Pros (+) Rooms were nice, liked the layout. Grounds were nice, didn't use the outside pool area because of the weather but loved how it looked. The indoor pool was great however being a little too warm. Very convenient to everything.
Cons (-) Staff was friendly upon check in but after that was not as accommodating; we asked for towels for the pool (there was none in the "towel rack") never did bring any, we spilled some soda on the carpet and used a towel to get it up and was horrified at the black "stuff" that came up on the towel. Even after this, the good out wayed the bad and we will definitely stay here again.

Pros (+) Clean and convenient to everything. Was a great hotel for a great price! The staff was friendly and efficient. We will stay again for sure!

Pros (+) The indoor hot tub was great, indoor pool was okay. The breakfast was okay.The location was convenient.
Cons (-) The pillows were poor quality, the towels were rough and scratchy, bed was too firm. The blankets on the beds had stains, holes and burns on them. The check in staff were rude. Did not expect linens to be changed daily but one day the garbage was not picked up and the beds just had the covers thrown back up not straightened and made neat.

Pros (+) The room was large, comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was very friendly.
Cons (-) Walls were a bit thin, we heard the couple enjoying each other in the next room.
