Pros. Bed was comfortable, shower head had good pressure, good location
Cons. One day elevator wasn’t working we were on 6th floor, told front desk they like the rest of society (so I’ve become use to it) was on cell phone, but they did respond when I said excuse me. Then first night the room was cleaned but they forgot to put towels back in room, but again called and cleaning person apologized, and jarring dirty food trays still in hallway when you come back that evening was kinda gross just felt they should have been picked up, probably won’t stay there again, but the beds were comfy

Cons. We were on a floor where people slammed their doors at 3 am kids played in the halls. Our room was so small and for the price I paid it could have been bigger. I have stayed at less expensive places and gotten more room for the price. The vent over the door was bent, there were bugs in the room ants. the desk chair looked like it belonged to a game...flat and worn out. Not enough pillows this was not a good stay.
Pros. The room was extremely clean, nice and spacious. The bed and couch were comfortable. The bathroom was very clean.
Cons. The walls are TOO THIN. Neither one of us slept because we could hear EVERY SINGLE WORD of conversation the people staying in the room next to us were saying. They were not shouting, only speaking, and we could hear them. They talked all night long and smoked cigarettes, which we could smell through the adjoining door located at the back of our room. We would have had a perfect stay, but this seriously negated any good experience we may have had. And the hotel charged me an extra $12 from what my original booking was priced at. They did not inform me of this and I had to find out by looking at my bank account and calling them. I received some lame excuse about them having issues with credit card fraud, so they overcharge your card for their safety. She told me after 3-5 business days, my money should come back into my account. Thanks for informing me of this, Hilton. She completed her statement to me with "this is an uncommon hotel practice". Dumbfounded, I ended up thanking her for taking my money and confusing me. Needless to say, I will NOT be returning to this hotel ever again.
Pros. The room was nice. The food was EXCELLENT! Overall, I had a wonderful stay.
Cons. Though I know they cannot do anything about it, I didn't like the channel selections available on the TV.

Cons. Couldnt make my reservation due to a family emergency. The hotel wouldn't refund me my room. I will never stay at ANY Hilt on hotel EVER AGAIN.
Cons. One of the staff members tried to hustle me for breakfast upon check in. He said breakfast was not complimentary, but He could give it to me for $15 extra. After I said no that's ok, he said I'll give it to you for free then. Of course I took it, but why not say that in the first place instead of asking me for $15 extra? HUSTLE MOVE.

Cons. No bath robe provided. Only 2 keys for 4 adults. Not enough towels. Front desk person was slow and taking a long time for checkin.
Cons. Didn't give me back my deposit! Rude people, poor service, no one answers the phone and room service is a joke
