The accomodation was confortable, but you need to remember to switch off air conditioning when you re-enter the room. Every time you remove the key the settings have a reset. There is everything you need in the kitchen and the beds were very confortable. The location of this property is excellent as it is directly across the street from Rotterdam Central Station. Dirty appartments with strange stains inside the shower, not very clean. Messy laundry room. Cold floor. What was disappointing was that there was no bath. No complaints. Not bad but always a smell of cooking in the halls which I guess is because they are more like serviced apartments and people live there. Nothing, everything was great. There was a weird smell on the seventh floor. And the towels smell bad, even when they are fresh. And the heating system was not working. Our first night was very cold. The second day the staff supplied the room with an electric heater. None. Cleanness was not as expected. The room smelt like curry! Also missing cutlery and crockery. Should be enough for the reservation. lights around mirror of bathroom sink and glass side in shower. Rude reception. A bit echo due to hard surfaces, but only a very minor dislike. Cheated by the price. The first night was as seen on Booking.com but the charges increased by 200%. The final price corresponded to the booking. com, but decided to book based on my first impression that I got a good deal. WAY TO GO!!! Never go back to a place that seems to be cheating. The room was not clean, first room service after 9 days, garbage was never emptied. Receptionist was rude and unhelpful when checking in! Very officious! The only fault is that there was not a safety mat in the shower. We were given extra bath mats to use instead but these were not as good. the lights. They weren't bright enough. Even in the bathroom. It was hard to do my makeup with that kind of lights. Missing bed covers, staff strict at check out. The apartment needs a deep clean up to hotel standard. But it was in good overall condition, and I'd stay there again. All the room was a little bit dusty. More attention during cleaning at the guests change would be beneficial. We had a sofa bed already open and prepared but the carpet was not so well cleaned. The lighting in the bathroom. The overhead lights are great with one directly over the shower. However, the lighting at the sink is very poor. There is lighting around the mirror from behind but it is very soft. It is impossible to see your face clearly and impossible to apply makeup or shave. we don't have... for renting a suite like this, i would prefer to have the washing machine inside the apartment, so i can wash my clothes when i am out, and have fresh clothes when i get back but they do have laundry room on each floor, all are free to use (they've also provide detergent). The fact that the 'double bed' was 2 single beds pushed together. Not very comfortable! Better quality towels would be nice. needs a new sofa or chairs. Linen change could be more frequent. In our 14 days’ stay it was done on only 1 day. No manual for cooking facilities. Bed was a little soft for our liking. Bathroom could've been a little cleaner (eg discoloured grout in shower), a couple of fixtures in the living room were chipped and the bedroom curtains had a large splatter stain on them. Just two complementary tea bags for the room seemed a little tight, especially as we got about 20 sticks of sugar! I wish they had better dinning facilities, but it is a serviced apartment, I thought the price hike was to high for a basic apartment costing over 1000 euros for 3 nights, much higher than previous weeks. All was good. No bar or restaurant facilities. The room was a bit noisy. The hallway was a bit smelly as not all guests used the cape to absorb the smell. One tiny suggestion is to have another hook in the bathroom so that both towels could dry better.
