Pros (+) Leaving
Cons (-) The cleanliness of the hotel was subpar. There were dirty towels left in the room from the previous guests. There were dead bugs killed on the walls. The water pressure in the shower made it so I had to stand there for 30 minutes wasting water.

Donna, Apr 2017 - Quality Inn University North I-75
Pros (+) The hotel just became a Quality Inn last week, as I was told. The room had been newly painted and the bathroom/vanity was new with nice tile, granite counter top.
Cons (-) No headboards on the bed and older-looking dresser and desk, which looked out of place in the newly painted room and updated bathroom.

Pros (+) it was a place to sleep and the air handler worked well. they are trying to make it a better place. it an old hotel, so you would have to see the rooms after the remodel.
Cons (-) beds needed to be replaced. light fixtures needed cover out let broken plates rooms needed better care.

Pros (+) The breakfast was great.
Cons (-) Our room and bathroom were so outdated and dirty. Dirty carpets, dirty tub, dust around the room. I expect much better conditions for $250/night.
