Clean comfortable quiet room with accommodating staff. Good sized room and free parking and internet. Great stopover in a surprisingly nice little town. It was all fine
By myself for this stay, but ore than enough room for the family. The room was large, very clean, and bathrooms were also updated and nice. Microwave & mini fridge in room came in handy to reheat leftovers. Perfect for business travelers, family, and extended stay. Would definitely stay again. Nav on car was a little slow, so missed the turn. Just follow the signs for the Women's & Children's hospital.
Clearn room and bed
The price, cleanliness and the staff! Room smelled like dirty feet.
The person who managed the breakfast area was so helpful and attentive.
Great value. Clean, comfortable, large room. Not outdated.
I loved the night shift desk clerk, Thomas. He was excellent even though there were a few issues he had to deal with in our short stay. Nice rooms, great breakfast! The evening shift desk clerk was extremely rude and not helpful. Some random strange events as far as cleanliness was concerned but I honestly feel as though ours was an isolated incident and I feel overall this is an excellent hotel. Trudy, evening shift clerk, with her horrible attitude started the stay out on a bad foot but everything after her was great.
There was public hair in the bathroom from the last person who stayed. So gross! Front desk attendant was not responsive to our request for housekeeping to clean the batjroom. Batteries were dead on the remote. Come on folks. These are basics.....
Room was clean and loved the room darkening shades. Wish breakfast was served a little longer
Beds were very comfy.
Large room with breakfast provided.
Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was lackluster. One morning (at 9am) housekeeping knocked and we told them we weren't ready yet. They did not come back later so the room was not cleaned that day.
We found this hotel to be clean, the bed was comfortable, the water was consistent in temperature, the breakfast was kept stocked and the employees were friendly. We continued on to our next destination and on our way home we felt we could not drive straight thru so we decided to book this hotel on our way back thru Columbia later in the week. We had a non-smoking room but someone near us must have been smoking because every time they lit up we could smell the smoke. On our second stay the garbage truck came thru at 5:50 am waking us up.
Good breakfast provided, nice bathroom, free wireless.
service pool breakfast cleanliness
Free Wireless, Close to restaurant, great breakfast, cold room A/C, comfortable bed, clean bathroom, pool, gym, and business center open and available which is nice. Also, this location next to supermarket for last minute trip items or snacks. TV sound poor, furniture outdated
Room was spacious, clean and comfortable Breakfast was average. Stick with waffles or cereal. Hot choices were not good especially the eggs.
Room and facilities were clean and well kept. Bed and pillows were comfortable and the price was very reasonable. I really have to nit-pick to find a negative at this price point, but here goes. Breakfast area is rather small and therefore crowded at peak times. The breakfast offerings were mostly carbs, but there was a variety that included more than just donuts and coffee.
The breakfast was ok The cleanliness of the room
You get what you pay for. The place is drab, old. It was clean and comfortable. The tub is so old the finish is worn on the bottom. The price was right but I will spend a little more next time and stay elsewhere.
your mom her mom
I booked this room two nights before my stay. I was extremely pleased with the facilities. The room was updated and clean. Great price.
You messed up my reservation and I had to pay extra and then had to cancel the reservation you made because it was on the wrong date
Friendly, nice size rooms. Great breakfast A litt road noise
Location to Columbia & MU. Facilities need some work and updating. Nothing is bad. Could be much better, however. Stayed here several times and upper building is nicer than lower one.
Large room and a reasonable price. Lots of space and breakfast included. Again nothing fancy, but waffles, yogurt, banana, cereal, bagels, orange juice, etc is included.
Easy check in and check out. Customer service was great. When I called about the stale smoke the person seemed genuinely concerned. Room smelled like stale smoke as soon as you entered room. The hotel is supposed to be non smoking only. There was also some college boys having a party down the hall.
Clean room. Easy to get too. Staff was not very helpful.
* Sheets were clean * Room was vacuumed * Towels were white * Accessibility from I-70 * Road signage to guide a traveler to the hotel * Curb appeal * Smell of smoke in lobby * Lobby welcome and appearance * Staff appearance, in normal street clothes (sweatshirts) * Staff friendliness * Staff lack of desire to resolve a problem * Loud at night with Road traffic * Quoted one rate, that was 2xs that of people currently checking in and heard for future reservations * Breakfast offering was mediocre * Feeling of safety was questionable * Outdoor lighting was questionable * TV was difficult to see for both beds at same time * no clock radio * accessibility of outlets near bed * unsureness of what was the final rate and charges that will be posted on credit account
The room was very clean and the staff was very pleasant. No.

