Pros: Spacious room
Pros: We stayed 1 night in there and everything was perfect. Guest Relation Manager (Linn) help us a lot during our stay. He managed to get back my driving license. Thanks a lot Linn.
Pros: Good room, staff friendly luxury decoration
Cons: Locate far from city
Pros: Super friendly stuff.
Cons: The food is not diverse and not tasty.
Pros: So friendly and helpful Staff
Located in Naypyidaw, Vegas Hotel - Nay Pyi Taw is a 4-minute drive from Shwe Se Khone Pagoda and 5 minutes from Yanaungmyin Pagoda. Featured amenities include a business center, dry cleaning/laundry services, and a 24-hour front desk. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours).
Pros: Luxury hotel with hardly any guests at all. This is a weird city :) Everything was great except maybe the location since the whole city is planned from the start and the distances between different areas are rather large. Have to use taxi which is more expensive in Nay pyi taw
Pros: What is there is quite well maintained. Can open room window (but watch for bugs), does have tea and coffee facilities, enough power points to charge devices, and room has a desk area for working. Nice natural light in room, and size OK
Cons: Hotel facilities functional, has what you might need and is really a basic budget hotel . Didn't like the breakfast, v little option if didn't want local food. Sl smell of smoke in room, staff seemed overworked but very polite. Unappealing drive into hotel with very high grass on verge between road and hotel grounds, noone to help bring suitcase up or down front steps, could here noises from corridor and adjacent rooms - fortunately was fairly quiet overall, tv reception poor
Pros: Comfortable new rooms with modern bathroom and good tv. Clean and well sized. I willbe back to my regular hotel
Cons: The internet was a little slow in the evening but very good in the morning.
Pros: The staff were kind, helpful and responsive. The room was spotless with the exception of a few dead bugs here and there. Breakfast was nice but with modest selection. The low price makes it hard to beat in terms of value for money. Massages are on offer and we quite inexpensive. It’s not far from a big lake which you can jog parts of in morning when temperatures are mild. And there’s a very lovely Burmese restaurant 3 minutes walk away where the staff are endearing.
Cons: The hotel tries to keep bugs out but is not on a winning path. The safe didn’t work. Too much plastic. But otherwise a generally decent, budget option that should suffice for a couple nights.
Pros: Hotel is really good
Pros: The beds and pillows were super comfortable.
Cons: The breakfast was quite boring, but their coffee was okay.
Pros: Staff were really friendly and helpful! Room was comfortable and bathroom was a good size. The staff set out a BEAUTIFUL flower display on our bed for our anniversary and had made 2 swans out of towels.
Cons: They offer an in room massage service but we thought our room was slightly too small to have a massage table in there. Our fault for booking this particular room though.

Pros: Peaceful hotel on the outskirts of Hotel Zone One. The staff are very welcoming and friendly, and the room was extremely comfortable. I particularly liked the firm mattress on the bed - had a great night's sleep. The on-site restaurant serves an extensive menu, and is justifiably well-known for its Italian dishes, which are many and varied. I enjoyed a delicious lunch and dinner there.
Cons: Only one negative, and that was the length of time it took to serve breakfast. In fact, I had to leave before it had arrived, which was disappointing.
Pros: The resident manager Robben was extremely accommodating and went out of his way to help us with everything we needed. The staff were all lovely. We had a most enjoyable albeit brief stay at Emerald Palace Hotel.
Pros: Staff, very quiet, big room, excellent dining in their restaurant
Pros: It's was good as it was our first time.
Cons: I felt that the complementary slippers provide was a bit unhygienic. We found out on the morning of our departure we were not allow to remove them from the room in fact it came with a cost. This being said other hotels allow their guest to take their slippers away with them.
Pros: Very helpful staff, always ready to help and very polite. Good breakfast.
Cons: The noise. My room was poorly soundproofed and and it was easy to hear the frogs (at 2 o'clock in the morning) and the lawn mower (at 6 o'clock in the morning).
Pros: Clear and simple environment. Nice design of the place. Very nice pool place
Cons: Just mentionned to manager to request cars to switch off engine when park at guests rooms...

