Fantastic and welcoming experience!
The Auberge du Quartier staff was amazing - very friendly and welcoming! They know all the guests by name and they were especially welcoming. I felt right at home in the hotel - relaxed and comfortable. The location is fantastic too - plenty of restaurants and shops with a block and only a short walk into the historic section of Quebec. I'm looking forward to a return visit!
We liked the proximity to shopping and restaurants. The hotel is a beautiful old historic building. The staff were very accomodating.
Our room was very small.
The staff were wonderful and most helpful.
we had trouble with the internet connection that was a little frustrateing ,also the web site uses the incentive of 'continental breakfast ' included this is not the case and I think from what I witnessed with other guests made for a very uncomfortable conversation for the guest and the staff member. taking the time to correct the site will prevent such instances from occurring in the future.
Efficient organization of the room, pleasant staff, good value for money. The surrounding neighbourhood is great - excellent restaurants and useful stores.
I thought it was in the old city, but it is a 20 minute walk away.
Staff was very friendly and willing to help. Room was small, but efficient. Bathroom was nice European Design, but logistics to get toilet paper and move around could be improved with cabinetry that is less deep. More outlets electric outlets would be helpful. The dining area was modern and comfortable. Very Nice.
I was put off a bit about not having a parking space available. That almost made me look for another place to stay. This may be a problem for future guests. However, the woman at the front desk gave me her spot and told me about having to move my car by 8:00 am to another location. I appreciate her "Aloha" and willingness to help. Her graciousness kept me from finding another hotel, and set the tone for a nice stay. Mahalo and Thank You.
Great staff, very warm and welcoming. The building is cozy and has a romantic old Quebec style. Our room had 2 brick walls with large windows. Situated in a lovely location, across the street from the ''Plaines d'Abraham'' park and 15 minutes walk to old Québec. I would not recommend the offered breakfast witch is not bad but a short 2 minutes walk takes you to Cartier street and numerous excellent restaurants.
Close to all of the highlights of Old Quebec City. Staff very accomodating.Good value for money spent. We would stay there again.
No
Everybody was very polite and very helpful - would definetely stay there again
The decor is outstanding! We appreciated walking to a nearby restaurant in the evening and the proximity to the Musee.
Few parking spaces available but we were accomodated.
Staff were efficient and friendly. Rooms passable.
No coffee in lobby as promised by booking.com!
wonderful staff, nice small size, a lot like a room in Paris, excellent location we walked everywhere, very accurate description online, no surprises
