Pros. Where do I start? Well, from the first step that I took at this Resort, we were immediately greeted with a "Welcome Home". We were offered refreshing towels with a mint scent. Reception was fast and friendly, the welcome team "Carlos" gave us a little tour around the Resort while pointing out everything. The hospitality level at this Resort is top notch, everyone you see and encounter will greet you with a humble smile....by the way the resort has this amazing way to answer you on how they feel..EXCELLENT... By the pool and bar area, Ana Luisa, Jeffrey, Ruben and Elias are an amazing team. The entertainment team will make sure that you have an amazing time as well, Big Papi, Tequila, Blacky and Grupi are full of contagious energy. My hat also goes off for my favorite Bartender "Antonio" at the Preferred Lounge. Antonio will costume make any cocktail or drink of your choice with amazing skills and hospitality...the best Michelada and Old Fashioned ( with Rum) at the resort. And if you need an answer to any questions or solutions to anything, fell free to ask Romylenis or Josefina at the Preferred Lounge. Thanks Josefina for helping me and my lady overcome the anguish we had when we miss our flight.
