Everybody was helpful and the service was profesI did have to drive far to east plano even though my orginal place i was supposed to pick it up was closed and had to be changed at the last moment but everything was good just wished they would've have called me earlier on or a day before I pick up the instead the day of because I had to rush getting there

Customer service was helpful. However it took asking for a supervisor to assist me. They did compete me for their mistake.We reserved and prepaid for our car a month in advance. Got a call the day before we were supposed to go pickup the car (5 min before they closed for the day) to tell us that they didn’t have a car for us, but to call back tomorrow morning at 8 am. Long story short, after 3 hours of calling and begging we were able to get a car at a different location. I was told to just cancel the reservation and try again. Called the hertz corporate office and spoke to their customer service and a supervisor and they finally found us a car. In the end it worked out but it was a very stressful day We picked up the car at 5pm ( we were supposed to pick it up at 12) and left for our trip.

Nothing.Reservation was for 12pm. Got a call at 12:02pm that the truck I had reserved had body damage and couldn't be rented. No resolution on the phone call. I arrived at the rental location around 1pm and the person at the desk explained that there were no trucks. I asked if he had tried to find one at another Hertz location and he said that last time he tried doing that for a customer he got yelled at by his manager. He eventually called his manager and got permission to call others. He tried 2 with no luck and told me that was all he could do. I will never use Hertz again.

it was easy and quick to rent the car the car was cleani used to work as a customer service agent and the first and most thing i learnt about it was never to say ' I DO NOT KNOW TO A CUSTOMER' ...my boss always told us if you don't know you have no business working here... so I rented my car thru a third party got a good deal paid my insurance thru them so when I went to pick my car I was asked if I needed an insurance told her I paid but she told me that it doesn't show there i asked her what i should do and the answer was 'I DON'T KNOW ' so i didn't want to take the risk of driving without it and ended up paying twice went back and asked her again 'SHE DOES NOT KNOW WHAT I SHOULD DO ' will never use Hertz again

closed branch!nothingi booked online a car to pick up from richardson but hertz branch in the richardson was closed when I got there. I did not get any info about working times in richardson branch before i booked. This is unprofessional and extremely rude! After half an hour talk on call I managed to get confirmation for refund. Still waiting refund...
