Pros (+) The accommodated our needs for traveling with a toddler really well. Provided a pack'n'play upon request. Staff was super helpful.

Pros (+) The suite was large, clean. Staff was excellent.
Cons (-) The room was hot. Room temp was not easily adjusted to a comfortable temp. Even though we had it on cold withat's the fan on high, it never cooled the room.
