9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great location! Nice staff. Will stay again! Fantastic!
Cons: A bit touristy, but kinda cute!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very good breakfast
Cons: The directions need to be to the car park to avoid going through very small streets.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: We've spent a wonderful night at the restaurant. The music was great :)
6.8 Good
Pros: Compared to the main building which has music until midnight, the room was fairly quiet, however, only because ...
Cons: the room was located in the employee building, across the road from the hotel, in the parking lot. That considered, it was too expensive. Most reception personal was generally oblivious. The waiters and waitresses, all from Eastern Europe, were naturally friendly and fairly professional.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Such a wonderful property looked after so well by the family who are always around. It gives such a nice personal touch. A perfect blend of heritage property with modern interiors in the rooms. Food was excellent and so were the wines. Fantastic party atmosphere in the nights. Really enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Breakfast is nice and bedroom & barhroom was spacious and clean. Bed is comfy too
Cons: Wi-fi is really slow or if it is working, then it only works for around 30 mins
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff and good location.
Cons: Not applicable
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Clean, super friendly helpful staff Very convenient
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable with excellent views and near some great restaurants.
Cons: I would prefer for breakfast to be included as it becomes quite expensive if you are paying for breakfast and car parking.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent accommodation and friendly, efficient service. Good breakfast.
Cons: Room was accessed via several flights of stairs.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The people who run this hotel are wonderful; every restaurant recommendation turned out to be terrific, and they are just plain nice. And the location couldn't be better, on a quiet street but an easy walk to the Rhine or up to the chair-lift to the Niederwald Monument. The breakfast was lovely, and they made a special effort to decorate our table for my husband's birthday and poured out some bubbly! Even though there is an elevator, you will likely have to take your suitcase up or down a few stairs to get to your room, as the house was built in the 1700s: it's worth it. Also, there are only four hotel-owned parking spaces, so if you want one, say so at the outset. The bed was very comfortable and we were lucky enough to have Room 24, which has a freestanding bathtub right in the very large bedroom: impressive! It also has a rain shower, and a very efficient air conditioning unit with a remote control. Perfect for July. This was our two-day retreat for my husband's big birthday, and it was sublime.
Cons: Only two things. Room 24 has a glass door to the bathroom, which has a window without curtains (pebbled glass) -- so the daylight comes in very early in the summertime, and when there's light, I can't sleep. Fortunately, I had my eye mask along. Also, you can't get Internet in our room, probably due to the very thick 18th-century walls and the lack of a booster. However, the lobby had comfortable chairs and good Net access, so again, no real problem.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Tub on main floor was amazing and rooms on second floor were modern and also very comfortable. We really loved breakfast and all around service was amazing! We would definitely stay again!
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The stuff are all very polite and friendly, they are also very helpful. Location was great, close to everything but very quiet. The room was very spacious and clean. They also provided me things that I asked as a special request. The breakfast was a little expensive but the quality is high and selections are amazing. Highly recommended!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: One of the best hotels in Rüdesheim. The hotel staff are extremely nice and helpful. Rudescheim is a small town so the hotel is close to everywhere you wanna go. Especially at breakfast, they prepared a plate on the table the names of guests, which gives us a very very good impression. For travelers with a baby, a baby sit has already been prepared ahead of time. Just wonderful for the service!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location was awesome, large room, large bathroom, comfy and warm bed, friendly helpful staff who spoke English very well. Room was very dark with shutters down if you need to catch up on sleep!
Cons: No shampoo/conditioner in room - just combination body/hair liquid soap. Not tea or coffee in room.

