super thanks to her! She helped me to call the taxi with a reasonable price when I left. About the room, it was totally like a home. There were privacy with other guests. And the room and washroom were super clear with babe smell. Although I had stayed one night but I enjoyed so much. Just dun wanna be left because of the hostel.
Cons: Definitely no!!!!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location great for the opening concert for dimensions festival. Also close to supermarkets and local food markets. Beds were comfy and I liked how the bottom bunks had curtains. Large lockers big enough for suitcases and rucksacks.
Cons: The check in isn't until 2pm which isn't ideal but apart from that I didn't have any other issues!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: A charming small family hostel. First of all, we really enjoyed the care that they demonstrated by communicating their time limitations even before we arrived, to guarantee that we could check-in calmly. The location of the place is very good, right in the center of the old districts of Pula! Speaking of the place itself, the decoration is very interesting and of well taste. Lots of interesting trivia about the music industry. We stayed in The Beatles album and I imagine you can guess how it was decorated! There were some small details that were quite interesting: A box for free food left from other travelers, a bookcase to leave old books. It shows that the place is taken care of.
Cons: The shared kitchen missed cleaning cloths, which kinda makes it impossible to keep the place 100% clean.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The hostel is lovely and very accommodating. It is extremely central and I received a very warm welcome from the hostel owner, who gave me very useful information regarding places to eat and airport transfers. Would recommend.
Cons: Nothing. Everything went as expected and it was perfect for a one night stay in Pula. Would definitely stay again if I ever return to Pula for a short trip.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent hostel located in the city center
Cons: Nothing
2.9 Mediocre
Pros: the location is good but it is impossible to sleep due to the noise outside
Cons: -no reception service before 14:00 or after (no staff available all day) -dirty rooms -no air in the room (even if you open the one small window nothing comes in) -noisy street -no luggage storage available -small towels -bad smell in the room due to the humid

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very modern, clean, free parking, good breakfast - cooked omelets to order. Expensive fittings in bathroom, well appointed. Small but great swimming pool.
Cons: Air conditioning didn't work so very hot. Was in a residential street so no view and location was not near sea or town so it was expensive for the location. Room was smaller than we thought it would be. Would have struggled to cook anything.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was simply perfect! Gordana is a super host. She welcomes you and make you feel confortable with the amazing Villa immediately. Without asking her she kept a place for us to park our car in the main way which is also the busy one as it is the one way to access to the sea. That was so kind and we appreciated it! Villa Andrea is the right place if you want to have a full relax by simply enjoying your room (with all the conforts like wifi orconditioning air) or the common space around the pool. A place very quiet and clean, if you need anything you just have to ask to Gordana and she will surely will help you in the best way! We strongly recommend this place, especially if you are in Pola for few days searching for relax and peace. Irene

Pros: A very good buffet breakfast. Gordana is a brilliant host and the location is excellent with the beach and plenty of good restaurants in walking distance.
Cons: It would be hard to find anything to dislike about the accommodation, staff or area.

Pros: Great value for money. Two minutes walk to the beach. The owner Gordana was the best hostess ever.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fresh and modern apartment, nice pool area, close to shops etc and only a short cab ride to Paul town.
Cons: Air conditioning in the bedrooms would be a good idea since it get quite hot during the nights, and the AC in the living room won’t go that far. The host gave us a fan which helped a lot!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very clean & close proximity to the beach. Very helpful owner.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The room was cute, the pool was clean. The host was exceptionally friendly and informative. The breakfast was tasty (it costed 9 euro extra)

