There was nothing I liked about the Hotel or the location or the town of Ribadao
The evening staff were inexperienced, the swimming pool was murky and in need of repair. The dinner was of poor quality
The rooms are large.
The hotel is very noisy. We can hear what is happening in the neighbouring rooms and in the corridor. The swimming pool was empty and the hotel looks like it is not properly looked after. The tennis courts were not open. Staff broke glasses in the corridor and did not even bother to clean up properly. We had to carry our dog through that stretch to make sure she would not cut her paw. The restaurant seemed to be shut.
Very helpful staff and comfortable accomodation, in particular the very restful and well furnished hotel lounge. There was a wide choice of items on the very reasonably priced "menu of the day" -15 euros inlcuding wine. The food was excellent.
Convenient and comfortable hotel to break a journey from Northern to Southern Spain. The menu del dai for dinner was a pleasant and delicious surprise.
Good location and access. Food was very good.
The bed was a bit too low and I didn't like the bolster pillows. Some harder individual pillows would have been better.
the meal of the day was such a bargain i put on a kilo!
very tatty room had seen better years.unhelpful staff ,breakfast was one coffee and a crossioant wow
