Cons:Needed to be vacuumed throughly.
Pros:Walking in was a breeze. Not a long line and the gentlemen are very quick and efficient.
Pros:It was great!!!
Pros:Manager was very accommodating and customer service was outstanding.
Cons:Policies for rental with a debit card, including employment and address verification, and not being able to use a card in my husband's name for a rental in my name.

Pros:Friendly service and convenient
Pros:Got a pickup truck since they ran out of sedans
Cons:Estimated total. Total everywhere on kayak for $387 when I left it was $410. A surprise $23 fee out of no where and Avis wouldn’t change it for the total I quoted
Pros:Staff was wonderful.
Cons:Car was filthy on the inside when I picked it up, I informed the employee. Also I was at the gas station for 20 minutes and couldn’t figure out how to open the gas cap, very frustrating and more expensive then needed
Cons:Ordered the car and THEY TOOK my money, but when I showed up they said I didn’t have a car or that my name was even on the reserved list. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Pros:The staff wasn't overly helpful or friendly, although the pick-up and drop-off was very quick and easy.
Cons:We're in a pandemic and the vehicle we rented was disgusting. I literally I have a photograph of handmarks streaked across the interior window. The interior of this van was better cleaned by me than by Budget. Upon drop-off I was charged $24 for .5297 gallon of gas - interesting that the paperwork I have in my hand indicates that the refueling cost is $9.99 per gallon, so I question their calculation.
Pros:The vehicle was clean and very nice to drive.
Pros:Quick process and car availability and car in excellent shape. Thanks
Cons:Everything outstanding ! no complains an problems at all.
Cons:I hated every bit of my experience with "BUDGET" car rental company.