Pros: We loved the wine wheel that we had with our meal.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Nice winetasting, beautiful view of the wine fields. Proper german breakfast. No problem to arrange overnight storage of our bikes or to fix take-away sandwiches for lunch. Nice selection of wines to buy.
7.0 Good
Pros: Room of good size, very comfy and clean rooms, like the wine
Cons: Could be on slightly cheaper rate perhaps
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I was here to learn about St. Hildegard. The views from this hotel and the closeness to St. Hildegard Abbey were my favorites.
Cons: Nothing
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Excellent Location at the edge of town , very quiet, a good nights sleep. Dinner was very good and the wine.... Spätlese trocken.. a real recommendation.
Cons: The single room is very small.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location and view were beautiful. The staff very helpful and the food in the restaurant was delicious. The wine we had with dinner was very good. There are plenty of places to take a walk through the vineyards. A little outside of Rudesheim tourist area (a plus for us) but this hotel is close to many tourist activities. You can walk to an Abbey from the hotel and it is worth seeing.
Cons: There were no negatives at all with this hotel.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The location, the room, the atmosphere, the breakfast and the staff!
Cons: Restaurant menu was a bit uninspiring
6.3 Good
Pros: The location is perfect if you want to overlook vineyards. It is a 20-30 minute walk into town if you want to eat out or sight see. Rooms were comfortable and had a deck with a view but we couldn't use it due to weather. Cute and charming place overall. Has a real interesting restaurant that we planned to eat at but was closed during our stay but they did offer a morning continental breakfast that was quite good if you can overlook all of the wine flies. Don't miss the Asbach Brandy tasting down the steet. Though there were dissappointments, I would consider staying again but not on Sunday or Monday and after they are done with construction. I really wanted to try their wines, restaurant and enjoy the location.
Cons: Restaurant and wine tasting unavailable. When booking the site said they serve dinner to guests on Monday. They were not very helpful and seemed disinterested when we inquired about wine tasting or wanted to know more about their winery. The rate should be discounted due to the constuction and inablility to use their services. No wine tasting but perhaps we didn't understand but the lights were all turned off in the wine tasting area and the restaurant. The outdoor area was needing some attention, looked forgotten. Narrow roads were difficult to drive into town and complicated. Wanted to try a Rudeshiemer coffee (with Asbach Brandy) and ice wines so we got a taxi for 10 Euros each way. Overall we were disappointed that it was Monday and no services were available at the hotel. If you want a coffee in the room you have to pay 1.5 euros and make it yourself in the hallway. There was a huge crane working on their new patio that was our view. Breakfast came with a lot of wine flies getting the first bite. No wash cloths or bath amenities. No English television. Cell phones would not charge in the room.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location, onsite parking, nice breakfast. Good comfortable room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely helpful staff, clean, spacious rooms and brilliant location in the centre of Rüdesheim, right next to all the restaurants and bars. Within easy walking distance of the train station (10 minutes maximum).
Cons: The only drawback was that the curtains didn’t pull across the whole window space in our room, so the light woke us up really early. Other than that, couldn’t fault it.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Our short stay at the Hotel was a nice experience especially the breakfast buffet was superb. I cannot praise enough the helpful staff, and particularly Ella who went above and beyond what you would normally expect. She was greeting us with a smile every morning and despite being extremely busy found time for a small talk. She tried her best to accommodate our needs and wishes. We could not believe how energetic, approachable and friendly person she is which adds on to our Bruhl’s Hotel experience.
Cons: The decor in our room was outdated. Too many decoration pieces, particularly ducks, in the entrance hall and restaurant make the place look a bit old-fashioned.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very good breakfast and location, friendly staff.

Pros: Two floors so kids had their own room. Nice breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved everything about the hotel!! Love Love Love! The staff was extremely friendly and informative, the best team of people we've come across while traveling through Germany. All thumbs up! We felt so lucky to have selected this hotel. Parking was easy, the parking lot is situated right behind the main building. The hotel is equipped with elevators. Coincidentally, the one that would have taken us up to our room on the 3rd floor went on strike on the day of our arrival LOL. The staff helped us carry our load of luggage upstairs to our room while apologizing profusely for the inconvenience (We stopped by Wertheim Outlet on our way to Rüdesheim am Rhein you see, we were the ones feeling embarrassed actually). Our parking fee was waived because of the event. How luckier can we get! Our room was HUGE!! Our kids were extremely excited to find out that it was like a two-story house built within the room, having the living room and bathroom on the first floor with stairs leading up to the bedrooms on the second floor. There were two separate bedrooms, each with large beds. Very clean and comfortable. Our room was air-conditioned (Daikin, one of the best brands, chilled and thrilled). The breakfast buffet was magnificent! Had lots of variety, fresh juice, and fruits. Coffee and hot chocolate were served at the table. The hotel has a restaurant of its own, but we haven't had a chance to have dinner there. If only we had made plans to stay for more than one night! The Drosselgasse and the Seilbahn Rudesheim Lift is only a 10-minute walk away. The view while walking alongside the Rhein was spectacular. Although there are many other hotels lined up near the sites, I would want to stay away from the large crowd of tourists if I were to stay in Rudesheim again. Can't get enough of the mirthful atmosphere! Love Love Love.

