Pros. The price lack of Internet in the room and very slow in the lobby
Pros. The staff was very friendly and always attentive. The price was great and it was in a convenient place to stay close to the subway. Because we were there to see a few sights before heading out to a class in Siena it was great. Rome can be very intimidating but we felt safe in the area around our hotel.
Cons. In terms of the hotel nothing really, It is small but I don't expect it to be America. When in Rome...

Cons. Terrible location far from the city center or even the Vatican as advertised. The neighborhood is completely littered with trash, just as the hotel had food laying around on the floors for our entire stay. You would be better off sleeping on the floor instead of the aweful mattress and you will be up to your ankles w/ water in the shower. Breakfast was almost ok...except for if you are not Italian you have to drink the "dirty water" vending machine caffe/coffee that tastes like you got it in an American hospital (Italian speakers were offered better caffes from the back by the staff upon arrival). The walls are paper thin and if you weren't completely distracted by the strange noises from within the room there were plenty of noises to here from outside of the room. Be advised also that the city tax is listed incorrectly and is now 6 euros per person per day.
