Pros (+) We had a balcony room with 2 queen beds. The room was spacious, very clean. The beds were comfortable as well. My significant other is 6'1" and he really appreciated the tall showers. The breakfast was really good, especially for a continental breakfast. Everything was fresh and tasty.
Cons (-) The view from the balcony was the back of a restaurant.

Pros (+) This hotel was a great bargain. It has 2 hot tubs, a large indoor pool, an outdoor lazy river and a waterside. The continental breakfast was fantastic and they have complimentary cookies and popcorn each night. They also have complimentary water (flavored and regular) available 24/7. There is also a spa located at the hotel with a ton of services. Each staff member was so pleasant and welcoming. L...

Pros (+) This is our second stay at Clarion Inn Dollywood. The first visit was pleasant and this trip was the same. Our room was clean, the desk staff was very good and the breakfast buffet was amazing.
Cons (-) The door closure in our room is not calibrated correctly. Instead of closing slowly it slams as soon as you let go of it. There is no delay. This needs to be repaired before it injures an adult or small child.

Pros (+) I did not feel as though the fact that smoking was allowed in the room was advertised well. As a person coming from a state that does not allow smoking indoors the thought of smoking indoors does not cross my mind when booking a motel. The smell of smoke was overwhelming.
