Location, convenient for taking the train.
Sketchy characters hanging out by the front entrance, day and night.
the unit itself was great
outside the unit was not pleasant. breakfast hours too restricted.
The room was one of the cleanest places we have ever stayed. The room is also larger than I expected for Europe, nicely furnished, and the private bathroom is very modern. The staff is extremely helpful and really friendly. The breakfast was also very good.
The location is across street from Roma Termini which is good, but the vagrants standing in the door and challenging you to get in the doorway to the building was very alarming. We stood our ground and gained entrance, but it was like running the gauntlet. I dreaded every night returning to the building for fear we would run into the large number of people hanging around. Once inside, it was good. Only thing I would change about interior is ability to leave A/C on when out during the day. They come in and unplug it if you leave it on. I have included a daytime picture of exterior; larger numbers or people hang around the door around dark.
Staff was super friendly, rooms were little but enough space, big, comfy bed, good croissants
smell on the corridor was a little bad, very loud street, cold air conditioning
Place very clean and rooms had confortabile beds. The staff is friendly and helps with everything.
We had some issues with the toilet water that was flowing continuously but they solved it fast. And in one of the rooms the hair dryer was missing. Breakfast is also not awesome. It's the same every day and it's quite poor. The air conditioning is noisy. Not suitable for alone woman because the entrance road is strange with a lot of smoking and drinking people. The smell on the road is also not pleasant.
