The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel is close to the main attractions and the staff helped with maps and directions
Nice budget hotel.Nice staff
The staff was very helpful and the room was clean. Close to public transportation.
The ad says meters away from the train station. They didn't say how many meters. It was a hike to get there. When I arrived there were 2 couples waiting to be checked in. One had reservations and the other didn't. I had reservations. Both couples were told their rooms were ready, but I was told to come back later. Now, how does someone w/o reservations have their room ready for them and someone with reservations needs to come back? I'll tell you why, Because they probably keep the bad rooms for a lower price. The bed was as hard as a rock, as was the pillow. The air conditioner was controlled by the front desk person and the guy turned it off on me after I went to sleep. I won't stay here again.
Excellent staff 24/7, friendly, competent, helpful; the room-is a small, but adequate surface on all necessary things, moreover very clean, excellent aircondition, in the room are all necessary things, i.e.: towels, cosmetics, refrigerator, safety deposit box, wardrobe with hangers, shower, comfortable beds, large window with a very good wrap (protecting from the sun in the morning); in addition, excellent location-2 minutes to tram and bus, 10 minutes to termini station, walking distance to coloseum
in the morning a little too noisy in rooms from street
Hotel staff was really helpful in everything. It was close to Bus/Metro/Tram, therefore if you know where to go, you can do it easily. Rooms were clean and all people in hotel nice and welcoming.
For three persons first room we got was terrible - stay away from it - nr.101. Too loud and one of beds terrible. But hotel staff was nice and exchanged the room, so we had very nice room in 3rd floor without any additional sounds, although one of beds still old and uncomfortable. Still I recommend the hotel.
Staff is really friendly and helpfull; room is clean.
I was asked to pay the bill at the beginning of our stay at the hotel.
Excellent location, 10 meters to buss and metro station. Take the buss to Vatican or walk 20 minutes to Colosseum. Large room, clean and recent painted. Maybe a too small bathroom but that's how it is in a so large city. Worth the money I spent - 117 Euro for 3 nights in January, a room for 2 people. Breakfast ok, but only cereals, marmalade, butter, tea coffee, milk and poor juice. For the hotel price it was OK. Some people could love cheese at least ... ;)
Stay away from the room 202. All the night long a sound of dropping water was a loud song in the silent night. Every night. We did not ask the reception as we didn't want to change room...
we like the "Value for money" and the staff and that the room was very clean and it's have good access to the city center and termini station.