Pros: The bar and restaurant area where clean and tidy staff were very good.
Cons: The rooms were not cleaned and we were there for 11 days. Towels weren’t very good and had to be changed every day
7.0 Good
Pros: Loved the hotel x
Cons: Payment for hotel should be taken at the start of the holiday not just authorisation , got a bill at the end of holiday for 10000 kuna when I thought I’d paid the hotel , also customer with a tab should also get a receipt for items they have signed for so the customer knows roughly how much they have spent , many thanks for our stay .
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast food choices were excellent. The bar staff and entertainment team were fantastic, especially Marin, Dean and Nina. Loved the eclectic choice of sun loungers spread around the complex and also having the sea on your doorstep was fantastic. Location was great having a few restaurants/bars within easy walking distance and Pula town centre being a 15 minute bus ride away.
Cons: Breakfast room although seemed large enough it was still quite difficult to get a table after 9:00 and also coming home!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful area! Everyone was so nice. We were tourists and needed lots of help and direction. The staff was very helpful in giving us directions, calling a taxi, and giving us tips on getting around. The room was extremely clean and big! Overview Reviews
When you stay at Oasi - Boutique hotel & restaurant in Medulin, you'll be near the beach, within a 10-minute drive of Temple of Augustus and Pula Arena. Featured amenities include a business center and dry cleaning/laundry services. Free self parking is available onsite.

Cons: The luxury room had a state of the art walk in shower, however the shower head didn’t work properly on different functions, plus there were water draining issues.
7.1 Good
Pros: Room design very cool, size of room very big, pool small but nice, comfy pool beds, huge towels

Pros: Everything else. A wonderful small hotel. Friendly staff. Large rooms with everything you need. The food is to a very high standard. It's an easy 3 -5 minute walk to the beach and a great shopping centre. Pula itself is 20 minute walk away.
Cons: The only thing we noticed was that you had to walk through a parking garage to get to the entrance. The view is not the best but it's not why you stay there.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Excelent location and very kind staff.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The new section of the Hotel was stunning! The staff was excellent and accommodation, breakfast was the best we had in many days of travel and the cappuccinos were perfect. The most amazing feature was the "blackout blinds in the room, I have to get these installed in my home! Thank you Hotel Milan!!

Pros: Rooms are immaculate and very modern. Breakfast is amazing with lots to choose from, staff are welcoming and friendly Hotel is very clean and tidy Close to sea

Pros: Breakfast - Excellent Location - Close to beach Excellent staff, but limited by what they cannot change... Restaurant is excellent.
Cons: Location - Close to beach, but on a bit more of a seedy part of town Room - Air conditioner not working in 30 degree heat. Impossible to sleep. Apparently need to upgrade to a suite for a working air conditioner?? On main road, so fairly noisy with passing traffic. In the hotel they list themselves as a three star, which is more in line with reality. Definitely not 4 stars.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The room was so nice and the staff were friendly and helpful

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location, all sights within walking distance, very friendly and helpful staff, free parking and spotlessly clean rooms. It is probably one of best choices to stay a night or two with a goal to explore Pula and do some trips around in south of Istra peninsula.
Cons: Hard to find something you don’t like; some would say bathroom could be more spacious or mini bar in the room missing. But it os not meant to spend time in room. As it is in the center of Pula you should get out and enjoy the city. To spend a night it is hard to find better value for money in Pula.
7.0 Good
Pros: The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, and the best part of the experience. The place was very clean. The bathroom was modern (although tiny). The breakfast was perfectly fine but nothing special. I was here only for two nights and spent very little time in my room, so the place was adequate for my purposes.
Cons: My room was essentially a depressing dysfunctional closet. There was one window, which was placed so high that I really could see out of it only if I stood on tiptoe. The only place to hang clothing was from a rod that was located just below the ceiling, and the ceiling was fairly high (so a 9- to 10-foot high clothing rod). I (and most other people of normal height) might possibly reach it only by climbing on a chair, or on the desk below the rod, which I was unwilling to do. There were no drawers either, so I ended up piling everything on top of the desk. The bathroom was so small that there was barely room to turn around in it. There was a nice modern flat screen television with two remotes, but neither of them worked. The covers on the bed were inadequate. I was by myself and had a single room. I did look into one of the other rooms, designed for two people, which was vacant and the door was open. It was far nicer -- bright and airy, with real windows and nice furniture, and it seemed to be nicely appointed -- an armoire for putting away clothing, nice-looking beds (as opposed to the daybed that I had), cheerful colors, etc. The hotel has received a lot of glowing reviews, and I assume that the reviewers had the nicer model of room. If I had had a room of that sort I likely would have written a far nicer review, about how charming the place was, so maybe the best advice is not to stay at this hotel by yourself.
6.7 Good
Cons: Bathroom stank of drains
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was great.code system for self checkin works very well. Very good location.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was helpful and cheerful
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great value for money. Very nice staff. Well located. Breakfast is very good, fresh stuff, cheese, homemade pancakes. They let us park our bikes on their private garage. Thanks for that!
Cons: There was a weird smell on the bathroom, couldn't say what it was, it seemed very clean though.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Large, secured parking behind the hotel. Location was ideal for walking ease around city center. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was typical continental. Bathroom was large and the shower was best of all. Highly recommend this hotel.
Cons: Bed was too soft for me but I managed to get to sleep.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A modern building with large room within easy walking distance of the centre. Own parking lot within 2 minutes walking. Good breakfast. friendly staff.
Cons: Nothing - we could fault nothing.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: It was big and cozy, very confy bed and pillows, large balcony, nice receptionist, very nice place to drink coffee and have breakfast. It has a parking very close by and if you know where to walk an shortcut you ll get to the city center in 5 min. Recomand it.
Cons: The balcony wasnt so clean and the windows too. It didnt had a minibar we needed one to keep our water it was very warm outside.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very modern and clean and pleasant guesthouse - great value!
Hotel Amfiteatar - Pula