I loved the evening food extras and the breakfast. You are given two evening drinks maybe a better quality of alcohol. Reminded me of the stuff we drank in college because it was bought by the gallon.
All the perks, free WiFi, free breakfast Could here in the halls
We found the room to be clean and quiet. It was small-ish but that is not why we were in town. I don't want to start a fuss but were able to check in early and it helped our plans tremdously being near the pool- convienent access but noisy until 10 PM
Location: Easy to get to from the Interstate. Staff: Very friendly and helpful. Hot breakfast. Beds: Queen beds would have been better. Eating area: Open up the area better to accommodate larger crowds. Make it easier to fill your plates. Need more tables.
The lady that checked me in was super sweet and genuine. She made me feel at home and like a very important guest. Kudos. The bathroom toilet was cramped in to a narrow space. It was awkward, but nothing that would keep me from staying again.
I liked the fact that the staff took care of being double billed quickly and easily. The breakfast was good. This is a very BASIC hotel. The furniture was dated. The bathroom was tiny. It's a small thing, but having shampoo and soap dispensers mounted to the tile was weird.I didn't like the fact that I was double billed for my stay.
The snacks and happy hour The Bed was not very comfortable and the bathroom was very small. The breakfast was not good.
Very clean, well maintained. Staff were very helpful and kind. Food was great. LOVE THID PLACE!
The only thing I didn't like was the indoor pool was cold. Other than that, it was an excellent motel.
Very, very comfortable beds, pillows & comforters! Soft, plush & huge bath towels! Quiet air system. 10 min from Mizzou-straight shot. None.
No complimentary breakfast of any kind.
Location and amenities. No
Nice property with a great pool. Even with the do not disturb sign on the door, the housekeeping staff came in twice on me the morning of my departure.
Reserved two room. Got there (after 4) only one ready and no time frame when the other would be ready. 4 people getting ready for concert in 1 bathroom. As we were leaving for concert the other room was ready. Stains on carpet topped it off.

The breakfast in Sports Zone was phenomenal. Great beds and nice big bathroom. There was a lot of noise in the hallway.
This is the fifth time staying at this hotel. Its a little pricey but we have always had a good stay and like I said this is the fifth time staying at this hotel. Could have more luggage carts at check in and check out
The service was great and the room and common areas were all very clean. Some of the common areas were a little dated.
Poorly designed parking lot. Mini fridge wasn't cleaned after previous guest. No answer at room service an hour before scheduled closing time. Hotel could use some updates.
The staff is very helpful and friendly. The pool was very small and the room had a very musty smell. We were in two rooms, both had wet carpet for no apparent reason. Room service left a lot to be desired as did the free breakfast.
The courtyard with the outdoor pool It was more of a 3 star hotel not 3.5. The shower head in the shower was half way down wall, we had to bend way over to get our hair wet. Otherwise it was a good basic hotel.
Very quiet&comfortable beds. Crazy roundabout getting to the hotel.
Your evaluation form did not let me rate my stay. Balthazar it was a pleasant stay with pleasant staff, I prefer to rate the stay myself. N/A
Only spent there 1 night, but very impressed with the cleanliness, comfortable beds, bathroom. Room was spacious. Breakfast was excellent. smell in the elevator
I was very pleased with these accommodations. Aside from the location, which actually isn't that bad considering the layout of Columbia, this was a wonderful hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was surprising good and fresh each morning with a varied selection in my opinion. The room itself was a breath of fresh air, as I enjoyed very much having a living area as well as the sleeping area, both of which were very comfortable. The shower was extra wide with a curved curtain bar, which made showering a very pleasant experience. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and I'm glad I found them.
Location My trailer was attached to my pickup and parked in the very front of the hotel. Sometime in the night, my trailer was stolen and my truck subsequently damaged. Front Desk Manager REFUSED to review the camera footage and proceeded to remind me that they were not responsible for lost or stolen items. All I requested from them was to release the footage to the police, they REFUSED.
2 beds and sleeper sofa Unclean blanket for sleeper sofa provided
I really liked the minimalistic design and overall style and colors of the room. Very clean and comfortable bed, 30'something inch wall-mounted flat screen TV, huge windows with a great view of the sunset, powered shades that roll up with a touch of a button next to the bed, and a small desk next to a clothes drawer with built-in drinks. Oh, the bathroom was large and the shower was super nice with a triple head setup consisting of an adjustable faucet on a long hose, a fixed overhead and four small horizontals off the back wall). This place was much nicer than I was expecting and would definitely stay here again. The only thing, and I'm grasping here, is that the pillows were too thick for my liking. Major flaw, I know!
