the location is great, it is really in the hearth of Rome. rooms were cold, besides the cleaning staff left window open.

really good location, very comfortable, spacious room with lovely double bed, some rooms dont have showers. breakfast was poor and while some staff were nice, others were a bit unhelpful

it is on walking distance to most of the touristic places. women working for the breakfast lounge were friendly and helpful in our stay we met 4 people working at the reception. only one of them was a nice girl. the reception quality was very poor on the average.

Location ideal for most major sights - we walked everywhere. Stylish rooms kept beautifully clean A bit noisy at night (no double-glazing) and the lift is incredibly narrow!

The close proximity to the attractions. The quiteness. The staff at the reception did not seem to be that service-minded. You had to wait eventhough there were not any other guests. The never smiled.

Very friendly staff, always available. Clean rooms very specious. Decor was excellent and modern yet looked traditional Italian. Lovely, outdoor and indoor breakfast area- (they did not even charge us for an extra breakfast which I told them, I was buying for him (he did not stay in that hotel but only came to meet us in the morning)! The location could not be better-very central and very close to the Metro. Pass on our best wishes to the staff. A very decent diner serving excellent traditional and home cooked food, right opposit the hotel. Suggestion: Could they keep a coffee machine in the waiting lounge?