Breakfast was excellent and served in a dining room with a lot of character. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

Pros: Excellent location near the river and restaurants., still very peaceful. The owner was extremely nice and friendly, and our room had a very efficient air-conditioning which was really necessary during a heatwave of 37°c. There wasn’t any breakfast included in our reservation but the owner wanted to serve it us as his guest, and the breakfast was very good, everything was fresh and tasty. Loved especially the nice selection of fruit and veggies.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved this super cute hotel! It was located very close to the main part of town, allowing us to walk everywhere. They let us check in early and add breakfast for our first morning last minute. Shortly after we checked in, two small bottles of sparkling wine were brought up to us and it was so sweet and a warm welcome! They were consistently friendly and helpful, and even arranged a taxi for us to get to the train station on our last morning because of the rain.
Cons: We loved everything!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location! Extremely warm and welcoming staff. Made our stay extremely comfortable and enjoyable. The room was clean and well prepared for our arrival and the washroom was spotless clean. The continental breakfast with a huge spread topped the experience. I highly recommend this hotel for staying in Ruedesheim!
Cons: None.
8.8 Excellent
Cons: Staff were excellent, nothing was a problem
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was perfect. The breakfast was excellent. Truly enjoyed our stay there.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was perfect - simple and fulfilling. Location superb for walking around.
Cons: Unfortunately, it was the middle of the terrible heatwave, and there was no air-conditioning - but at least there was a fan in the room. No fault of the hotel.
7.3 Good
Pros: The room was a good size, extremely clean and warm and the bathroom had a good hot shower. Also the location was perfect for our stay.
6.0 Good
Pros: it was easy walking distance from the KD Rhein Dock, almost mid town, 3 small blocks from the Famous DrosselGasse street.
6.3 Good
Pros: The restaurant was excellent. The hotel staff was courteous and helpful. At check out they helped me use their computer to access online checkin and print my boarding passes for Lufthansa. This was very helpful and more secure than using the internet cafe around the corner.
Cons: We booked a balcony room which did give us an outside room and a view of the Rhine but the outside room was also street noisy and I would probably avoid this in future. There was also a lot of elevator and water flushing noise in this room due to it being on the first floor.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very quiet, far enough from the train line that cross the whole town. Good located, good breakfast and very nice staff. I do recommend this hotel and intend to come back in the next vacation.
6.0 Good
Pros: We liked the location - very central and close to the Rhine cruises. Easy to walk into the small town.Comfortable room and easy parking in their car park.A good place to explore the Rhine. Great transport links if you need them.Friendly people as well. The trains run all night so it was great to be a little way away from the river to avoid being disturbed by the noise. You can easily spend a day in Rudesheim, but then there are lots of other places round about to visit. The Rhine cruises are very good if you like that sort of thing. A very beatiful area of Germany with many excellent castles to explore. The local wine is also worth the trip as it isn't that easy to find in other places.
Cons: It wasn't worth paying extra for the balcony - too small and just a view of a street. Some of the breakfast food wasn't very fresh (to be precise, the orange juice had gone off and the scrambled agg tasted of fish, but perhaps we were just unlucky and I am sure the hotelier would have put this right had we had the time to discuss this at the time, but we had a Rhine cruise nto catch). The area seems to be catering for/attracting mostly older people - not many young people in the area, but this didn't bother us.
6.8 Good
Pros: Very Friendly Staff,very helpfull.
Cons:
7.6 Good
Pros: staff was very helpful; good location for christmas market
Cons:
6.0 Good
Pros: Excellent food
Cons: The parking facilities
6.0 Good
Pros: very nice breakfast, excellent location in center of city...located one block from trains....critical during hot weather when the windows are open...hotels located facing the train line (along the Rhine river) are very noisy
Cons:

Pros: Good location. Lots of clean towels.
Cons: No shower curtains.