Very friendly and helpful staff Limited nearby parking so we had to use valet parking. Reasonably priced at $10/d, though.
Bed was decent I'm still trying to figure how they justify a 200 dollar stay. And downtown Columbia is the worst
Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the upgrades to the long-time fixture in Columbia. It brings a "big city", boutique-style experience to Columbia. Great time...and don't miss the "Vault" bar downstairs. The bartenders are worth the price of admission.
There were very clean and they had great loction . No every thing was be wonderful
Close to flat branch park where were doing bike ride the next day Parking garage was not connected an it poured down

Location. Location. Location. Rooftop bar was outstanding. Bathroom was big and spacious.
Location was great. Comfortable beds and very clean.

The best aspect was the Service; a young lady employee at the front Desk was a huge help.
Hotel was convenient to the downtown location and overall very nice. The staff were excellent! Friendly, helpful, and easy to reach. It will be hard to stay anywhere else when we return.
Gorgeous lobby, rooms are spacious, clean, and modern. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast costs $10+/plate...disappointing. The in-hotel bar was closed at 11:30 on a Friday night-so much for having fun and not having to drive, and the walls between rooms/hallway seem to be paper-thin.
The bed was about as far is it goes. The pool is incredibly small making it to the point my 3 year old daughter and I could not enjoy ourselves without getting hit by other kids playing football. This place is way to expensive for what it does not offer! Extra small rooms no complimentary breakfast or any kind of extra curricular activities. Not recommended if wanting to have fun with family.
Breakfast was not included
friendly staff, nice decor, clean air conditioner was really loud
Have stayed here many times. This time the room I got faced the highway and was very noisy at all times during the day and night. Not a pleasant stay this time.
The staff was nice & the breakfast was good. The whole place had a dingy feel. We have stayed in sever residence inns & this one was definitely my least favorite. We have a 6 & 3 year old, so the pool is a big issue. They said they had a pool & it was open. But when we checked in, told us the pool was open but heaters didn't work. The water was freezing, it was unusable. But offered no rebate or other comps because they said pool was open. Not 1 person was is the pool in the entire hotel the 3 says we were there. Our room had a smell that was unpleasant. It might have been a former smoking room, but the odor was constant. The stoves were dirty & so were the pots & pans. The showers were very nice & so was the staff & the breakfast was good. The suite was very small. I would not stay there again for the price.
The room was cleab I did not like anything
A bit old & run down feel, room smelled of urine
Comvenient location Bed was hard. Air conditioner didn't work well.
They gave me the keys to a room that was already occupied and did the same to the woman that checked in behind me. The response the clerk gave is "oh it happens sometimes" which is not acceptable. In addition the way the roundabout is built right in front of the hotel makes is not only difficult but somewhat dangerous to get into the parking lot from the highway.
It was cheap and close enough to downtown. The bathroom was gross and I didn't feel comfortable enough to sleep under the covers.
Location was great and the accommodations were fine for the price. Front desk staff personnel was super polite and helpful. Facilities were old and a little rundown.
Cheaper hotel, nothing special, nice folks A bit run down and tired look
Very outdated, felt very unsecure.. Several highly visible cameras, anti theft warning stickers prominently displayed. The bed badly needed replacement, the pool area had an overwhelming chlorine odor ( to the point of discomfort ), if I didn't have the distinct impression of no possibility of having anything resolved by the staff at check in ( ie no chance at canceling without charge ) I would never have even spent the night. In a word, horrible
Quiet Building was old and needed upgrades
Overall it was pretty clean I was in a smoking room and there were no non-smoking rooms available. There were burn marks all over the sink and I can't stand the smell of smoke. My bag even smelled like smoke after I left. The tub/shower didn't have an anti-scald faucet.
Bed was comfortable, staff was nice and good location. Bathroom was dirty and needed repair. Room was $250/night.
The room was clean, I'll give them that. The building is old, and is visibly showing its age inside and out. The walls were so thin that I could hear my neighbors breathing and lightly snoring at night. The rooms were small and had an awkward layout. Also, breakfast was a joke. Watered-down coffee, waffles, and hard boiled eggs. All of that for a price that suggested a step up from the lower-end hotels in town.