Pros: High standard of service and comfort
Cons: The reception desk both when I called for a reservation and at check out could have been more efficient. It took too long to check out despite having given advance notice. The service at breakfast could also have been a bit better.
Pros: the hotel is sooo gorgeous! everything is new nice and shiny. and at this price, its a bargain
Cons: Awfully quiet. I think there were less than 5 guests in the wing we were staying but if you like solitude then its a great place
Pros: The pool is fantastic and the staff is very friendly.
Cons: The food is average and the supposed to be hot food was cold. The service at the pool could have been much better. When arriving at the pool at 5pm we would have loved to have a drink but nobody came to ask if we wanted something.
Pros: Breakfast, swimming pool

Pros: Very comfortable bed/matras
Cons: - Breakfast has been better - choice of TV channels and quality (no HDTV) poor in comparison with the rate
Pros: Clean and confortable room with nicely conditioned garden. Food was the best among hotels I experienced in Ney Pyi Taw.
Cons: Bit far from my working place. But this can be solved with well arranged transportation.
Pros: It was perfect !!!

Pros: Nice rooms, fairly comfortable.
Cons: The property is spread out and it takes a while to walk from reception to the rooms.
Pros: Very nice Resort. Absolutely worth the money, although I got the smallest room at the entire Resort I assume.
Cons: All ok
Pros: Everything was amazing. There were not that many guests which made it a great place to relax. And the service was above and beyond. The food was good, but they don't have a lot of vegetarian options. The pool is so big and next to a lake which I really liked.
Cons: They say they don't wash hanging towels because they care about wasting water, but they wash your towel anyway.
Pros: good location, very helpful staff, great massage.
Pros: Friendly staff and clean room with fair price. I wish I can stay longer.
Pros: Friendly hosts, close to Junction City Mall.
Cons: The marking to the accommodation as the campus is quite large.

Pros: The towel was so thick and big. So comfortable!
Cons: Water was leaking a little bit in the bathroom, but besides that, the facility was good
Pros: Location, comfort
Cons: Staff in restaurant should master English in relation to Food better.
Pros: Location next to the lake Matras bed
Cons: - Breakfast, porer quality then before. - Only one master switch at the entrance, not near the bed, which switches off all electricity, including power points you need to charge.
Cons: Nothing special
Cons: Spread could have been more. Hygiene could be better. Saw flies flying at the salad and pastries area

Pros: big room, and very clean.
Cons: i have not untill now
Pros: The room is excellent.
Pros: Breakfast we very good . and staff were excellent
Cons: restaurant has limited selection for a single diner . Charges on payment using a credit card seem excessive.
Pros: The room was comfy. Gym and swimming pool were good.
Cons: There was no concierge. The receptionists had to take care of our luggage to our rooms. The staff at the gym were not professional and attentive, not helpful. Had to ask for towel and water. The staff’s family (kids) were in the gym. It was noisy and undisciplined. The billiards table was occupied by outsiders (not guests) and they were betting quite openly. 2 young girls who did not know how to play were trying to play and nearly damaged the table cushion. The staff did not caution or prevent them.
Pros: The reception hall was really big Breakfast was good
Cons: Swimming pool had some weird barricade around it but we could swim => OK swimming pool was a little bit big tho, girlfriend was exhausted after 1 lap.
Pros: The best accommodation for the money.
Pros: I loved the hotel, the room was spacious and clean, staff were very helpful and breakfast was good. The restaurant located inside the hotel was also nice with very friendly staff. Overall 10/10! P.S. You should not blame the hotel for its location (which is actually pretty central). Whichever hotel you stay at in Naypyitaw, you will have to hire a private driver since distances in the city are not walkable.
Pros: The staff were very friendly, many options to choose from at the breakfast buffet. The beds were comfortable and the location was as convenient as any other hotel in Napyidaw :).
Cons: The price was not worth the fact that we couldn’t swim in the pool which was the main reason I booked the hotel and the carpet was very dirty in the hallways.

