8.8 Excellent
Pros: Fresh baked bread in the morning, the option of using the public bath, everything was very clean and new-looking, aircon in the rooms was controlled by guests, and there's a convenience store and food court next door if you don't like the onsite restaurant.
Cons: Not easy to get - Kitasabae station, the nearest, is about 20-25 minutes walk away, and it's a tiny station, with trains about once every 2-3 hours.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We like the comfort of the hotel room.
6.7 Good
Pros: The room was perfectly serviceable -- not terrific, but not bad at all. The public bath was more spacious than I'd expected. Breakfast options were varied and tasty. There are plenty of eateries nearby for dinner (though most of them close relatively early).
Cons: The location was a bit inconvenient; I walked from Sabae station and did not have a problem but less mobile guests might have more difficulty getting to the hotel (even from the closer Kita-sabae station).
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Clean and quiet location, helpful staff (they promptly have me some medication after falling on the street!?) ..there is a funny sushi place nearby, just 3’ walking.. public bath open till late, perfect for sleeping after!
Cons: After a week in Japan, I needed some “standard European breakfast” but this offer was quite poor: I’d suggest to implement this offer, but as far as I saw the Japanese breakfast was very good!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice Route Inn facility. Clean and new and there's an on-site restaurant. The breakfast is pretty good and changed a bit from day to day. It's would be an excellent choice if you had a car.
Cons: It's quite a way from all the train stations. My room on the first floor was right next to the parking lot and fortunately the people were fairly quiet because the closest car was 3 ft away.
7.9 Good
Pros: Good location for visiting Fukui.
Cons: Hallways smell of cigarette smoking. The advertising is tricky: the "double room" and "single superior room" are actually same size.
