Slow, very slow. The car wasn’t ready, so we took it not cleaned. Speaking of dirty, the rental agent’s appearance was absolutely gross. Stringy dirty hair with chunks, topped by a filthy Avis shirt and ball cap . Looked like he hadn’t showered or done laundry in over a week.

When I returned the car, there was an additional $106 charge on the receipt. The agent’s response was that he already closed it and couldn’t assist. He did not allow me to review it beforehand, nor did I sign anything. Was told to call the 800 number. Attempted that on 3 separate occasions and was on hold for 30 minutes
If no car is available, how about letting me know ahead of time instead of 20 minutes before my.piclup time.

The employees exceeded my expectations! Did you know you can reserve a carseat with them as well? Anyway, while all other companies were booked out due to a music festival happening that weekend, the employee from NY exceeded my expectations & made my last minute reservation both smooth & seamless! These guys are the best!

The staff wasn't overly helpful or friendly, although the pick-up and drop-off was very quick and easy.
Cons:
We're in a pandemic and the vehicle we rented was disgusting. I literally I have a photograph of handmarks streaked across the interior window. The interior of this van was better cleaned by me than by Budget. Upon drop-off I was charged $24 for .5297 gallon of gas - interesting that the paperwork I have in my hand indicates that the refueling cost is $9.99 per gallon, so I question their calculation.
Cleaning was lack luster. Saw stains on high touch surface areas that would’ve been wiped away if the cleaning had been done properly. I know because I was able to remove them with a wet wipe

THEY LOST MY RESERVATION AND SAID THEY WILL DO THEIR BEST TO ACCOMMODATE ME AND GET ME A RENTAL THAT SAME DAY BEFORE THEY CLOSE. THAT WAS ALL THEY COULD DO AND I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM THEM AGAIN! I MADE MY RESERVATION 26 HOURS BEFORE AND THEY COMPLETELY LOST MY RESERVATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
