Love the closest to the water great atmosphere.
Pros. Tiki Bar outside the hotel was excellent - The morning staff was very customer service oriented - Exceeded my expectations of Sofa-Bed issues the night before. Good breakfast and staff customer at the lounge/restaurant was great
Cons. The evening shift did not show the same customer service of the morning staff. The room amenities such as the Sofa and T.V. should be service [checked] prior to check-in to ensure there are no issues.
Pros. The location was really the only plus.