8.3 Excellent (944 reviews)

With a stay at Hotel Amfiteatar in Pula, you'll be within a 5-minute walk of Pula Arena and Pula Fortress. Featured amenities include complimentary newspapers in the lobby, a 24-hour front desk, and luggage storage. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Hotel had all the facilities which we wanted. Room was good, breakfast OK, quiet, parking. Internal decoration was nice and airy. Right next to Amphitheatre and very close to old town and other sites
Cons: Like all of Pula, scruffy outside but OK once you get in. Entrance to car park means getting out of car and walking to reception. Orange juice at breakfast seemed like watered down shop bought.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is right next to the amphitheatre and a short walk to other interesting places. The breakfasts were good and they took great care to ensure I had gluten free diet as I had notified them before I arrived. We arrived before check in time and they provided a great cup of coffee while they got a room ready for us. The receptionists were very helpful with any of the questions I asked or requests that I had and the other staff who provided any service were great.
Cons: The outside eating area would be improved if it had more screening from the street.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Not only is the location perfect, the hotel was wonderful. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. We loved Pula.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location near town centre, parking available. Comfortable room, stylish decor.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. As we unpacked our car in the hotel carpark one of the kitchen staff who happened to be outside immediately came over and offered to carry our cases. The chilled lemon water in reception was a bonus. Our room was at the rear, the view was of a carpark but the room was very specious. The location is excellent and the free parking was most welcome.
Cons: The breakfast bar was so small it took a long time to serve yourself, yet by making some small adjustments it could almost be doubled in length.
7.9 Good
Pros: Breakfast was O.K.
Cons: The shower was very slow and weak, and we always had to ask for shower gel.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Good location for city centre, comfortable hotel.
5.4 Okay
Pros: There is very little good to say about this hotel - some of the staff were pleasant and helpful (but not all staff); the lift works; close to attractions and restaurants.
Cons: The room that we were allocated was a disgusting attic room overlooked by the block of flats behind the hotel. Only window was a skylight where it was impossible to close the blind unless you are 8 feet tall. Dirty carpet covered by disgusting rug, nails sticking out of walls, bare wires on fairy light fitting, not very well cleaned, flaking paint on walls and chips and scratches on furniture, squeaky bed, TV not working. Bathroom was poorly lit and shower did not drain so ended up paddling every shower. No electricity on first afternoon/evening so unable to have a shower before going out to dinner. Breakfast had limited choice of poor quality foods (e.g. orange juice was coloured water; no bread rolls, no jam, one type of cheese, scrambled egg containing hairs on last morning) - the photo of the breakfast on the booking website was a misrepresentation of the reality. This trip was for our 40th wedding anniversary and we were incredibly disappointed with the hotel. Definitely one of the worst hotels that we have ever stayed in and one that we could not possibly recommend.
6.7 Good
Cons: I didn't like the strong smell of the cleaning products.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location for visiting Pula. Short distance from the bus station and also from where the airport bus drops off (which is not the bus station!). Friendly staff. Good restaurant.