Featured amenities include a business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. Pros: Staff were very friendly and room was big. It was value for money. They have a nice pool.
Cons: Mattress wasn’t very comfortable. It was a bit hard but not too bad. Options for breakfast weren’t as expected.
Pros: Location was good.
Cons: Room key was not functioning well, i have to go downstairs and call reception every time i go to room. Also front desk staff were very slow, and one room service staff particularly was a kind of rude.
Pros: Beautiful surroundings. Peaceful, Lake and extensive gardens. Exquisite pool area.
Cons: Water machines to refill bottles rather than plastic bottles in rooms.
Pros: The grounds were really nice. So was the breakfast, pool and Japanese restaurant. Vlose to the Junction Center shopping mall also.
Cons: I didn’t like that they were spraying general pesticide on the grounds. I emailed hotel management about the possibilities of integrated pest management, but didn’t hear back. Also some fresh water next to the pool for bees would be nice!
Pros: The room was nice.
Cons: I found the breakfast very bland. The level of English of the staff was poor but they were very helpful, I was always provided with a buggy when I wanted to travel. Regrettably Naypwitaw itself is so quiet there isn't much to do.
New Aye Yar Hotel, Nay Pyi Taw features a restaurant, outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and bar in Nay Pyi Taw. This 3-star hotel offers an ATM and a concierge service. The accommodation provides a 24-hour front desk, airport transfers, room service and free WiFi throughout the property. Guests at the hotel can enjoy a continental breakfast. The nearest airport is Nay Pyi Taw International Airport, 24 km from New Aye Yar Hotel, Nay Pyi Taw.
Pros: Rooms are big. Nice double shower. A/C worked well. Breakfast is O.K. The restaurant food was really nice with good sized portions. Big outdoor swimming pool with a gym beside it. There is an ATM in reception and a little shop on the premises. Staff were amazing and the manager was really welcoming. We would stay here again.
Pros: Large pool, spacious rooms, good value for money
Cons: Lifts and staircases are only half completed, fixtures in the rooms need attention
Pros: The staff were friendly and the manager was very helpful and spoke fantastic English. The room was large and the beds very comfortable. There's a small shop on site and a Grab and Go (convience store) over the road. A quiet location. The breakfast wasn't to my taste as I like a continental breakfast but if you enjoy a more Asian breaky you're love it.
Cons: The location wasn't that good, at first I was a bit disheartened BUT the hotel put us in touch with a great taxi service and we hired a motorcycle (from the hotel) which really made our trip, riding around Nay Pyi Taw on a bike is really great fun. The room smelt of stale cigarette smoke, but after putting the air con on it faded and I didn't really notice it anymore, next time I'll ask for a non smoking room.
Pros: Manager nice. We could check in at 5 am!
Cons: No wifi signal in the room at all. If you want wifi you have to go to the lobby. We booked a deluxe twins bedroom and get a standard 3 bedroom. It wos not in the main building. Breakfast awful!! No continental options. Not even freh fruits. No eggs. Nothing. Just rice, noodles, soupe. Nothing for western stomachs. Motorbike rent extremely expensive (~17 USD /day) in Bagan you pay everywhere (~3 USD/day).
Pros: Really big room, comfortable bed. Asian options at breakfast were great, continental okay. We could rent a scooter which you need as it's far from everything. Was nice to have a pool.
Cons: We asked for a taxi to the bus station and they wanted to charge us 15000 for a 5 km ride (we paid 15000 from the train station which is 30 km away). We brought them down to 5000, only to find out that the bus would have picked us up at the hotel, but they didn't tell us.
Pros: There was a culture of service wanting to provide best they could within their understanding and means. All staff were very polite. The hotel management continuously seek feedback on how to improve. Value for money.
Cons: The Wi-Fi provided degraded with volume of guests. Was sufficiently usable when guests are asleep or when rooms were empty. Rooms further away from access points may not get the signal.
Pros: A fantastic room with plenty of space and great facilities. The staff team are wonderful, we had a fantastic tour with them and they organised our onward bus tickets. Great food in the restaurant and a really handy little shop. The gardens and pool area are very pleasant too!
Cons: The hotel is rather in the middle of nowhere, it's a perfect place for relaxing but not for exploring, although to be fair the city is not really for exploring!
Pros: It's good value for money if you want to do stop in Naypidow. The room was clean and the staff was nice.
Cons: Maybe it's far from places to visit and the bus station. For us it was easy to visit because we take a taxi driver in the same station when we arrive at midday and we do all the visits before we arrived at the hotel. If you do by yourself maybe you need more time to manage.
Pros: Rooms, breakfast, manager and staff.
Cons: Beautiful pool was green and unsafe to swim.

Guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle for a surcharge, and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Room is large and quiet. Was only there at night for business trip. I had my own car so was convenient. Only a few other guests. I didnt use the hotel internet as used my own phone.
Cons: After the main gate the initial entrance into the property is a bit obscure and the road to the actual hotel building was not well marked with signage. The carparking place was very wet and no well defined pathway across the grass to the entrance.
Pros: Clean and spacious
Cons: Breakfast was rather limites
Pros: It's good for guests.

Cons: Expensive and not comfortable at all. Restaurant is too much expensive and the staff not so nice.
Pros: Ok location nice staff good breakfast egg station was awesome
Cons: The room had a lot of flys in it on the bed and they where fumigating twice a week and the air conditioner leaked and put water all over our clothes but they fix the unit and where quick to sort it out
Pros: Breakfast was lovely with a good variety of fresh and cooked options. The overall ambience of the estate is appealing and moving from location to location within the compound by golf cars is fun. The staff are very kind and responsive. Massage can be ordered on request.
Cons: The cheap rooms (36/night) were ok but dated. The toilet flush was weak. Mattresses a bit flimsy and it appeared the cleaning under the beds was not a priority. My colleague had lizards in her bathroom. The pool looks nice but could do with a bug sweep. Generally use of plastic was not environmentally appropriate.
Pros: facilities, cleanliness, warmth of staff
Pros: The room was very clean and tidy, it had a bath tub, a really comfy big bed. The gardens and outdoor area was stunning and immaculately kept. The staff were very helpful. Lots of towels and toiletries. Kettle, tea and coffee restocked daily in the room.
Cons: The breakfast could be improved upon with more western options/pastries/bacon, sausage etc and orange juice rather than mixed fruit juice.
Pros: The friendly staffs
Cons: The power outages

Cons: It's comfortable and suitable for us.
Pros: The bed was comfortable for me.
Cons: I like WiFi speed.
Pros: I like the location, convenient to the Office I was visiting, overall I am very satisfied
Pros: Staff are very friendly and to my surprise staff ( the one from dining ) even remember my name and room number.
Cons: So dirty, my terrace wooden floor was not walkable and broken and very dirty. Also in the bath room i found some blood likely from former guests. Sofa and the bed were also dirty and had very bad smell.
Pros: It was nice view. We will stay again.
Pros: Stayed at the hotel for work reasons. I greatly appreciated the staff availability. While I sometimes had some hiccups in terms of communication and misunderstanding, I can say that the service in the hotel was amazing. The staff is very rapid, efficient and provides great value-added to the experience. They always helped me book taxis, buses and provided a great flexibility in the terms of customising the experience at Mount Pleasant hotel (ex. possibility to ask for a safe, en extra fridge, bigger water bottles...). The room was very basic but fine for a short-term stay. By taking one of the rooms with kitchen it could easily and comfortably be used for longer term experiences. Amazing view of all of NayPyiTaw from the restaurant which offers an ample range of food and drink choices (Myanmar + international cuisine). The complimentary breakfast was also greatly appreciated, and includes fresh fruits, bread and jam, egg station and a selection of national dishes (such as the traditional Mohinga soup).
Cons: The hotel is located a bit far from the city, so you should take taxi costs into account or consider renting a car. It is on top of the hill and surrounded by nature. This is great for a resourcing experience in the green, but you need to take into account the presence of bugs and mosquitoes of various kinds. The hotel provides a disinfestation system in the room which you can ask for if you feel the need. Cleanliness of the room could be improved but the beddings and towels are spotless.
Pros: Views, amazing all around.
Cons: Room was dirty and the aircon needs cleaning. Air was blowing but was not hot.
Pros: I happy during visit

Pros: High ceiling rooms, nice swimming pool and very good price. Very nice staff and beautiful decorations of the hallway.
Cons: Bathroom appliances were not well kept or have not been used for a long time. Not much to choose from for breakfast, mostly Burmese style breakfast food. The coffee was not very good.

Pros: Very nice setting. Very green.
Cons: - Lighting in the room very poor (only 1 poor ceiling light... ) - No outside terrace in restaurant, despite very nice surroundings. - No fitness room (or I couldn't find t?) Altogether a bit expensive for the product (compared to other hotels in Nay Pyi Taw), but the staff is so nice that I will definitely come back! Hopefully, there will be an outside terrace, and better room lightning.