Pros: It’s a perfect place for an unforgettable romantic stay. We have spent our honeymoon weekend there. At this hotel you will find a wonderful combination of an excellent location for hiking, Riesling tasting, visiting historical castles alongside Rhein, extremely helpful and friendly staff (big thank you to charming Mira who welcomed us), comfy and beautiful rooms, SPA area with a swimming pool, excellent breakfast, a nice restaurant for a cosy delicious dinner. Highly recommended!!!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful location on top of the mountain. Very attentive staff which was so friendly to bring us 1 am a drink in the bar. The best value for money for a breakfast in Europe with 9 Euro per person.
Cons: I hate standing in a bathtub to shower. Personally I would never take a bath in a hotel. One is there for a reason, no time to spoil. And this hotel even has a wellness. The bar is small and could do with less massive and fresher furniture.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location. The decoration suited perfectly the building. The staff was friendly and efficient. Well appointed rooms. Facilities always clean. Restaurant was first class. Food was top quality. A pleasant surprise.
Cons: Breakfast was correct but pricey for what it was especially for an hotel of this class in Germany where the offer is rich and extremely high quality in this particular segment.

5.0 Okay
Pros: The room itself is fine and position is good
Cons: Shower was impossible to regulate, produced mostly just boiling hot water. Internet very poor, rarely worked in room and not much elsewhere. Food not great but pricy.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: really nice situation in old part of town, next to the chairlift as well! (A must do thing) Lovely looking historic building. Excellent sitting and relaxing areas inside and out. Vey comfy and well appointed room. Secure parking 5 mins away. Would recommend this hotel for its location and facilities.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staff was excellent and very accommodating! The weather was warm while we were in the Rhine and our room was on the top floor... not going to lie it was miserable x 10. They gave us a fan to use. That being said most properties in this area do not have air so be aware when booking. There is also no elevator in this property and we had to carry our luggage up several flights of stairs. Again, the staff was very helpful and assisted us. The property is lovely and clean and the staff very friendly.
Cons: Heat rises and our room was extremely hot. Too many steps for carrying luggage upstairs.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice breakfast with fine variety of food. The property backs into a vineyard. Beautiful scene out the window.
Cons: No air conditioning in the room which was a surprise. We had to open the window for fresh air which activated our allergies.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect. There was also private secure parking available at a small extra charge. This was important for us. Very good buffet breakfast. Attractions, shops and restaurants were within walking distance.
Cons: Everything was fine.

7.5 Good
Pros: Location/ Manager very helpful
4.5 Okay
Pros: The hotel was OK, clean and warm but it would be nice that some staff were a little bit more friendly.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: I loved the location of this hotel. It is right in the middle of old Rudesheim. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was amazing (especially the eggs)!
Cons: I did not like the key to the doors. My dad left me in the room and took the key and locked the door from the outside. I was then not able to get out of the room, which seems like a fire hazard!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The in-house restaurant was very good and good value. The chef and staff dealt with my wife's dietary needs with efficiency and no fuss. Lukas was very helpful and pleasant and assisted all our enquiries.
Cons: Some confusion over car parking. The hotel policy changed the day we arrived and although booking had ceased some guests who were part way through their stay had reserved spaces. On the plus side one of the managers quickly gave me their personal parking space - so the problem was resolved :-)
8.8 Excellent

Cons: Waitress/receptionist had an unfortunate manner.
3.8 Mediocre

5.5 Okay
Pros: The location is perfect, right next to the Drosselgasse. It has its own parking at reasonable price (5 euro's per day).
Cons: The comfort room is 119 euro's per night but not bigger or more luxurious than your average standard room. The bathroom was way to small and outdated. Our room had a close vieuw on some walls of buildings (backstreet). We think the rooms are way overpriced. Since we were with daughter of two we were stuck in our room at evenings and booked this hotel beacuse it advertises with satellite tv. We also told this reason to Lindewirt at our booking. Unfortunately, only upon arrival we found out that all channes are German or news channels. Also, the internet was not working for 2 days of our 3 day stay. At check out we could not pay with banking card for this reason and were requested to find an ATM. ATM's in Rudesheim charge 3,95 for each cash withdawl. The hotels explanation that internet problems can occur everywere, was unsatifactory because the problems were clearly caused by overdue maintance (people walking around with ethernet cables for two days). Also bad Wifi reception. While the terras of the Schloss hotel accross Lindenwirt was open and lively, the terras of Lindenwirt was closed during our stay and we believe the restaurant as well.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: A great stop over location on the Rhine. The hotel is centrally located within the town. A good breakfast was provided
Cons: Parking is limited so you must book well before arrival
9.3 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is perfect, staff are very friendly and helpful.
Cons: Nothing
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast is good and the location is near the cable car station. and we can walk around the town just a few minutes.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: lovely hotel, although very traditional so a little dated. Stayed many times, staff very helpful
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic location! Staff was wonderful, so helpful and friendly! Bathrooms appear to be newly renovated and are very clean and well-kept.
Cons: Staying on the first floor over the restaurant was very loud. Live music was fun, but it was very hard to go to sleep. Although, to be fair, we were exhausted, and probably went to bed earlier than most on a Saturday night. Would stay again, but would request rooms on a higher floor, away from the restaurant area. Beds are a bit too soft, and the rooms could use extra pillows.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The decor in the hotel was characterful. Great location.

