Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with many noting its proximity to attractions and public transport. However, there were frequent complaints about the breakfast being too basic, uncomfortable beds, lack of amenities like a fridge, and issues with service, including rude or inattentive staff. Some guests also mentioned that the property felt more like a motel than a hotel. Overall, while the location stands out as a major positive, improvements are needed in comfort, amenities, and service.AI-Generated from customer reviews
