Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's attentive and friendly service, as well as the cleanliness of the facilities and convenient location. However, there are repeated complaints about the quality and variety of the breakfast, with several guests finding it below expectations for a hotel of this category. The pool area also receives criticism for being small, crowded, or not warm enough. Despite these drawbacks, many guests highlight the overall comfort, attractive common areas, and positive experiences with staff.