9.5 Excellent
Pros: The staff was wonderful and the dinner at the location was very good. The room was very clean and there was parking on site.

9.3 Excellent
Pros: Hotel was kind enough to accommodate our request for a room in the back, with a beautiful view of the vineyards and abbey.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Clean and peaceful room with riverview. Good breakfast.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful even offering covered parking for our motorcycle. The town was only a short stroll away. The fittings throughout the hotel are of the highest quality. The breakfast was excellent and tasty . The weather was very warm when we stayed but we were able to leave the window open all night without any noise interference and although the bedroom did not have air conditioning a osscilating fan was provided for our comfort.
Cons: Although the location was fine for us it could be a problem for guests with mobility issues as the hotel is situated up a steep hill.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Exceptionally clean room, very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were excellent and in tip top condition. We booked the junior suite which does not have AC and the weather was very very hot. We requested for a change to the Suite via email and the next morning we heard a kncok on out door and the hotel already was arranging for the change. The break has limited choice but is really delicious! The staff are very very kind and friendly.
Cons: Nothing that I can think off!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Friendly helpful staff, good breakfast, room had everything we needed -- including wash clothes (unusual in Germany). Especially liked the quiet neighborhood away from tourist throngs. That does mean one has to walk uphill from restaurants. The one-way streets were a little tricky, but we figured it out. Handy dedicated parking right across from hotel was a bonus.
Cons: Limited reception staff hours, but typical in family-run small hotels. Not a big inconvenience, just requires planning.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The room was beautiful
Cons: I wish there were air conditioning, but a nice fan was in the room to help circulate air and keep me comfortable.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff and great customer service. They were very flexible and open towards special needs that we had.
5.5 Okay
Pros: We didn’t enjoy our stay. Beds to small. Very loud. Very hot in the room. Totally overpriced.

Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, a 24-hour front desk, and multilingual staff. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was good and friendly staff. Hotel was clean.
Cons: Not be told there was a charge to park there and being charged €14 to park 2 motorbikes in 1 parking space, only to find out that it only costs €10 to park a car. We found this over expensive and anti- motorbike friendly. It should be stated on your website if there is a charge for parking. Also we emailed the hotel about parking and got no reply, so not very happy at all.
6.3 Good
Pros: Excellent location.
Cons: Parking is limited and the advance request to book 2 parking spaces was not picked up on by staff before arrival. Poor hygiene in the breakfast room - staff touching bins and then touching food. Basic food handling requirements are not being complied with.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Loved that it was right smack dab in the downtown area, very pretty view of the Rhein. The room was absolutely beautiful, spacious, and full of very nice amenities (coffee, robes, slippers, etc).
Cons: The parking situation was a bit of a mess. I had read that they had on-site parking for 10 Euros but when we got there the guy at the front desk said basically that we were out of luck and we'd have to park in a lot up the street. So in the meantime our rental car was just sitting there in front of the hotel blocking traffic and pedestrians. The lot wasn't too far away and it was free at night, but once 9 AM rolled around we had to run out and refill the meter. So overall not too big of a deal but just a bit stressful when we first arrived.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel staff are very helpful and friendly, the room and bed were comfortable, the bathroom was small yet functional, and the indoor pool and sauna were a delightful treat! Everything was very clean. Room #161 has a balcony with a great view of the Rhein River to watch cruise ships, ferries and barges navigate the waters. The trains do operate 24 hours daily, so if you want a quieter room, just ask. There is a lift, but some rooms are on the “half” floor, so you may need to walk up or down some stairs. The breakfast buffet was extensive and included champagne. While it was 95 degrees during our stay, we were very pleased that a tower fan (ventilador) was provided. We would stay here again!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic breakfast with a view of the river! Perfect location!!
Cons: Room was very hot at night, parking instructions when booking would be nice too!

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Restaurant, staff, breakfast. It is very nice building with unique atmosphere. Staff were very nice and location is excellent.
Cons: Close to the church tower with bells ringing at 7am on Friday. Not the fault of the property but you can not sleep long in the morning.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The choices at the breakfast buffet was more than enough. Especially on our second day, they had delicious croissants that went well with the different jams that they have. They have the usual jams plus red wine jam, white wine jam, kir royal jam, etc. The meal that we had at the restaurant was very tasty. The staff was also helpful and friendly. Location was also good.
Cons: The rooms we had were very small, especially the bathroom. Since our room was facing the street, it was also very noisy at night because there were many people having a drink at the wine garden. We had to close our windows even if it was very hot.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The restaurant was good The room was spacious The staff were excellent
Cons: Shower was not safe Lack if lighting on pathway to our room was a problem for us Tv stations lacked any English

7.0 Good
Pros: Wonderful breakfast. Friendly welcome drink. Beautiful looking from outside the building.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very good buffet breakfast, staff friendly, great location. Comfortable bed.
Cons: Considering it is promoted as an historic hotel the room felt quite soulless, could of been in a premier Inn. No free drinking water supplied. A bottle provided for an additional €3.90
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Overall it was a great hotel. The value for money was excellent. The restaurant was also very good. And the wine shop was a wonderful surprise. I was also pleased with the location.
Cons: The bathroom sink was not clean.

Pros: Great location. Fabulous breakfast. Beautiful room.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great buffet breakfast Nice room In a nice town
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was our anniversary and the staff gave us a beautiful room on the large terrace with a Rhine view. The hotel is directly across from the KD ship. Right in the heart of the best part of Rüdesheim and a few blocks walk from Drosselgasse. Breakfast buffet is served in an airy open seating area across from the Rhine. It exceeded our expectations.
Cons: I could smell delicious bacon cooking from the window, but sadly there was no bacon on the breakfast buffet. Also no sweet bakery on the buffet.
6.3 Good
Pros: The breakfast was good and the hotel is well located
Cons: Room and bathroom hadn't been prepared properly. The bathroom needs up dating. The parking space was overgrown and was 600+m from the hotel
5.8 Okay
Pros: It's right in front of the river.
Cons: The room was smaller than expected. No view. There seemed to be some dog hair on the throw pillows.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Our experience with the receptionist when we arrived was excellent as she could not do enough for us and attended to all our needs. The rest of the stay the staff were good but it seemed that there was only one member of staff covering all the duties such as reception, serving breakfast and cleaning up
Cons: Curtains in the room needed rehanging There was a dirty toilet brush in the toilet but this was changed once the housekeeper had been in the following day The shower curtain needed rehooking No tea and coffee facilities in the room No hairdryer in room

Pros: Prime location, facing the Rhein river, in a street full of restaurants, smack central of the city. Just a 4 minute walk from famous restaurant/bar street, Drosselgasse. The hotel also have a delicious, modern restaurant with great local wines. Behind the hotel, a beautiful view of the vineyards and cable cars, which you can reach/ride near the hotel. Also to note, the staff, extremely friendly and helpful. I will be back :)
Cons: I do not have much to say, as it was a very pleasant stay. My room faced the vineyards, so no noise. If you have a room facing the river, you might hear the freight trains passing by..
6.8 Good
Pros: Clean and we’ll placed hotel.
Cons: Very basic breakfast, got woken up at 5.30 due to noise outside the door.

Pros: If you like to watch trains along the Rhein and easy connections with the cruise ships, this is the place for you. Great location for doing Rudesheim. We were escorted to our room before commiting ourselves for the night.
4.3 Okay
Pros: Good location.
Cons: Needs modernisation
7.7 Good
Pros: The staff were very helpful. The hotel is older and a bit dated, but it was very clean. We had a huge room on the top floor in the back. We didn't have a view of the Rhine river, but we also didn't have the noise from the train that runs between the hotel and the river. This was an excellent hotel for visiting the city and for taking a Rhine boat trip. The dock for the boat trip is directly across the street from the hotel. The breakfast was very adequate.

Cons:
6.4 Good
Pros: Everything was very straightforward on arrival with very helpful staff. Proximity to rhine boat piers was convenient. View across the Rhine from our room more than we expected at the price.
Cons: It is very close to the railway line which is noisy - fortunately we like trains and were not distutbed!
